Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the efforts to improve the Japanese language skills of prospective workers at LPK Mirai Jaya Indralaya, with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation methods with research subjects LPK Mirai Jaya managers, instructors, learning residents and alumni of LPK Mirai Jaya. The results obtained in this study are: 1) Internal efforts made by LPK Mirai Jaya in improving the Japanese language skills of prospective workers are going well. These efforts include education and training, as well as a learning community ability test which is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Japan Foundation. 2) External efforts made by students at LPK Mirai Jaya to support the efforts made by LPK Mirai Jaya managers, namely the competence of learning citizens, active learning of citizens, and Japanese language skills. Keywords: Effort, Japanese language, skill

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to read the Koran, allegedly due to various factors, one of which is the intensity of participating in Koranic learning at TPQ Al Mu'min in Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to see a description of the intensity of following the Koran learning, a description of the ability to read the Koran, the relationship between the intensity of participating in Koranic learning and the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min in Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all 45 students of the Qur'anic level at TPQ Al Mu'min aged 8-12 years. The research sample was taken 80%, namely as many as 36 people using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used closed interviews and tests. Then for the data analysis technique used the percentage formula and product moment formula. The results of the study indicate that a) the intensity of participating in learning the Qur'an at TPQ Al Mu'min is still low; b) the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min is still low; c) there is a significant relationship between the intensity of participating in learning the Koran with the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min In Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman RegencyKeywords: the intensity of participating in learning the Qur'an, the ability to read the Qur'an

Abstract

This research was motivated by the trainees who were active during the automotive training at BLK Painan. This study aims to see an overview of the learning methods used by automotive training instructors when providing training materials, to see a description of the learning activities of automotive trainees, and to see the relationship between varied learning methods and the learning activities of automotive trainees at BLK Painan. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this research is the automotive training participants in the 2021 period as many as 32 people. While the sample was taken using the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. As for the data analysis technique, the percentage formula and the product moment formula are used. The results of this study indicate that (a) the instructor has applied various learning methods well, namely by applying three forms of methods, the lecture method, the discussion method, and the practical method; (b) the trainees already have a good activity at the time of participating in the training; and (c) there is a significant relationship between the various learning methods and the active learning of automotive training participants at BLK Painan.Keywords: study, study methods, learning actvity

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning motivation of cellular telephone technician training participants at the Payakumbuh City Job Training Center UPTD. this is suspected to have a relationship with the personality competence of the training instructor at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. As a result, the purpose of this study is to describe the instructor's personality competence, learning motivation, and their interaction. This study is a quantitative correlational study with a population of 32 people and a sample size of the entire population. Techniques for gathering data in the form of a questionnaire using a questionnaire tool. The percentage formula and basic regression correlation were employed in the data analysis technique. The study's findings revealed that: (1) the instructor's personality competence is good but could be better; (2) the trainees' learning motivation is still low; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the instructor's personality competence and the trainees' high learning motivation. participated in mobile phone technician training at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. It is recommended that instructors be able to improve their competence as educators so that trainees can be motivated to learn, disciplined and serious about participating in the training. Abstract

The problem in this study is how is the quality of education set by the Singapore Ministry of Education to realize the excellence of students at every level of education? How to develop early education to overcome the drop out at the primary school education level in Singapore? The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through library studies. Literature research is a data collection technique by reviewing books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing, presenting, and inferring the data that has been collected. The results showed that (1) The quality of education at every level and unit of education in Singapore has always been of particular concern to the Singapore Ministry of Education. Singapore's Ministry of Education always oversees the development of the national curriculum to obtain the desired Educational outcomes. in the form of student excellence in life skills, knowledge skills, and subject discipline knowledge organized into eight core skills and values: character development, self-management skills, social and cooperative skills, literacy and numeracy, communication skills, information skills, thinking skills and creativity, and skills of application of knowledge. (2) Singapore is a barometer of early childhood education programs in the Asia Pacific Region. Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of citizens studying in PPKN lessons in the Package C learning program at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian. This is presumably due to the low persuasive communication of the tutor. This study aims to: 1) see the description of the tutor's persuasive communication in the implementation of package C learning activities at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian, 2) see the picture of learning outcomes for PPKN package C subjects at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian, 3) see the relationship of tutor persuasive communication with the learning outcomes of citizens learning on the subject of PPKN package C at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian.This research was conducted with a correlational quantitative approach that aims to examine the relationship between persuasive communication and learning outcomes. The research population is all residents studying package C in PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian as many as 44 people, the academic year 2020/2021 is an odd semester, the sampling technique is stratified random sampling and taken as many as 70%, namely 31 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and to find correlations using the Product Moment formula.The results of the study prove that: 1) The description of the persuasive communication of package C tutors at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian is categorized as low; 2) The description of the learning outcomes of learning residents in the PPKN package C subject at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian is categorized as moderate, and; 3) there is a significant relationship between the tutor's persuasive communication and the learning outcomes of residents studying the PPKN package C subject at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian. It is hoped that the manager will help improve the quality of tutors' persuasive communication so that they have good skills in the quality of their persuasive communication.Keywords: Persuasive Communication; Learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of independence of out-of-school teenagers in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency, this is presumably because parents' attention to the independence of dropout teenagers is low. The objectives of the study are as follows: 1) to find out how high the level of parental attention is to teenagers dropping out of school at the junior high school level in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency; 2) to determine the level of independence of junior high school dropouts in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency; 3) to find out whether there is a relationship between parental attention and the independence of junior high school dropouts in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency. This research uses quantitative research and correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were 24 students who dropped out of school in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency and a sample of 18 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire and to analyze the data using a statistical formula, namely the percentage formula and Spearman rho to determine whether or not there is a relationship between two variables. After the data is processed, the results obtained are: (1) parental attention to the independence of low school dropout teenagers, (2) low independence of dropout teenagers, (3) data obtained showing that there is a significant relationship between parental attention and independence dropout teenagers in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency. Abstract

This research is motiveated by the low social relations of children with friends around where he lives. This can be seen from the behavior shown as children often play alone compared to their friends. This study aims to determine early childhood social development  in family X from Timbrun. This approach is a case study type qualitative research. The research informants were parents, of class A-1 TK Awalidil Jannah Timbulun reachers and neighbors. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and field notes. Data analysis techniques followed the procedures of Miles and Huberman: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) validation. The data validity method used in this study was source triangulation. The results showed that the social development of early childhood in family X in Timbulun: 1) children’s understanding of themselves; children like to draw and write, whether in magazines, books or single sheets of paper. 2) A sense of responsibility for themselves and others: children have begun to be responsible for both themselves and others such as putting things in their place, washing hands, other hygiene fiber. 3) Prosocial behavior: the child has begun to open up to his friends. Abstract

This research was motivated by the high activity of students in the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. This study describes the personality competence of coaches in the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. this is based on the trainer's approach and application of students when carrying out training, and the trainer also shows appropriate attitudes and training methods. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the Personality Competence of the Trainer as a Person Who Acts According to Norms. (2) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence as an Honest, Noble Person. (3) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence Presenting Himself as a Steady Person. (4) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence in Demonstrating a High Work Ethic.This research is a research with a quantitative approach and this type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were 30 people, the sampling technique was Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 20 people. Techniques for collecting data using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the description of the trainer's personality competence acting in accordance with the norms is categorized as very high. (2) the description of the trainer's personality competence presenting himself as an honest and noble person is categorized as very high. (3) the description of the trainer's personality competence presents himself as a stable person who is categorized as very high. (4) the description of the trainer's personality competence shows that the work ethic is categorized as very high. It is hoped that Padang 8 Public High School will always innovate in improving extracurricular activities, especially the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular so as to attract students' interest in joining extracurricular activities. Abstract

This study aims to study amd explain the phenomenon of School Dropout seen from the Social Aspects in Gunung Batu Village, Pulau Beringin District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study may be five people. The data technique used was interview research subjects. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data retrieval. Based on the results of data analysis carried out through the triangulation method, it can be concluded that the phenomenon of children dropping out of school is seen from social aspects, social aspects of society and aspects of children's social behavior. Social aspects of society, namely children dropping out of school are more concerned with working as farmers to earn their own money to continue their education, aspects of social behavior of children dropping out of school besides working to earn their own money, dropping out children also do habits in the community, namely playing, hanging out on the roadside, sports and gather with friends in the community.Key words: children, droping out of school, social aspe
