Abstract

Kegiatan penjualan produk olahan kangkung di daerah Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo, Kecamatan Balikpapan Tengah. dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo. Penjualan produk olahan kangkung saat ini masih secara konvensional dengan menawarkan ke toko-toko sekitar Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo dan pasar tradisional daerah Balikapapan. Proses penjualan produk olahan kangkung masih cukup terbatas di daerah Balikpapan. Masyarakat Balikapapan masih kurang mengetahui keberadaan Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo  sehingga  masih belum cukup luas cakupan pemasaran produk olahan Kangkung. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan perancangan sebuah website penjualan produk olahan kangkung untuk Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo dengan nama SIKANGBEJO dengan menggunkan metode waterfall. Pengembambangan website ini menggunggunakan metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari enam aktifitas, yaitu requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Pada penelitian ini menghasil 28 kebutuhan fungsional, 8 kebutuhan non-fungsional dan 3 Kebutuhan informasi, dan juga ada tiga aktor yaitu admin, user, dan pengguna umum yang memliliki peran sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing aktor.pada hasil pengujian menggunakan Teknik blackbox dan white box testing yang mana 8 pengujian dengan hasil valid dan sesuai yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently ranked 24th in the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) 2020. Indonesia's ranking can be improved by improving the assessment pillars of the GCI survey, one of the efforts is to improve the cyber security system of government agencies through Security Assessment. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to provide alternative solutions in order to optimize the public services of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) in the form of Security Assessment in the perspective of the GCI 2020 survey. This research is a qualitative research using data related to BIN public services and then juxtaposed with data from the Global Cybersecurity survey. Index 2020 as a reference. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of the Security Assessment can be done by implementing cyber counterintelligence and optimizing the publication of services by paying attention to the rules of intelligence secrecy. With the optimization of the Security Assessment, it will affect the assessment of the Technical and Organizational pillars in the GCI survey so that it is expected that Indonesia's ranking will increase in the next survey.

Abstract

Research has been carried out to detect the presence and distribution of rocks containing metallic minerals. Almost every object used every day contains metal elements, so the presence of metal is very important to support every human activity. The presence of metal minerals in nature is generally quite a lot, but the types of metallic minerals vary. The geomagnetic method is a geophysical method that can detect subsurface rocks containing metallic minerals based on the difference in the magnetic field between the rock and the surrounding rock. Processing of geomagnetic data obtained in the field begins with daily correction and correction of the earth's main magnetic field (IGRF). The correction results obtained are anomaly of the earth's magnetic field which is distributed horizontally on the surface. The results of the analysis in the form of local magnetic field anomalies (∆H) are divided into 3 (three) regions, the first having a value between -236.5 nT to -8 nT (nano tesla) as an area that has a high local magnetic field anomaly value. Second, the value of -377.2 nT to -236.4 nT as an area that has a moderate anomaly value. Third, the low anomaly values ranged from -778.4 nT to -377.1 nT. Areas that have high local magnetic field anomaly values are interpreted as ultramafic rocks, which are source rocks of nickel lateric deposits rich in ferromagnesian minerals, distributed in the southeastern part of the study area.

Abstract

Plants as medicinal ingredients have potential as antimicrobials and antioxidants, with various molecules that can protect the human body from pathogens and cellular oxidation. This is closely related to the secondary metabolitescontained in these plants. Currently there are several bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics, therefore it is necessary to find an alternative to overcome this resistance by conducting research on medicinal plants. Sekilang (Embeliaborneensis) is a plant that is used by the Dayak tribe in Kalimantan as an ingredient for catching fish, repelling leeches and hair care and does not rule out having medicinal properties. So it is necessary to do research on these plants, especially the bark. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of sekilang bark extract against Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria. Extraction of the active substance was carried out by maceration with ethanol solvent and antibacterial activity test using the disc diffusion method. The results of phytochemicalscreening showed that the bark extract of sekilang contains saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and tannins. The results of the antibacterial activity test against Propionibacterium acne at a concentration of 2.5%; 5% ; 10% and 20% are 6.5 mm, respectively; 8.36 mm ; 7.5mm; 7.33mm. Antibacterial activity against Staphyllococus epidermidis at a concentration of 2.5%; 5% ; 10% and 20% are 7.0 mm, respectively; 7.7mm; 6.33mm; 7.8mm. It was concluded, that the bark extract of sekilang have antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acne and Staphyllococus epidermidis with moderate category. The positive control used was clindamycin and the negative control was Dimethyl sulfoxy.

Abstract

Saat ini pertumbuhan penduduk semakin pesat dan tentunya akan berbanding lurus dengan pertumbuhan kebutuhan transportasi. Pada saat yang sama, perlu dipastikan bahwa infrastruktur pendukung penggunaan transportasi dalam keadaan baik, jika tidak maka aktivitas pengguna transportasi akan hancur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan volume lalulintas, skor kerusakan jalan dan beban standar (CESA5) terhadap kerusakan pada ruas Jalan Gubernur Sarkawi. Metode Bina Marga merupakan metode yang akan digunakan, yang mana dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi, sehingga untuk mendapatkan hubungan tersebut dengan nilai rdan  yang menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh antara tingkat kerusakan jalan dengan volume lalu lintas dan beban lalu lintas. Dari analisa yang dilakukan mendapatkan hubungan antara volume lalu lintas per jenis kendaraan dan beban standar terhadap kerusakan jalan, sehingga  dari analisa yang dilakukan mendapatkan hubungan terkuat adalah untuk jenis kendaraan mobil penumpang dan kendaraan ringan terhadap jenis kerusakan jalan dengan nilai r sebesar 0,2179, untuk jenis kendaraan 5B (bus besar) terhadap jenis kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,2184, untuk jenis kendaraan 6A (truk 4 roda 2 sumbu), untuk jenis kendaraan 6B (truk 2 sumbu 6 roda) terhadap jenis kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,6436, untuk jenis kendaraan 7A1 (truk 3 sumbu) terhadap jenis kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,2074, untuk jenis kendaraan 7C1 (truk 4 sumbu) terhadap jenis kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,4498, untuk jenis kendaraan 7C2A (truk 5 sumbu tandem) terhadap jenis kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,7432 dan untuk LHR (smp/jam) terhadap kerusakan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,8787. Sedangkan untuk hubungan beban standar (CESA5) terhadap skor kerusakan jalan mendapatkan nilai r sebesar 0,7263. Dari analisa yang dilakukan untuk jenis kendaraan yang berpengaruh adalah kendaraan 7C2A (truk 5 sumbu tandem) dengan intepretasi kuat dan untuk beban standar mendapatkan nilai kuat hal ini dikarenakan beban kendaraan yang melewati jalan tersebut secara berulang.

Abstract

Kualitas semen setelah penampungan mengalami penurunan apabila tidak ditangani dengan baik.    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengetahui pengaruh hubungan Superoksida Dismutase (SOD) dengan abnormalitas dalam tingkat pengencer dan lama simpan pada semen mentog yang di suhu kamar.    Mentog yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah 4 ekor ternak entog  jantan berumur sekitar 1,5 – 2 tahun.       Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimental dengan Split Plot pola petak terbagi.   Faktor pertama sebagai Petak Utama adalah tingkat pengencer yaitu 0(A0); 5 X(A1);10X(A2) dan 15X (A3),  faktor kedua sebagai Anak Petak adalah lama simpan  0(B0); 60 (B1); 120  (B2) dan 180 menit yang disimpan  pada  suhu kamar.     Berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa pada Tingkat pengenceran dan lama simpan semen di suhu kamar mentog tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap abnormalitas dan aktivitas Superoxida Dismutase (SOD).

Abstract

Degenerative disease is a contributor to death from non-communicable diseases (NCD) in the last 10years which has increased from 41.7%. The latest survey in Indonesia shows PTM dominates the top 10 causes ofdeath in all age groups, with stroke, which is a complication as the number one cause of death. This studyaims to determine the relationship between length of smoking and coffee drinking habits with the incidenceof hypertension in the working area of the Banjarmasin City Health Center which was carried out in 2019.This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design. The subjects in this studyamounted to 57 respondents, consisting of male active smokers and consuming coffee. Data were obtainedthrough questionnaires and direct interviews as well as physical examination in the form of blood pressuremeasurements by puskesmas officers, which were then analyzed by chi-square test (α=0.05). The results ofthe statistical test showed that there was a relationship between length of smoking and the incidence ofhypertension (P=0.000), and the habit of drinking coffee with the incidence of hypertension (P=0.002).Suggestions that can be given in research are for puskesmas to further increase public knowledge abouthealth through counseling, especially about the incidence of hypertension, for health workers to optimizecounseling about the incidence of hypertension, especially for men who smoke and consume coffee.experience and add insight, and for other researchers can be used as basic data for further research.

Abstract

This investigation aims to investigate the impact of combining a Problem-Based Learning framework with Web-based Augmented Reality media on students' environmental concern attitudes when learning about biologically related biodiversity. This research is a quasi-experimental study that utilizes a research design consisting of a control group that is only posttest based. The classes X MIPA 1 and 3 served as the experimental class, while X MIPA 2 and 4 served as the control class. The research population was students enrolled in class X SMAN 4 in Serang City during the academic year 2021/2022. The samples consisted of all four classes. The sampling was done using a method known as random sampling. The instrument employed is a questionnaire about environmental care attitudes. Data collecting strategies used interview sheets, questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. The study's results that used an Independent sample t-Test to test the effect of using Web-based Augmented Reality media with a Problem Based Learning model on people's attitudes toward caring for the environment showed that a score of 0.002 was obtained. These findings were based on the study that used the test. According to the research findings, one may conclude that there is an influence of employing Web-based Augmented Reality media in conjunction with a Problem Based Learning paradigm on the students of SMAN 4 in Serang City's attitude toward caring for the environment.

Abstract

Kerupuk nasi adalah produk olahan tradisional yang digemari oleh kalangan masyarakat. Kerupuk mudah diperoleh dan di jual dengan harga yang terjangkau, baik dalam kemasan yang sudah digoreng maupun dalam kemasan yang masih mentah. Kerupuk memiliki tekstur yang renyah dan garing dapat dikonsumsi sebagai makanan selingan maupun sebagai variasi dalam lauk pauk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pembuatan kerupuk nasi, mengetahui masing-masing komponen struktur biaya, dan mengetahui penerimaan dan pendapatan yang diperoleh dalam usaha pembuatan kerupuk nasi di Kelurahan Lepasan Kecamatan Bakumpai Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus, dimana untuk menentukan responden dilakukan kepada seluruh pelaku usaha pembuatan kerupuk nasi di Kelurahan Lepasan Kecamatan Bakumpai Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari pembuatan data dalam satu bulan produksi menunjukkan komponen biaya terbesar meliputi pembelian tepung tapioka sebesar 41%, bahan pelenkap sebesar 28%, beras sebesar 20%, tenaga kerja sebesar 7%, biaya listrik, biaya penyusutan alat, dan biaya pembelian gas masing-maing dibawah 5%. Untuk rata-rata  Pendapatan usaha pembuatan kerupuk nasi dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp. 871.833 dimana nilai untuk total penerimaan adalah sebesar Rp. 1.963,500 untuk nilai total keuntungan adalah sebesar Rp. 485.433 dan dari nilai total biaya adalah sebesar Rp. 1.478,067, Perhitungan R/C ratio sebesar 1,32 menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembuatan Kerupuk Nasi di Kelurahan Lepasan Kecamatan Bakumpai Kabupaten Barito Kuala sudah efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based learning media, namely RUBI WEB (House of Biology Web) in the concept of biodiversity. The research method used in this research is a modified development research method from Borg & Gall whose stages consist of information gathering, planning, product development, and initial field trials.  Aspects of the assessment of the material assessed include aspects of material and aspects of language, then aspects of media assessment that are assessed include aspects of software engineering, aspects of instructional design, and aspects of visual communication. The results of the material feasibility test by material experts obtained a percentage value of 80% and media feasibility tests by media experts obtained a percentage value of 83.4%. The results of the user response test by students obtained a percentage value of 86. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the RUBI WEB website learning media in the concept of biodiversity is included in the grade A+ category with a range of percentile ratings between 96-100%, best imaginable adjectives category, acceptable level of acceptance, and NPS (Net Promotore Score) in class promoter, i.e. users are satisfied and loyal to RUBI WEB media, so that they can make users want to recommend this media to others.
