Abstract

Education has a role, namely to develop all the potential of students, the language skills of a child can be observed through language understanding. The bingo game is an activity that can be used according to a theme or subject. This study aims to determine the effect of bingo on the ability to understand language in children aged 4-5 years in Kampung Jawa 1 Village, Pariaman City.This type quantitative research quasi-experimental method with a prettest and postest design. The population were children aged 4-5 years in the family of the village of Kampung Jawa 1 with 15 populations. The sample of this study took 5 children selected from RT 03, the technique sampling was purposive sampling. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. Based on the results of research before being given action (pretest) the ability to understand children's language is dominated by sufficiently capable catogy, namely (60%), after being given action (posttest) the ability to understand children's language is dominated by capable and very capable catogy, namely (60%) and there is an effect of play. bingo in the ability to understand language in children. Sig 0.009 <0.05. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning success in the office application training at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. Researchers suspect that the cause of the training  participants' low learning success is to the lack of implementation of learning strategies by the instructors. The problems studied in this research are, "Is there a relationship between the learning strategy of office applications and the success of studying at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi?". This research is to see an overview of learning strategies, an overview of learning success, how the relationship between the two. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The population in the study amounted to 40 people who met the criteria. While the sample was determined to be 75% of 40, namely 30 people. Data collection in the research was conducted by researchers using a questionnaire technique and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula, the Product Moment formula. It can be concluded that: (1) the learning strategy at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi office applications is not good, (2) the success of learning office applications in LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi is categorized as low. (3) there is a significant relationship between the office application learning strategy and the learning success at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. For this reasons, the authors give several suggestions (1) It is hoped that the instructor in making an attractive media learning strategy method increases high learning success, so that active participants office application training activities LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi can do well. (2) It is expected that LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi will improve the quality of learning training for office applications at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. (3) Researchers are expected to examine other variables that affect involvement citizens in learning.Keywords: learning strategies, learning success.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of social behavior of children at the TPA of the Al-Iman Mosque, this is presumably due to the low moral development given by teachers to children. This study aims to: 1) describe moral development by TPA teachers; 2) describe the child's social behavior; and 3) looking at the relationship between moral development by TPA teachers and children's social behavior in TPA Mesjid Al-Iman, Gunung Sarik Village, Kuranji District, Padang City. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The population in this study were all children who participated in the TPA at Al-Iman Mosque, amounting to 54 children, while the sample taken was 34 people using the stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study used structured interviews with data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that; 1) moral development by TPA teachers at TPA Mesjid Al-Iman is still categorized as low, 2) social behavior of children at TPA Al-Iman is categorized as poor, and 3) there is a significant relationship between moral development by TPA teachers and children's social behavior in TPA Al-Iman Mosque, Gunung Sarik Village, Kuranji District, Padang City.Keywords: Moral Development, Social Behavior, Al-Qur'an Education Park

Abstract

Spatial visual intelligence has a significant influence on the online learning process because of the independence of students in the informal learning process. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the relationship of spatial visual intelligence and learning independence to student learning outcomes in online learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the DPTM (Basic Mechanical Engineering Design) subject in class X TPM SMK Negeri 6 Malang in the 2020 academic year. / 2021. The design of this study is a correlation with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 82 students of class X Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 6 Malang. Data collection techniques are tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used linear and multiple regression statistics. The results showed that visual spatial intelligence and students' learning independence were high in the basic subjects of Mechanical Engineering Planning. Each variable has a relationship and influence on student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the value of student learning outcomes with high criteria. So, it can be concluded that each variable simultaneously has a positive effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods, to know the description of students' learning outcomes, and to find out the relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods and learning outcomes. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were third grade students at MDTA Darul Hikmah. The population is 27 people and the sample is taken from the whole population using total sampling technique. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in the study were percentage statistics and serial correlation. The results showed that the students' perceptions of the lecture learning method varied in the unfavorable category. The learning outcomes of students are also in the unfavorable category with an average score of 56.85 in the semester. The results of the price consultation r, it is concluded that r count is greater than r table, that is, there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture learning method and learning outcomes.Keywords: Perception, Learning Methods, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

When Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, it has had a significant impact on the implementation of learning that was originally face-to-face, turned into distance-learning, or online. The implementation of the "Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR)" policy has consequences for the home as the center of learning activities. In this context, the role of family education, in this case, parents, greatly determines the success of education during "Belajar Dari Rumah", especially the tutoring carried out by parents. This study tries to elaborate on this phenomenon, especially related to the urgency of tutoring by parents on the education of adolescents in the "Belajar Dari Rumah" era. The method used is library research or (library research), with four steps, namely preparing tools in the form of pencils or pens and notebooks; compile a working bibliography; managing time; and reading and taking research notes. The findings in this study, namely during the implementation of "Belajar Dari Rumah", parents can provide tutoring so that adolescents achieve educational success, such as maintaining and ensuring children to live a clean and healthy life, accompanying children in doing school work, doing joint activities during at home, creating a comfortable environment for children, establishing intense communication with children, playing with children, being role models for children, providing supervision to family members, providing for and fulfilling family needs, guiding and motivating children, providing education, maintaining religious values, doing variety and innovation activities at home.Keywords: Family Education, Parental Guidance, Youth Education, Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR)

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, Pasaman Regency. It is suspected that one of the reasons is because the communication applied in the family is not quite right. This study aims to: 1) describe the communication that occurs in the family; 2) describe early childhood speech skills; and 3) looking at the relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of aged children in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 26 housewives who had children aged 4-5 years. The sample amounted to 19 people with sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and a check for the observation of the development of speech in early childhood. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the correlation formula of the Sperman Rho correlation. The results of this study indicate: 1) the communication that occurs within the family in Pisang Village is in the wrong category; 2) the speaking ability of early childhood in Kampung Pisang is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. Research suggestions are: 1) it is hoped that the family can implement good, dynamic, intensive, and harmonious communication with children, to improve their speaking ability in children; and 2) it is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine other variables that affect the development of children's self-speech abilitiesKeywords: communication, speech application, early childhood, family education

Abstract

This background of research by the successful implementation of non-formal education in the Duku village of Koto XI Tarusan sub-district is presumably due to the support for non-formal education by the Duku Kenagarian Community Leader, Koto Xi Tarusan District. Research has the goal of seeing the picture of non-formal education by community leaders seen from the aspects of entrepreneurs, coordinators, and facilitators. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is 45 people. The population in this study was 45 people in Kenagarian Duku. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling, the sample taken is 37 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Koto XI Tarusan District on the entrepreneurial aspect is said to be very supportive, (2) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Duku Koto XI Tarusan District on the coordinator aspect is said to be very supported, (3) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Koto XI Tarusan District in the aspect of facilitators said to be very supportive.Keywords: Support, Non-Formal Education, Community Leaders

Abstract

This study aims to reveal an overview of the confidence of training graduates, and to reveal the relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest in beauty training graduates at the Training and Training Institute (LKP) Martha Siska Padang. The results of the observations show that the low interest in entrepreneurship is thought to be caused by a lack of self-confidence from beauty training graduates. This type of research is a correlational study that uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were graduates of beauty training for the period 2019. The sampling technique was saturated sampling and the sample was the entire population. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the confidence of training graduates is low; 2) training graduates have low interest in entrepreneurship;3) There is a significant relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest in beauty training graduates at LKP Martha Siska, Padang City. Suggestions from this research are that training graduates are expected to be confident in their potential, and institutional managers are expected to generate self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest from beauty training trainees, as well as increase knowledge of trainees about self-confidence and interest in entrepreneurship. in practice it has been done well.Keywords: self-confidence, interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency, this is alleged because it has to do with the motivation to follow the agricultural counseling program. This study aims to look at the motivational picture of participating in the extension tile program, the performance picture of farmer group members, and the relationship between the motivation to follow the counseling program and the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency. The approach to this research is quantitative with a descriptive type of correlational research. The research population is a member of Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman regency as many as 52 people and the sample was taken as much as 75% of 39 people, with the technique of sampling is random sampling stratified. In this research, the data collection techniques used are questionnaires and tools used, namely questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and product moment formulas. The results of this study showed that: 1) the motivation to participate in the counseling program of farmer group members is relatively low; 2) the performance of farmers group members is relatively low; 3) There is a significant relationship between the motivation to participate in the counseling program and the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency. It is expected that the extension of field agriculture (PPL) to be more sensitive to the formation of motivation and improvement of the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group.Keywords: Motivation, Program Counseling, Performance
