This research is motivated by the success of the community in Rao District in making sinhok fish into processed sinhok fish chips so that this skill can support the family economy and improve the community's economy. The aim of this research is to describe the role of empowering family welfare in gender-based family economic empowerment which is seen from the aspect of capital assistance, aspects of infrastructure development assistance, and aspects of mentoring assistance.The research approach is qualitative while the type is a case study. Sources of data used are women in Rao sub-district as research subjects and instructors and local residents as research informants. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Source triangulation is used as a data validity technique.The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of family welfare skills in processing Sinhok fish into Sinhok fish chips is very good, this can be noted from: (1) Aspects of capital assistance, the results show that gender-based family welfare empowerment of Sinhok fish processing into Sinhok fish chips is seen to increase knowledge the community about processing sinhok fish into delicious preparations. (2) Aspects of infrastructure development assistance obtained results that the processing of Sinhok fish already has the support of good facilities and infrastructure. (3) Aspects of assistance assistance obtained from gender-based family empowerment in processing sinhok fish into sinhok fish chips can be seen from the assistance and monitoring carried out by PKK members who are tasked with accommodating and facilitating the smooth production of sinhok fish chips.Keywords: Elderly Empowerment, Processing of Sinhok Fish Chips, Rao District

This research is based on the low self-discipline of adolescents in Kenagarian Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. This is thought to be influenced by the parenting style of parents in paying attention to discipline in their education. The objectives of this study are (1) to see the description of parenting patterns according to adolescents in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. (2) To see the description of adolescent discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. (3) To see the relationship between parenting and discipline in adolescents. in Kenagarian Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, correlation analysis method. The population is 26 people, the sampling technique is random sampling and taken by 60% or as many as 16 people. This study showed several results, namely: (1) Adolescent parenting in Nanggalo District Koto XI Tarusan was categorized as poor. This is evidenced by the parents not educating their children well, the parents not guiding and disciplining their children properly; (2) Adolescent self-discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District is categorized as low. It can be seen that children have not been able to obey the rules seriously and are less obedient in disciplining themselves; (3) Has a significant relationship between parenting and adolescent self-discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District.

Individual readiness and maturity is a must-have for someone who is going to get married. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion is instructed that every prospective bride and groom who will marry must first follow marriage guidance as a step in realizing a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. This research is a field research with a normative-empirical legal research method. This research was conducted at the Bukit Mekarwangi Housing Estate, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. Primary data sources are taken from interviews with parents of adolescents and adolescents themselves. Secondary data sources are collected through legal sources, implementation documents, modules and other supporting data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers concluded that: first, pre-marital marriage guidance in Bukit Mekarwangi Housing was in accordance with the technical instructions for implementing marriage guidance. Implementation of the guidance can be said to be effective seen from the organization of activities and the fulfillment of infrastructure at the research site. In addition, it also has a positive impact on the bride and groom. Second, the effect of implementation on the readiness of the bride and groom: mentally and conceptually related to their marriage increases with the increase in new knowledge they get from the material presented.Keywords: Teenagers, Premarital, Counseling

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of the Cooperative Training Participants for the Young Generation at the UPTD Cooperative Training Center, West Sumatra, this is presumably due to the low professional competence of widyaiswara. This study aims to: describe the professional competence of widyaiswara, learning outcomes of training participants' learning outcomes, and see the relationship between widyaiswara's professional competencies and learning outcomes of Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Training Center of West Sumatra. The research population is the learning residents who are registered as participants in the Cooperative Training for the Young Generation in 2020 totaling 35 people and a sample of 25 training participants who were taken using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a questionnaire tool. Data analysis technique with percentage formula and rank order correlation. The results showed that: (1) the professional competence of widyaiswara was low, (2) the learning outcomes of the training participants were low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the professional competence of the widyaiswara and the learning outcomes of the Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Education and Training Center Sumatra. West. It is recommended for institutions to be able to pay attention to matters relating to the achievement of training participants' learning outcomes so that the learning outcomes achieved by training participants are maximized, and it is recommended for widyaiswaras to improve their competencies in order to improve training participants' learning outcomes.Keywords: widyaiswara professional competence, learning outcomes, education and training

This research is motivated by the successful implementation of an independent learning program carried out on residents of learning equivalence package C, where the implementation of independent learning this time uses E-Modules as teaching materials, where the E-module teaching materials are formed with an attractive design so as to make E-module users -modules become interested in following the learning. The researcher's observations took place at SPNF SKB Pariaman City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the researchers interviewed some of the learning residents who could be used as research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the results or evaluation of the implementation of independent learning using the E-Module are clearly seen from the final results or the results of the report cards of learning residents which can be said to be very satisfying, even though it is independent learning that is carried out alone at home. The purpose of this study is to see whether or not there is a relevant relationship between the role of parents in children's learning activities and children's reading learning outcomes at Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD. The type of research on this research is descriptive correlational which is then carried out through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the female parents of Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD children, totaling 34 people, with a sample size of 17 people and to collect data, the process of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires had finished testing its validity and reliability. The data analysis obtained was 1) the role of parents in children's learning activities obtained 25.48% who gave always answers and 47.37% who gave frequent answers, so it can be categorized quite well. 2) children's learning to read results obtained 46.62% with moderately developed answers and 15.95% with developing answers as expected, so it can be categorized that children's learning outcomes are quite good at Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD during the covid-19 pandemic. After testing the hypothesis using the SPSS application, the results showed that there was no relevant relationship between the role of parents in children's learning activities and the results of learning to read children at Ceria Cinta Bunda during the COVID-19 pandemic because the data obtained were r_count = 0.003 and The value was consulted with r_(table ) = 0.456 with N = 16. Based on the results of the consultation, it was obtained r_hitung>r_(table). If r_table is greater than r_(count ) then H_0 is accepted and vice versa H_1 is rejected.Keywords: Education, Early Childhood Education, Learning Activities, Reading Learning Outcomes

The background of this research is the low participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City. This is presumably due to the low persuasion communication of the instructor to the learning community in the PKK program. This study aims to see: 1) an overview of persuasive communication in the PKK program in East Attitude Village, Pariaman City, 2) a description of the participation of learners in making ginger powder in the PKK program at Attitudeak Timur Village, Pariaman City, 3) knowing the relationship between persuasive communication and the participation of learners in making ginger powder in the PKK program at Attitudeak Timur Village, Pariaman City.This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of correlation which aims to determine the relationship of persuasion communication with the participation of learners in the PKK program in East Attitude Village, Pariaman City. The research population is 35 people and the sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling and taken as many as 70%, namely 25 people. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and Rank Order.The results of the study found that: 1) The description of the persuasive communication of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City was categorized as low; 2) The description of the participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City is categorized as low, and; 3) There is a significant relationship between persuasion communication and the participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City. Furthermore, suggestions are expected for further researchers to examine new variables so that they can multiply and complete the variables to be studied further.Keywords: Persuasion Communication; Participation

This research was motivated by a course and training institution (LKP) Purwacaraka Music Studio Padang which has fairly stable course participants and good course participants' achievements in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. the main instrument of this research is the researcher himself. sources of data in this study were branch managers, LKP admins, tutors, course participants, and parents of course participants. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this research is by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that: LKP Purwacaraka Music Studio Padang did all the preparations for learning based on the direction of the central Purwacaraka Music Studio. The curriculum provided is based on the national standard of Indonesian music courses so that the preparation that must be done by course participants, the ability of tutors, the material taught, the media used, the methods used, the learning environment prepared for the convenience of visitors, and preparation for evaluation of the learning of course participants with national standards throughout the region Indonesia. This makes LKP Purwacaraka Music Studio course participants even in small areas able to compete at national and international levels.

This study is motivated by the low socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 years, which is likely due to the extent of children's dependence on using certain media like gadgets and calls for extra caution to minimize it. the socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 in RW 03 and the relationship between parental supervision of technology use and the socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 in RW 3. This type of research is quantitative and correlative. Parents with children who were between the ages of 5 and 6 years old, as well as up to 56 other people, made up the study's population. 32 people used the stitch probing technique. Daten An evaluation tool called a questionbogen is used, and the percent formula and the product moment are used in data analysis. The findings revealed that while the category's description of older users' oversight of gadget use was favorable, the category's description of younger users' socioemotional growth (children aged 5–6 years) lagged behind. Additionally, there is a correlation between parental supervision of children's device use and their social and emotional development in RW 03 when they are between the ages of 5 and 6, but this correlation is weak because r table = 0,304. According to Sugiyono, the r-Wert belongs to the middle category because it falls within the range of (0,40-0,59), which is equal to 0,454.Keywords: parental supervision, social emotional development, gadget

The background of this research is the high intensity of watching YouTube for early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, resulting in poor children's social-emotional development. This study aims to (1) describe the intensity of watching YouTube for early childhood at PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. (2) Describe the emotional social development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. (3) Seeing that there is no relationship between the intensity of watching YouTube and the emotional social development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. This research is a quantitative type of correlational research that aims to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The population of this study amounted to 60 children. The samples taken in this study were 45 people/respondents or as much as 75%. The technique used in data collection was in the form of a data collector in the form of a written terminal (questionnaire) and a data collection tool in the form of a list of data collectors. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and data processing uses the rank product moment formula. The results of this study prove that: (1) The description of the intensity of watching YouTube for young children in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, is focused on High. (2) The description of the social emotional development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, is in the poor category. (3) There is a significant relationship between the intensity of watching YouTube and the emotional social development of early childhood at PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. It is hoped that future researchers can examine new variables so that they can complement and increase the variables in the study.Keywords: Youtube Watching Intensity, Social Emotional Development
