In the world of education, disciplinary behavior needs to be applied so that the atmosphere becomes orderly and can support or help the goals of education itself. One of the ways to enforce disciplinary behavior is the supervision of educators. Supervision from educators is a stimulation or stimulation so that disciplinary behavior itself can occur. This study aims to determine the description of educator supervision, to know the description of disciplinary behavior, and how to determine the relationship between the two. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. The population of the study was all students who were active in the Tahfidz Nurul Ilmi Kuranji house in Padang City, amounting to 114 people. The research sample taken based on the Slovin formula with a total of 53 samples. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used a percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that: (1) teacher supervision was still low, (2) disciplinary behavior was still low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between teacher supervision and disciplinary behavior of students at the house of Tahfidz Nurul Ilmi Kuranji, Padang City. Based on this research, it is hoped that educators will be able to supervise the students in order to help them encourage disciplinary behavior. Then it is hoped that all parties involved in the tahfidz house of Nurul Ilmi Kuranji in Padang City can help with the problems that occur so that learning and teaching activities at Tahfidz's house can run well.Keywords: Educator supervision, Discipline Behavior, Santri

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is evidenced by their behavior in everyday life and can distinguish good or bad deeds. This is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of parental attention to children. This study aims to see a picture of parental attention, to see a picture of early childhood moral development and the relationship between parental attention and moral development of children aged 5-6 years in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population in this study parents who have early childhood are 43 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire or questionnaire, while the data analysis used the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental attention to children was in the low category, the description of early childhood moral development was in the low category and there was a significant relationship between parental attention and moral development of early childhood in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai.Keywords: parental attention, early childhood moral development

This research was motivated by the high learning outcomes of HP technician training participants at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. The high learning outcomes are thought to be caused by the high interest of the participants in the training. This study aims to: 1) describe the participants' interest in participating in the training; 2) Describe the learning outcomes of participants; and 3) looking at the relationship between interest in training with the learning outcomes of HP technician training participants at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The population of this study was all training participants, totaling 30 participants for the period December 2019-March 2020 with a sample taken of 66%, namely 20 people. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) the participants' interest in participating in the training was high; 2) the learning outcomes of the participants looked very good; and 3) there is a significant relationship between the Interest in Following HP Technician Training with Learning Outcomes at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. It is recommended that instructors be able to improve their professional skills in order to foster participants' interest in participating in training and for further researchers to look at other variables related to learning outcomes.Keywords: Interests, Learning Outcomes, Training

ABSTRAKPendidikan luar sekolah merupakan kegiatan yang dirancang secara tersusun di luar jalur persekolahan, yang mana kegiatannya dilaksanakan secara sendiri atau membentuk bidang yang bermanfaat untuk mengasah kemampuan serta keterampilan, yang dilaksanakan agar dapat mambantu masyarakat agar tercapai tujuan belajarnya.TPA lembaga pendidikan islam bersifat nonformal guna membantu orang tua dalam membimbing dan mengajarkan anak-anak memperdalam wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan islam. Pendidikan ini tergolong pada jalur pendidikan nonformal yang diorietasikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Pendidikan keagamaan terutama kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Quran.Teman sebaya adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam berbagai hal, seperti salah satunya adalah kedisiplinan, kedisiplinan yang dimiliki oleh anak mudah dipengaruhi oleh teman sebaya, sebab teman sebaya merupakan seseorang teman yang memiliki usia serta berkembangan yang sama, dan juga memiliki keinginan yang sama dalam menjalin pergaulan dengan anak yang seusia dengannnya.Sebagai seorang warga belajar, sangat dibutuhkan untuk menumbuhkan sikap disiplin dalam kegiatan aktivitas pembelajaran. kedisiplinan belajar bertujuan agar aktivitas belajarnya bisa menjadi teratur, hasil memuaskan didapatkannya yang serupa terhadap tujuan yang diinginkan. This research is based on the lack of community participation in participating in community empowerment in the Sawahlunto, from this problem, the researchers resulted in the development of historical tourism is low. The purpose of this study is to see a picture of community empowerment, to see an overview of the development of historical tourism and the relationship between the two. This type of research is used in quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study is the people living around historical tourist objects in Sawahlunto City in 2020, amounting to 40 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people. The technique of collecting data is in the form of a questionnaire using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection technique in this study used a percentage formula. This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of the participants in the bread and cake making training which was assumed by the learning media used by the instructor to be less attractive. The objectives of this study were (1) To see the description of the instructional media in the training of making bread and cakes at BLK Batusangkar. (2) Looking at the description of the learning motivation of the participants in the bread and cake making training at BLK Batusangkar. (3) Knowing the relationship between the learning media and the learning motivation of the participants in the training of making bread and cakes at BLK Batusangkar.This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 32 learning citizens and 75% of the sample was taken or consisted of 24 learning citizens using the cluster proportional random sampling method, techniques in data collection using questionnaires, and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and rank order. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The instructional media in the training of making bread and cakes are categorized as poor. (2) The learning motivation of the citizens to learn in the bread and cake making training is categorized low. (3) There is a significant relationship between the learning media and the learning motivation of the learning community in the bread and cake-making training at BLK Batusangkar. This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the trainees, where the approach used by the trainer has not encouraged the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the training. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automotive training at the Job Training Center in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population of this study were all 32 participants of the Automotive Training. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling by taking a sample of 65% of the population, so the research sample was 22 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was correlation with spearmen. The results showed that (1) the andragogic approach was classified as good, (2) the training participants' learning motivation was good and (3) there was a relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automatic training at the Padang City Job Training Center.Keywords: andragogical approach, learning motivation

This research was motivated by the low learning activity of students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul 'Ilmi which allegedly had something to do with the students' learning environment. The purpose of this study is to reveal a description of the learning environment of students, the learning activities of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi, and to reveal the relationship between the learning environment and the learning activities of students. This type of research is a descriptive correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was students from class I to class IV MDTA Nurul Ilmi in 2020, amounting to 59 people and a sample of 60%, namely 35 people with a sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the product-moment formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning environment of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi is low; 2) the learning activities of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi are classified as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning activities of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi, Ulakan Tapakis District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that the teacher creates a comfortable learning atmosphere in the classroom for students so that the learning activities of students increase.Keywords: Learning Environment, Learning Activity

This study aims to find out: 1) internal factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. 2) External factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed using an interactive analysis model. The data validity technique uses data and source triangulation techniques. This research is motivated by the high interest and participation of participants in the Make-up training. It is suspected that participants still need Youtube media to support learning outcomes in terms of performance, management of the learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 32 participants and a sample of 32 participants using total random sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire with percentage calculation data analysis. The research results show the following. First, the implementation of YouTube use and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of preparation, were carried out well. Second, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the implementation aspect, was well implemented. Third, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of assessment, was carried out well. Researchers suggest that tutors in make-up training at PKBM Sahabat should give awards or rewards to learning citizens who have succeeded well and satisfactorily after the assessment of the make-up training is carried out.Keyword: youtube, make up, training
