Efforts to achieve sustainable development targets provide opportunities for various non-school education service programs such as those organized by PKBM. The non-formal education program held was based on counseling, training and mentoring programs. The program is used to assist in solving problems that arise in the application of innovation in the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study design. The results showed that the economic growth program was in the form of training programs and literacy learning to the community oriented to increasing productivity, investment, expanding opportunities and absorption of labor, reducing unemployment, disseminating innovation through the capacity to support science and technology, and increasing competitiveness.Keywords: PKBM, Economic Growth, Welfare, SDG’s

Abstrak Kreativitas anak perlu dikembangkan, oleh karena itu pembelajaran harus menarik dan menyenangkan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan Kreativitas adalah melalui permainan kepingan geometri papan planel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok A TK Islam Jam’iyyatul Hujjaj Kota Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kreativitas anak melalui bermain kepingan geometri papan planel. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus dengan rentang waktu selama dua bulan dan jumlah pertemuan sebanyak empat kali setiap siklusnya. Perlakuan tiap siklus dilakukan dengan tindakan yang berbeda dimana pada siklus satu peneliti memilih kegiatan permainan kepingan geometri papan planel secara individu, dan pada siklus dua dilakukan secara berkelompok masing masing kelompok berjumlah tiga orang. Berdasarkan analisis data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan.

The results showed that adolescent guidance by clerics in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji, Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District was disseminated still low. The participation of adolescents took part in youth wirid in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji, Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District was still low. There was a significant relationship between the guidance of adolescent wird by ustadz with his participation in the youth wirid in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji. Evidenced by the correlation coefficient of 0.504, with a significance test the value of t count of 3.07 is greater than t table 1.70814 at a significant level of 0.05 with dk = 25. In the results of the study it can be concluded that the higher the level of guidance of adolescents by the cleric, the higher the youth participation.Keywords: Youth Wirid, Participation

This research was motivated by the high participation of mothers in following the Al-Qur'an recitation at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City. This was evidenced by the learning participation of mothers who are seen from the desires, hopes, and satisfaction that are categorized high. The researcher suspect that the cause of the high participation of mothers is because it has to relate to the intrinsic motivation that exists in self mothers. This study aims to look at the picture of the intrinsic motivation of mothers in following the Al-Qur'an recitation at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were learning citizens who followed the Al-Qur'an recitation as many 19 people. Samples were taken as much as 75% of the total population of 14 people and used simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, while the data collection tools list the statements. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results showed that the: (a) Intrinsic motivation of mothers seen from the desire to follow the Al-Qur'an recitation at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City that are categorized high, (b) Intrinsic motivation of mothers seen from the hope to following the Al-Qur'an recitation at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City that are categorized high, and (c) Intrinsic motivation of mothers seen from the satisfaction to following the Al-Qur'an recitation at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City that are categorized high. This is evidenced by the majority of mothers giving statements very agree. Based on the results of the study it is recommended, for: (a) mosque administrator at Imaduddin Mosque Kampung Lapai Padang City in order to continue to improve each process of learning activities that have been carried out in the future in order to continue to develop and produce a quality learning that is useful and can maintain learning activities recitation Al-Qur’an especially older women so that they can benefit themselves and the wider community, and (c) the next researcher can be a guideline for researching about other variables of intrinsic motivation.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Al-Qur’an Recitation

This study aims to find out: (1) learning motivation of citizens learning program equivalents of C package PKBM Sentosa Hati, (2) learning outcomes of residents learning equality program packages C PKBM Sentosa Hati and (3) the relationship of learning motivation with learning outcomes in citizens learning programs equality package C PKBM Sentosa Hati. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research is correlational. This research is a study that involved a population of 47 learning citizens. Data were collected by a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the percentage and product-moment correlation. The learning motivation of the citizens to learn the equivalence program of Package C at Sentosa Hati PKBM is 38.4 or in the low category. The average/mean learning outcomes of the C package program at PKBM Sentosa Hati is 71 or in the medium category. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the learning outcomes of citizens learning the C package program at PKBM Sentosa Hati. This is indicated by the value of r count greater than r table (from r table (2.25> 2.07) 5% significance level.Keywords: Program, Education, Nonformal, Elderly

This study aims to look at the effect of the coastal environment on the character of early childhood in the PAUD Amal Saleh Foundation. The study uses descriptive survey research that is explanatory research. Data obtained from this research will be processed through descriptive statistics, then confirmed again in the field through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies in order to obtain comprehensive research answers. The sample taken here is an early childhood from the coast which has a bad character, which is as many as 7 people. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire will be asked to the PAUD educator about the characteristics of early childhood. The questionnaire was arranged as an interview guide. The questionnaire was intended for all three children who had problems with their bacteria. The results of this study indicate that the environment has a significant influence on the character of early childhood. Early childhood who live on the coast will have a different character from early childhood who live at home. The results showed significant results. The character is influenced by one's living environment. If the environment is good, then it can be ensured that the person's character will also be good.Keywords: Environmental Influence, Early Childhood, Character

Researchers suspect the cause of increased crop yields is due to the implementation of learning in good agricultural extension by the Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group. This research aims to see an overview of the Implementation of Agricultural Counseling Learning in terms of aspects of learning material and aspects of learning methods. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 30 members of the Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group. Samples were taken as much as 75% of the entire Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, while the data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the description of the implementation of farmer group counseling learning in the Dawn of Judging in terms of learning material aspects was already in the good category, this indicates that the learning citizens could understand the learning material conveyed by the instructor. An overview of the implementation of agricultural extension learning Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group in terms of aspects of learning methods are already in the good category, this indicates that learning citizens can understand the learning material provided by instructors with interesting learning methods, the suitability of the material with the method, and the effectiveness of the use of learning methods.Keywords: Implementation, Learning, Success

This research is motivated by the low interest in learning of students studying the Al-Quran to Surau in Koto Tuo, Kenagarian Lubuk Tarok, Sijunjung District. This is caused by the unattractive learning methods applied by teachers in Surau. This study aims to see an overview of learning methods applied in Surau, an overview of student's interest in learning to read the Al-Quran to the Surau, and see the relationship of the learning methods with students interest in learning to Surau in Koto Tuo, Kenagarian Lubuk Tarok, Sijunjung District. This research is quantitative research with correlational type. The population in this study were all students registered at Surau that were still active in Koto Tuo, Kenagarian Lubuk Tarok, Sijunjung District with a total of 96 people. Respondents in this study were 30 people. Then to determine respondents used a simple random sampling technique, many of the samples taken were 30% of the total population. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, while data collection tools in this study were questionnaire guidelines. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and product moment. The results of this study indicate that the learning methods applied in Surau are not attractive, students learning interest in studying Surau is very low, there is a significant relationship between the learning methods and the students learning interest in Surau. Advice is expected to Surau to oversee the development of the learning process and evaluate the learning process that has been completed so that it can better. Then it is also expected for teachers to increase their ability to apply interesting learning methods. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe children's interest in learning and learning outcomes, after participating in learning activities. Changing children's interest in learning is not easy, especially in early childhood, wherein early childhood the mind is just playing we as parents and teachers must be good at increasing children's interest in learning by stopping to force our will, what we want is not necessarily the child wants. Forcing children to learn makes children afraid and tense and causes children to get frustrated quickly. And look for the right socialization for the child so he wants to study. while children's learning outcomes, In general, there are two factors that affect student learning outcomes, namely there are internal and external factors, where student learning interest which is included in one of the internal factors also has a close relationship with student learning outcomes, lack of student interest causes low results student learning.
