Abstract

This research is based on the low learning interest of learners of learning abacus in batusangkar, allegedly lack of credibility of tutor in teaching and learning process. This study aims to find out how the relationship Between the credibility of tutors with interest in learning learning abacus in batusangkar.This study is a correlational quantitative research with a population of fifty students with a sample of threety five students where sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling technique. To collect data used questioner technique and data collection tool in the form of questionnaire.The results showed that (1) the credibility of abacus tutoring tutors in batusangkar was not good, (2) the learning interest of abacus tutoring students in batusangkar was low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between the credibility of tutors and students' learning interest. Suggested tutors can increase credibility in teaching and learning process of learning abacus in batusangkar.Keywords: Credibility Tutor, Interest to Learn

Abstract

This research is motivated by the contextual learning approach used by instructor at the Al-Rasyiid Education Tutoring Lubuk Alung in formulating learning materials and the use of interesting and not boring learning models, which are characterized by learning outcomes obtained by students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 30 students in Al-Rasyiid Education tutoring. The study sample was taken 22 people. Technical data analysis uses quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage tracking. The results of the study found that (1) students 'responses to the formulation of learning materials used by instructors were categorized as good (2) students' responses to the use of learning models used by instructors were categorized as good.  Keywords: Tutoring, Contextual Learning Approach

Abstract

The background of this study by increasing child learning outcomes at RW 10 Kelurahan Gadang, Kuranji, Padang City. The purpose of this study is to describe parents’ attention towards children's learning outcomes in receiving children present, given children's behavior, providing learning opportunities and learning equipment for children, showing positive expectations. The type of this study is descriptive quantitative, the population in this study are students class VIII, and  IX Junior High School at 10 Korong Gadang, Padang City. which amounts to thirty-one people. Twenty-two samples using the stratified random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data is a questionnaire and a data collection tool is an approved list. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. Children show positive expectations categorized as very good. Suggestions in this study are expected for parents to increase attention to the learning process.Keywords: Parents’ Attention, Child Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research is based on the success of the learners cosmetology training on empowerment group and family welfare in Nagari Ganggo Hilia, Pasaman, it seens that more than half of learners have work. Researcher suspect the cause of success learning because learning method used by instructor. This research aims to describe the use of lecture method, demonstration method and drill method. The kind of this research is quantitative descriptive with population learners cosmetology training totaling 16 people, as respondents. Technique of data collection was a questionnaire. Data collected tool was a quetionaire sheet (quetioner), and analyzed with a percentage formula. The result showed that the instructor used the lecture method very good, instructor used demonstration method very good, and instructor used method drill good

Abstract

This research is based on the high interest and participation of the participants of make up training because the tutor applies the principles of andragogik on Wardah Cosmetic training process in Padang City. So this study aims to illustrate the application of principles andragogik by Tutor seen from the performance, environmental management of learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. Type This research is a quantitative descriptive with the population is the trainer participants to be sampled by use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations. The result of the research shows that in general the Application of Andragogic Principle by tutor in Wardah Cosmetic make up training in Padang City has been running well, viewed from the performance of tutor, the management of learning environment atmosphere, the implementation of learning evaluation.

Abstract

The research was distributed by low level of behavioral learning learners in MDA Baitul Ikhlas Gurun Panjang Barat Village Bayang Sub-district Pesisir Selatan District. This is suspected because of poor teaching skills of educators. The type of this reseach is to description:1) describe the teaching skills of educators towards learners, (2) describe the behaviour of learners, and (3) to see whether there is a connection between the teacheng skills of educators with the learning behavior learners in MDA Baitul Ikhlas. Population in this research is 38 people. The technique use for taken sampling is Stratified random sampling as much as 80% of learners. The number of samples in this study was thirty students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while data collection tools used questionnaires. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. The result of research that is teaching skills which belonged to educators in the low category, behaviour of learners in the category is very low, and there is a significant correlation between the teaching skills of educators with learners learning behavior.Keywords: Teaching Skills, Learning Learners

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kehadiran peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan majelis taklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara sikap peserta terhadap program majelis taklim dengan partisipasinnya dalam mengikuti kegiatan majelis taklim. Penelitian ini berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi peserta majelis taklim yang berjumlah 300 orang dan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner  dan analisis data  dengan menggunakan Rumus Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap peserta terhadap program majelis taklim diklasifikasikan kurang positif, Partisipasi peserta majelis taklim diklasifikasikan rendah atau kurang baik, dan Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap peserta terhadap program majelis taklim dengan partisipasinya dalam mengikuti kegiatan majelis taklim. Saran yang disampaikan yaitu kepada pengelola majelis taklim agar lebih meningkatkan program majelis taklim dan memberi penyegaran terhadap pelaksanaan majelis taklim, dan Kepada pemateri (tutor) agar memberikan pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This research is based on the low learning outcomes of the students in studying sociology at program package C SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The aim of the research is to describe at relationship between the student’s readiness to learn and learn ing outcomes using correlational approach. Questionnaires with data analisys Percentase and Rank Order form are used to collect data. The result of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between student’s readiness to learn and the learning outcomes in studying Sociology at program package C SKB Lima Puluh Kota.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high participation of citizens learning in the training of Budidaya Jamur Tiram by UKM Ukhtina Suci in the Kelompok Tani Rohana Kudus Bungus Timur. Allegedly because of the learning strategy used by the instructor. This study aims to obtain information regarding: 1) learning strategies in the determination of methods by instructors, 2) learning strategies in the use of media by instructors, 3) learning strategies in patterns of interaction by instructors. This research uses a quantitative approach, a type of descriptive research. The population of this study were learning citizens who took part in training in the cultivation of Budidaya Jamur Tiram in the Kelompok Tani Rohana Kudus Bungus Timur in 2019, amounting to 15 people, all pupils were sampled called respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, data collection tools are questionnaires. The results showed that: 1) learning strategies in the determination of methods by instructors were categorized as good, 2) learning strategies in the use of media by instructors were categorized as good, 3) learning strategies in interaction patterns by instructors were categorized as good. The conclusion of this study is the use of learning strategies in the training of Budidaya Jamur Tiram is categorized very well. Suggestions in this study are expected to instructors to further improve learning strategies and to the manager is expected to provide guidance.Keywords: Strategy, Participation

Abstract

The background of this research is the success of learning process of embrioder at HP3 Padang Pariaman. The purpose of this research is to describe instructor's learning strategy, that is: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populations of the study consist of thirty-five peoples. The technique in this research is random sampling method. The number of samples in this study were twenty-five participants. Techniques of data collection are questionnaires, while questions is used as data collection tool. The results showed that the instructor's learning strategy according to the study population is interesting, it can be seen from the aspect: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. Suggestions for learning strategy of these three aspects can be maintained and further enhanced by training Instructor.
