Abstract

The research was aim at study and give information of crude protein and fat of local pigeon meat (Columba livia) that was slaughtered at different age and intensive care system. The research used completely randomized design, with five treatments and four replications. If any significant effects found. Further analysis was conducted using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Treatments set out for this research was selection of local pigeon at the different ages : M3 (3 weeks), M4 (4 weeks), M5 (5 weeks), M6 (6 weeks), M7 (>4 months) there were 4 pigeons for each sample. Variables observed were crude protein and fat of meats. Result of this research is the local pigeon that slaughtered in different age is significantly (P<0,01) to protein level of the meats of local pigeons in intensive  care system. Keywords: local pigeon, intensive care system, crude protein, fat

Abstract

Penggunaan Peribahasa daerah sudah mulai berkurang, salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya media atau alat yang fleksibel untuk mengenalkan Peribahasa Bahasa daerah tersebut. Aplikasi berbasis web mobile ini dapat dijadikan sarana untuk mengenalkan Peribahasa daerah Dayak Ngaju ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan disertai juga dengan maknanya. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis web mobile yang dibuat menggunakan Framework PHP yaitu CodeIgniter dengan Database MySQL dan memanfaatkan jQuery Mobile Framework untuk mendapatkan tampilan yang responsive dengan berbagai macam jenis ukuran layar pada perangkat mobile. Pemodelan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan persepsi 10 responden yang menghasilkan nilai 284 atau 81% yang apabila diinterpretasi dengan rating scale terletak pada daerah Sangat Baik.

Abstract

This research is aimed to study growth adaptation of Wojalaka black rice variety which is cultivated with The Banjarese system cultivation and its problem during planting period. A descriptive exploratory research was conducted in rainfed rice field in Binuang Village, Binuang District, Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan Province on November 2016 to May 2017. Land preparation was done with Tepulikampar technology and the seedbed was done in two stages, i.e. dry seedbed and continued with wet nursery. Observations were made on plant height, plant age, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of seeds per panicle, weight per panicle, weight of 1000 seeds, total weight and problems during plant growth including pests, diseases and environmental conditions. The results showed that Wojalaka black rice variety were 125 cm high and the plant age was 176 days or longer than the normal age of 127 days. Number of productive tillers is relatively small as many as 12 tillers. The yield potential is almost equal to the potential yield in the area of origin. The Banjarese planting system is less suitable to be applied to the Wojalaka black rice variety because it causes the longer period of harvest and the decrease of the harvest. The attacks of rice ear bugs and birds and diseases caused by fungus Ustilaginoidea virens also cause the decline of crop yields.Keywords: Black rice, Growth, Wojalaka, Banjarese system cultivation

Abstract

The purpose of research to know the influence of various media making salted egg on the quality of organoleptic so as to be consideration and information in the use of media making salted egg proper and get better quality. In the implementation of this research design used Completely Randomized Design, which consist of three treatments and five replicates. The treatment is : PG ; salt solutions, PA ; dough ashes rub and PL : dough loam/clay. While test organoleptik salted egg consisted: 1. General appearance, 2. A briny taste egg white and 3. Flavor egg yolk. Data analyzed a sort of descriptive set and models non-parametrik kruskall-walis. The result of this research showed that the treatment significant on general appearance eggs, a briny taste egg white and flavor egg yolk, treatment PG (salt solutions) show the same thing with treatment PA (dough ashes rub) however in contrast to treatment PL (dough loam/clay).

Abstract

Asam-asam Steam Power (power plant) is the powerhouse that has an installed capacity of 260Mw (4x65Mw) which is expected to meet the requirement of power supply in the region of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. In keeping operations of the entire electricity power generation equipment can run smoothly and well, it must be held maintenance (Maintenance) and monitoring good and accurate. Steam Power (power plant) which works continuously for 24 hours each day using coal fuel. Power Plant works / operates based on certain hot steam generated by the boiler which is working with a combustion boiler water in the boiler using coal powder fuels, which would certainly lead to the air in the boiler being dirty form of coal dust. Abstract

Jenis alat penukar kalor sangatlah beragam dan masing-masing dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang spesifik, namun demikian jenis shell and tube sejauh ini merupakan jenis yang paling banyak dipergunakan berkat konstruksinya relatif sederhana dan memiliki keandalan karena dapat dioperasikan dengan beberapa jenis fluida kerja. Efek pendinginan yang dihasilkan dalam sistem refrigransi tergantung dari efektifitas kinerja kondensor sementara, kinerja kondensor semakin lama akan menurun seiring terjadinya pengotoran pada dinding pipa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa optimasi sistem termal pada sebuah kondensor shell and tubesebagai alat penukar kalor atau yang kita sering sebut  (APK) dari hasil optimasi kondensor shell and tubedengan menggunakan analisis full factorial yang di validasikan dengan sofwareHead Transfer Research Inc(HTRI) dan disimulasikan dengan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), didapat hasil yang optimum adalah diameter shell 0.98 mm, jumlah tube 19 buah dengan diameter tube 12.7 mm, panjang tube 1,27 m, dan koefisien perpindahan panas secara menyeluruh adalah 50247.26 W/m2K dengan penentuan diameter temperatur desain kondensor dan mempertimbangkan desain kondensor yang akar panas diserap lebih besar dan alat bisa bekerja lebih optimal sehingga pendinginan ruangan lebih maksimal bekerjanya. Kata Kunci : Desain termal, kondensor, simulasi

Abstract

Electric power system can be broadly divided into three sub-systems, namely generation system, Transmission system and distribution system.The distribution system can also be called the medium voltage network or called the primary distribution system using 20kV. Distribution system, the network is widely spread in densely populated areas, buildings, and others, so many have disturbances, both from outside the system (external system) and from within the system it self (internal system). In order for electrical energy to be channeled to the consumer running smoothly and well and trustworthy, then the Disorders should be reduced even to be eliminated. Therefore a medium-voltage 20kV network must be secured from all interference. Disturbance in the most dangerous 20kV intermediate voltage network is over voltage disturbance caused by lightning strikes, either direct or indirect strokes, and therefore must be secured by a device called Ground Wire and Arrester. Keyword: Medium Voltage 20kV-AC, Lightning Phenomenon, Over Voltage Device

Abstract

Sahmadi Design is one of the many businesses that offer services design and development of existing homes in Banjarmasin. In offering design services, Design Sahmadi still use brochures and information by word of mouth so it felt less effective in the services market. Therefore, it is necessary to have an information system in terms of promoting home design services and construction of houses through online media. Sources used to collect data in this study were interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The tools used to analyze consists of the Data Dictionary, DFD, context diagram, and Relation Table, while the programming language used is Adobe Dreamweaver using MySQL database. The end result of this research is the creation of an information system that makes it public in knowing information about home design services and construction of houses and simplify Sahmadi Design leadership in promoting business. Abstract

South Kalimantan was one of the areas rich in biological resources, including indigenous fruits. Indigenous and exotic fruits have not been widely known and most have not been used optimally. Indonesia is one of the eight centers of plant genetic diversity in the world, especially to tropical fruits such as durian (Durio spp.), and Kalimantan is an important distribution center for various types of durian, one of them was Lahung (Durio dulcis). Lahung had the sweetest taste among others, but their use is still limited. Based on its chemical characteristics of Lahung showed potential for development as refined products in order to develop agroindustry and also for the development of functional food sources that are beneficial to health. Preliminary analysis conducted on nutrition of fruit, including analysis of water content, fat, protein, ash, fiber, carbohydrates, total acid, and vitamin C, fatty acid composition, amino acid composition and qualitative test of phytochemicals in the fruit flesh and seeds. Test results showed lahung flesh significant containing fat and protein, whereas the seeds containing dominan amino acid sand crude fiber. Essential fatty acids in the flesh of the fruit were glinoleic, linolenic, EPA and DHA, while essential amino acids in the fruit flesh was tyrosine, and valine in the fruit seeds. Abstract

This study aims to analyze alternative priorities of the development strategy of Ecology-Based Industrial Zone (EBIZ) and a key of programe in the development strategy of the EBIZ concept. Data analysis was performed using the method of system integration experts, which AHP and ISM. Data collected in the form of secondary data (real data and hypothetical data), both quantitative and qualitative where data collection was done by using survey techniques. The manufacturing industry is one sector the largest foreign exchange earner for the national economy. However, the sector is under pressure due to the high contribution to the reduction of environmental quality and relatively high dependence on natural resources. During the manufacturing industry see the waste that it generates as a burden which if addressed fully will be able to reduce the competitiveness of the industry. Facing the challenges of the 21st century industry, came the concept of "industrial ecology," which is a concept that aims to implement a system of ecological systems in the industry. This concept can be applied successfully in groups of manufacturing industries located in an industrial area that is known as "eco-industrial parks." The result is a top priority for the development strategy of Region-Based Industrial Ecology is the implementation of an integrated Ecology-Based Industrial Zone by industrial relocation to the industrial area. The success of the effort to implement integrated Ecology-Based Industrial Zone by relocation of industries to the industrial area should be supported by several factors, of which the foremost is the consistency of legislation
