Abstract

Shallot is an important vegetable commodity because it contains high nutrition, raw materials for medicines, as a complement to cooking spices, has lots of vitamins, and acts as an activator of enzymes in the body Average consumption of shallots per capita for 2011-2012 ranging between 2.36 kg / year and 2.74 kg / year. Development of shallot harvest, production and productivity in 2010-2017. Increasing the quality and yield of shallots in several constraints needs to be considered, among others, the provision of nutrients for plants through fertilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effects of Kusuma BioPlus compost treatment and KNO3 White fertilizer on growth and production of Thai Onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) varieties. This research was conducted in May 2016 until July 2016 in Kediri Begendul Hamlet, Sidowarek Village, Plemahan Subdistrict. Place height 1000 asl, soil pH 6, Type of sandy clay soil. The results showed that there was no real interaction between the dosage of Kusuma Bioplus fertilizer and KNO3 fertilizer on the number of leaves, plant height, number of tubers, clump wet weight and weight of dried tubers storing age groups 4 days after harvest. From the results of the study there was a single reaction to the number of leaves, plant height, tuber number, clump wet weight, and weight of dry tubers storing 4-day age groups after harvest from white KNO3 fertilizer with 15 t/ ha and 450 kg / ha by obtaining store dried shallots as much as 9.3 gr / plant, equivalent to 9.3 t / ha

Abstract

Brokoli merupakan salah satu tanaman yang mengandung mengandung sulforaphane. Sulforaphane merupakan suatu senyawa antioksidan untuk mencegah penyakit kanker. Kandungan sulforaphane merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas sayuran. Sayuran dalam bentuk microgreens mempunyai kandungan nutrisi seperti folat, vitamin C, vitamin K, zat besi dan tinggi potasium (kalium), serta mengandung senyawa antioksidan seperti sulforaphane. Microgreens merupakan produk inovasi budidaya pertanian perkotaan. Microgreens dapat dibudidayakan di lahan sempit secara vertikultur (bertingkat) dan tidak membutuhkan radiasi matahari yang terlalu banyak. Microgereens merupakan sayuran yang dipanen pada usia yang sangat muda. Pemanenan dilakukan saat daun sejati pertama muncul dengan kotiledon sepenuhnya melebar. Microgreens tanaman brokoli ditanam di Green House Fakultas Pertanian UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur pada bulan November-Desember 2018. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktorial yaitu media tanam yang terdiri dari 4 level dan pemberian air kelapa terdiri dari 2 level yang menghasilkan 8 kombinasi dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Status kandungan sulforaphane meningkat dengan adanya penambahan nutrisi dari air kelapa pada semua media tanam yang diujikan. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan media tanam cocopeat dengan pemberian air kelapa (M2S2).

Abstract

Lemon is a fruit whose prospects for agribusiness are high in Indonesia. One abstacle in lemo agribusiness is the lack of availability of seeds ready for planting from seeds so that an alternative is needed to overcome the shortage of seeds using stem cuttings. The purpose of this study is to influence the effect of cuttings and planting media that are suitable for vegetative propagation of lemon (Citrus limon) citrus plants. The research was conducted in february to may 2017 in the fields of sumberagung village, wates district, kediri regency. The research design used in this study was a randomized block design with two factors and each factor had three replications. The results showed that there was a real interaction on the combination of treatment the effect of stem cuttings and planting media on the vegetatitve growth of lemon to shoot length at 40 day after seedling, and there was a significant effect due to a single factor influence of stem cuttings and planting media vegetative growth of lemon to number of shoots at age (40, 50, and 60 days after seedling) and shoot length at age (50 and 60 days after seedling), but no real interaction occurred in combination and single factor in treatment of root length and number of roots

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is very prospective and potential in an effort to improve the standard of living farmers. Market demand for chili is quite high, ranging from traditional markets to supermarkets. The problem of productivity of cayenne fruit both in quality and quantity is disrupted due to the attack of antracnose caused by Colletotricum sp. One effort to control antracnose is to control organically. The implementation of this study began in January 2019 until april 2019. This research was conducted in the rice fields of rejomulyo village, Kota subdistrict, kediri city. The altitude of ± 55 mdpl, has an alluvium soil structure, gray-brown alluvial soil type and soil pH 5-6. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) which was repeated 4 times and consisted of 7 treatments : A (Inorganic), B (organic ZPT 20 ml/plant), C (micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml), D (manure 40 g/plant), E (organic ZPT 20 ml/plant + micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml) , F (organic ZPT 20 ml/plant + manure 40 g/plant) and G (micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml + 40 g/plant). The results showed that threatment A (inorganic) (281,46 g) was efective for increasing the quatity of cayenne (Capsicum frutescens L.) in addition, treatment D (mature 40 g/plant) (82%), E (organic ZPT 20 ml/plant + micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml) (82%) and G (micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml + 40 g/plant) (82%) is effective to inhibit the disease intensity (%) of antracnose. However, treatment E (organic ZPT 20 ml/plant + micorrhiza 105 cfu/ml) was most effective in controlling antracnose disease and increasing the production of the number of cayenne fruit (Capsicum frutescens L.) Abstract

Cauliflower has an important role for human health because it contains vitamins and minerals that are needed by the body. These vegetables can help the digestion process, neutralize acidic substances and facilitate defecation The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction of mulch types and concentrations of fertilizer leaves of Plantafol (5:15:45) on the growth and production of white broccoli plants (Brasssica olleracea var. Botrytis L.) Kusuma F1 varieties. The research was conducted in Tondomulyo Hamlet, Gadungan Village, Puncu Subdistrict, Kediri Regency with a altitude of 250 meters above sea level, with a tropical climate with an average temperature of 27ºC. The type of soil in Tondomulyo Hamlet is sandy clay with a soil pH of 6.0. The study was conducted from December 2016 to February 2017. The results showed that there was a very significant interaction between the type of mulch and the concentration of plantafol leaf fertilizer on the number of white broccoli leaves at the age of 35 days. And there was a real interaction between the type of mulch and the concentration of leaf fertilizer on the height of white broccoli plants aged 35 days, leaf area of ​​plants at the age of 35hst. There is a significant influence on the type of mulch used on the diameter of white broccoli at harvest. In combination treatment of silver silver plastic mulch with leaf fertilizer concentration of plantafol 5-15-45 2000ppm (M2D2) with an average flower weight of 462,10gram / plant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya dan pendapatan usahatani bawang merah dalam satu kali musim tanam, besarnya R/C rasio atau kelayakan usahatani bawang merah dalam satu kali musim tanam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Varietas bawang merah yang banyak dibudidayakan adalah varietas Philip. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan (π = TR–TC) dan kelayakan usahatani. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu masih dalam skala kecil. Luas lahan garapan responden yang mayoritas kurang dari 0,25ha, tetapi terbukti mampu memproduksi bawang merah dengan volume yang tinggi per hektar per musim tanam yaitu sebesar 13.993 kg. Dengan produksi yang tinggi sehingga mampu memberikan keuntungan bagi petani yakni sebesar Rp. 60.992.088. Hasil analisis R/C rasio dengan nilai 2,28 juga menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah baik dan layak untuk dikembangkan

Abstract

Kondisi perubahan iklim di Indonesia yang tidak menentu mengakibatkan tanaman musiman khususnya jagung pulut terganggu pertumbuhannya. Selain cekaman kekeringan, Kandungan hara N tanah yang rendah juga menjadi faktor pembatas dalam upaya peningkatan produksi jagung pulut. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi jagung pulut akibat kondisi cekaman kering dan pemupukan N rendah di Desa Kidang bang, Kecamatan Wajak, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa timur. Penelitian ini mulai dilakukan bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2018. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah kondisi pengairan (C) dengan 2 level, yaitu C1 = dicekam kering, C2 = pengairan normal. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian Nitrogen (N) dengan 3 level dosis, yaitu N1 = 200 kg/ha, N2 = 150 kg/ha serta N3 = 100 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terjadi pengaruh interaksi pada kombinasi cekaman kering dan pemberian nitrogen terhadap pertumbuhan dan produsi jagung pulut varietas lokal probolinggo. Pemberian nitrogen dengan dosis 200 kg/ha dalam kondisi pengairan normal (tidak tercekam) menghasilkan keragaan pertumbuhaan tanaman jagung pulut paling baik dan produksi paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya dan pemberiaan pupuk nitrogen dengan dosis 200 kg/ha menghasilkan berat tongkol kering tertinggi yaitu 5,6 ton/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan varietas yang terbaik dan dosis pemupukan anorganik N, P dan K yang tepat dalam meningkatkan hasil tanaman jagung pada sistem tanam tumpang sari di lahan kering. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Landak pada bulan Oktober 2018 sampai dengan Februari 2019. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) dengan 3 kali ulangan dengan ukuran tiap petak 2 m x 4 m. Petak Utama adalah Varietas Jagung Komposit yang terdiri tiga perlakuan yaitu varietas Sukmaraga, Lamuru dan Jagung Pulut (Lokal). Sedangkan Anak Petak adalah dosis pupuk anorganik N, P dan K yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu 50 %, 75 %, 100 % dan 125 % dari dosis anjuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jagung varietas Sukmaraga memberikan karakter agronomis yang paling baik dan berbeda nyata dengan varietas lainnya. Sedangkan dosis pupuk pada taraf 125 % dari anjuran (375 kg NPK/ha, 125 kg TSP/ha, 125 kg urea/ha) + 1,5 ton/ha pupuk organik kotoran ayam menunjukkan hasil jagung yang paling baik dan berbeda nyata dengan level dosis lainnya yaitu dapat menghasilkan jagung 5,0 ton/ha pipilan panen

Jombang district is one producing quality products which have been the malay apple Gondang Manis be forced out o Minister of Agriculture Indonesian decree number 308: / kpts / sr.120 / 4 / 2006 about the release of malay apple Gondang Sweet be forced out Gondang Sweet as a superior varieties.Malay Apple Gondang Manis it has good potential economic viewed from the side , with just over 10 years have fruit , we can get good thing around .2.000.000 rupias up to .With harvest 3.000.000 3 times a year .An apparition fruit with the color of a blackish color purplee ( interesting , the skin of shiny and smooth if fruit was an old man , with a sweet taste fresh , with color daing white as cotton and fruit with fragrant smell .Malay apple Gondang Sweet be forced out o is Sweet Gondang village in district Jombang ,kedung mulyo Sub district. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors what effect and the best strategy in the development of cashew gondang sweet, agribusiness for the location of the study in the village Gondang Sweet subdistrict Bandar Kedungmulyo, Jombang. District.This research was conducted over ( 3 ) months and the other months april to june 2019.The data used in this research is primary data and secondary data.The primary data are just data taken directly from the research site in the village gondang sweet, through direct observation on the scene, an interview with the government, the store, society and charging kuisoner.Respondents were 15 people to fill kuisoner research as follows: ( 2 ), the government that is the desadan, device dept of agriculture employees jombang ( 1 people ) community shop ( 2 people ), the main culprit ( 8 people ), and podarwis ( 2) people. Secondary database is the databas on obtained through the institutions in this study , good tabulation and deskriptif.metode the analysis SWOT by QSPM analysis . Based on the research and discussion , so it can be concluded that alternative development strategy agribusiness malay apple Gondang Sweet proper is the agribusiness development strategy so rosy Gondang sweetened with the intersection between agroekologi gondang sweet in the human resources which are in accordance with good quality , adoption of technology to produce superior , can bear fruit outside the others and the keep malay apple Gondang Sweet .nilai attraction highest on strategic 1 ( so ) by the total number of attraction of 6,85 ) ( bag . Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan ujung tombak dari dunia usaha untuk mengembangkan usaha dan memperoleh keuntungan. Tetapi kenyataannya banyak kelompok atau individu dalam mengembangkan usahanya masih disulitkan dengan beberapa kendala yang menghambat berjalannya sistem pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal apa saja yang dapat menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pemasaran beras organik di Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo Desa Dlingo, Kecamatan Mojosongo, Kabupaten Boyolali dan untuk merumuskan prioritas strategi pemasaran di Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo, Desa Dlingo, Kecamatan Mojosongo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo, Desa Dlingo, Kecamatan Mojosongo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Responden penelitian adalah Ketua Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo, Sekretaris Pangudi Bogo, Bendahara Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo, Seksi lumbung Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo, Seksi Pertanian Kelompok Tani Pangudi Bogo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan matrik IFE, matrik EFE, matrik IE, matrik SWOT, dan matrik QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis matrik IFE total score tertimbang adalah 3,250, hasil analisis matrik EFE total score tertimbang adalah 2,871, setelah diketahui hasil matrik IFE-EFE dapat diketahui posisi pemasaran dengan analisis matrik IE dengan hasil berada pada kuadran IV artinya pada kuadran tersebut kelompok tani Pangudi Bogo dalam pemasaran beras organik perlu strategi tumbuh dan membangun (Build and Growh) dari hasil analisis QSPM menunjukkan prioritas strategi yang dapat di terapkan adalah memperbaiki kualitas SDM dengan pelatihan pemasaran atau pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi (social media) untuk pemasaran yang mengikutsertakan pemuda.
