Capital costs are a major factor in the company's operational activities, including investment activities. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an effect of capital costs on investment returns at PT. Mitra Adiprakasa, Tbk. The method in this research is quantitative data. The population used is starting from 2004 since listing on (BEI) until 2018, with a research sample of 5 years. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with data collection methods in the form of literature study. The data analysis technique is a simple linear regression using IBM SPSS 20 software as a data tabulatoin tool. The data used are secondary data obtained from PT. Mitra Adiprakasa, Tbk. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between the cost of capital and the rate of return on investment.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Mediaindo Sejahtera in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on employee productivity by 46.7%, the hypothesis test obtained t count t table or (7.809 2.003). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity of 36.0%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count t table or (5.608 2.003). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity by 55.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count F table or (34.847 2.770).

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) find out how the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of vocational level teachers. (2) knowing how the influence of the work environment on the performance of teachers at the SMK level. (3) To find out how the influence of school principal leadership and work environment on the performance of vocational school teachers. This research is a quantitative study according to Sujawerni. Randomly, five schools were selected as research subjects, namely Medan Darussalam Vocational School, Setiabudi Vocational School, Galang Insan Mandiri Vocational School, Medan 3 Vocational School and Medan 5 Vocational School. The analysis test results show that: (1) the performance of SMK Darussalam teachers is influenced by the leadership of the school principal and work environment by 0.157 (15.7%) while 84.3% is influenced by other variables. (2) The performance of SMK Setiabudi teachers is influenced by the leadership of the school principal and work environment by 0.536 (53.6%) while 46.4% is influenced by other variables. (3) The performance of Galang Insan Mandiri SMKS teachers was influenced by the leadership of the school principal and work environment by 0.376 (37.6%) while 62.4% was influenced by other variables. (4) The performance of SMK Negeri 3 Medan teachers is influenced by the leadership of the school principal and work environment by 0.555 (55.5%) while 44.5% is influenced by other variables. (5) The performance of SMK Negeri 5 Medan teachers is influenced by the leadership of the school principal and work environment by 0.138 (13.8%) while 86.2% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Berlian Multitama in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the quality of products significantly influence the purchase decision of 46.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count t table or (6.978 2.003). Price significantly influences the purchase decision of 36.0%, the hypothesis test is obtained t arithmetic t table or (5.613 2.003). Product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y = 10.354 + 0.425X1 + 0.331X2 and the contribution effect is 55.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count F table or (34.821 2.770).

Financial literacy is a very important element of knowledge for the economic progress of a country because it is closely related to public interest, the higher the level of public financial literacy, the easier it is for the financial system to be accepted in the community to be implemented and contribute to the economic growth of a region, because with The high level of financial literacy in the community, the easier it will be for financial institutions to provide financial access to the public. the enactment of qanun no 11 of 2018 regarding Islamic financial institutions in Aceh has begun since January 4, 2019, all financial institutions in Aceh. In this study, the data used is secondary data obtained from scientific references as quoted from journals, books texts, working papers, national and international scientific forums and other sources deemed relevant to this research. the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that nationally the financial literacy of the Indonesian people is still relatively low, but for the Aceh region itself it is higher than the level of public understanding of sharia finance in Aceh which is above the average public understanding of sharia banking nationally. The interest of the Acehnese people in transacting in Islamic banking is currently increasing, as can be seen from the increasing graph in terms of assets, financing, and third party funds, especially in 2021.

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables

Study aims to analyze the form and impact of monetary policy transmission on the business world and MSMEs. The data used in the analysis related to the topic of the study were taken from various literatures, both from books and journal articles. The data from various sources were then analyzed using a literature review approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there were several forms of transmission of sharia monetary policy and other results found that transmission of sharia monetary policy had a positive and significant impact on the real and financial sectors in general and in particular had a positive and significant impact on the business world and MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Age, Profitability andLeverage on the timeliness of submitting financial reports in manufacturingcompanies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations aremanufacturing companies that have gone public listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) during the 2019-2020, which are 182 companies. Obtainedsampling used purposive sampling method. Based on this method the sampleobtained is 138 companies. The data were analyzed using panel dataregression with the help of the E-views analysis tool. Based on the results ofdata analysis that has been carried out, it was found that Company Age hada negative and significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financialstatements. This shows that the older the age of the company, the timelinessof publication of the company's financial statements will be lower.Meanwhile, profitability estimated by ROA and Debt estimated by DER haveno significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports tomanufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study aims to analyze the effect of financing and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. This study was conducted in 33 provinces over a period of 7 years from 2011-2017. The data analysis tool used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) panel. These results prove that all variables such as financing, poverty, unemployment and the consumer price index have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. There is sufficient evidence that financing, poverty, unemployment and the consumer price index are closely related to economic growth. The recommendation from this research is that Islamic banking can increase financing as an effort to improve the economy. As for the government, they are urged to control the level of poverty and unemployment.

This research is using quantitative approach which aims to determine whether there are differences in the area ratio based on fiscal decentralization ratio of local financial, local financial dependency ratio, the ratio of the area of financial independence, effectiveness ratio , the ratio of growth ( growth) PAD , the ratio ( share) of revenue over the last ten years . By using the entire sample of local governments as Bengkulu province which is not an expansion of the area during the study period from 1995 to 2012 .That the government of Bengkulu , South Bengkulu , North Bengkulu , Rejang Lebong . Testing the hypothesis in this study was conducted with two analytical tools are paired sample t - test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test using SPSS analysis tool using a significant level of 0.025 % . The results of these tests indicate that there is significantly different as the local government 's financial performance during the period of Bengkulu province last ten years , well after the implementation of regional autonomy and after the economic crisis .
