This research is motivated by the low participation of learning residents in the dance training program at the LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City, which is suspected to have something to do with interpersonal communication between instrukturs. The purpose of this study was to reveal a description of instruktur interpersonal communication, participation of learning residents in the Dance Training Program at LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City, and to reveal the relationship between instruktur interpersonal communication and the participation of learning residents in the dance training program at LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City. This type of research is a descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were residents learning dance training at the LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City in the 2019 period, totaling 34 people and a sample of 70%, namely 24 people with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the interpersonal communication of instrukturs in the dance training program at LKP Sanggar Permata Hati, Padang City is low; 2) the participation of the learning community in the dance training program at the LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City is relatively low; 3) there is a significant relationship between instruktur interpersonal communication and the participation of learning residents in the dance training program at LKP Permata Hati Studio, Padang City. Suggestions for this research are expected to the manager of LKP Permata Hati Padang City in order to encourage instrukturs to pay more attention to interpersonal, friendly and warm communication to learning residents in order to achieve learning objectives.

In the learning program, the “seTARA daring” application has been provided by the government to make it easier to carry out equality learning activities. At PKBM Lestari, they chose to do bold learning using the “seTARA daring” learning media application and using the home study method considering that the conditions of the students and PKBM were quite adequate. This study aims to find out how the management of learning “seTARA daring” is brave for the learning outcomes of Package C at PKBM Lestari Banyuwangi. This type of research is a qualitative with a descriptive method. The data sources in this study consist of research informants, namely tutors and learners package C. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Online equivalent management of learning outcomes Package C at PKBM Lestari Banyuwangi starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating learning carried out by tutors has been going well, namely the tutor has prepared material from modules and learning materials from youtube videos, methods, media, to the facilities and infrastructure needed during the brave learning process. The implementation of learning is carried out by utilizing digital technology such as mobile phones, via whatsapp groups, and the seTARA application. In the implementation of learning, the methods used are flipped classroom, lectures, and discussions

This research is motivated by the many neglected children in Indonesia, especially in West Sumatra. This causes many foster children who lack discipline in their daily lives at the Aisyiyah Orphanage, Koto Tangah Branch, Padang City. This study aims to find out the tips for instilling discipline in foster children, especially describing the form of discipline instilled in foster children, tips in instilling discipline through habituation in foster children, and knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in instilling discipline in foster children. .This type of research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method. The sources of data in this study who became the research subjects were the caregivers at the Aisyiyah orphanage, while the informants were those who provided information about the research being carried out, namely the head of the orphanage, representatives of the orphanage and foster children of the Aisyiyah orphanage, Koto Tangah Branch, Padang City. In this study, researchers used observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques.The results showed that (1) the forms of discipline instilled by caregivers in foster children include time discipline and worship discipline, (2) tips for caregivers in instilling discipline through habituation in foster children include teaching children to be routine in activities and teaching children to be consistent. in acting, (3) supporting factors including between caregivers and administrators must be in line, caregivers and administrators provide approaches in the form of mutual love and affection for each other. While the inhibiting factors include facilities and infrastructure, the influence of relationships in the environment, the influence of family behavior at home.Keywords: Caregivers, discipline

This research is motivated by the low numeracy skills of children. It is suspected that the child's low numeracy ability can be caused by many factors, including inappropriate learning methods, lack of parental/environmental support, unattractive learning facilities/media, and low levels of children's intelligence. This study aims to determine the ability to increase the effectiveness of using ice cream sticks in improving the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years in Nagari Muaro Sakai, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and posttest design. The population of this study were 20 children aged 5-6 years in Nagari Muaro Sakai, with a study sample of 8 children taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. Before being given the action (pretest) the child's numeracy ability was categorized as not yet developed, after being given the action (posttest) the child's numeracy ability was categorized as developing and there was an influence of ice cream stick media on the child's ability to count. Sig 0.000 < 0.05. It is suggested to AUD parents and educators to use ice cream stick media in developing numeracy skills in children.Keywords: Ice cream stick media, Counting Ability

This research is motivated by several advantages possessed by the Kurnia Computer course and training institution such as gaining the trust to carry out job learning activities and entrepreneurship skills learning activities, having two programs that have been nationally accredited, having instructors who have national competence, training activities centered on community training and provide complete learning facilities. This research has a type of descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 15 respondents, the sample used was 5 respondents who were used as respondents. This study has a description of the management of the Kurnia Computer course and training institution in Pancung Problem District, South Coast District. The information processing step used in data collection is using a questionnaire, the tool used is a questionnaire while the formula uses a percentage formula. The results of this study if the data on the management of the Kurnia Computer course and training institution in Pancung Problem District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is classified as very good. With good management by managers who have an influence on the implementation of Kurnia Computer training in Pancung Problem District, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

This study aims to identify and identify life skills education through non-formal education for persons with physical disabilities. Individuals who have physical limitations are called persons with physical disabilities. In the social environment, society tends to give negative stigma to people with physical disabilities and other problems that are in the spotlight are the low participation and provision of job opportunities for people with disabilities in obtaining work. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is sourced from secondary data obtained from documents, journals related and in line with physical disabilities and life skills education for physical disabilities. The result of this literature review is that empowerment of disabled groups must be carried out to increase participation in various fields of social life with adequate and relevant work skills. Skill enhancement is provided to gain accessibility for persons with disabilities, one of which is through non-formal education programs, namely life skills education. Vocational rehabilitation as a form of life skills education through non-formal education is carried out by providing services in the form of skills training activities that aim to cultivate, develop and increase the potential possessed by persons with disabilities, especially persons with physical disabilities.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perilaku moral remaja di MTS Darun Na’im Simpangkubu. Hal ini diduga penyebabnya salah satunya karena komunikasi interpersonal dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menggambarkan komunikasi interpersonal dalam keluarga; 2) menggambarkan perilaku moral remaja di MTS Darun Na’im Simpangkubu; 3) melihat hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dalam keluarga dengan perilaku moral remaja di MTS Darun Na’im SimpangkubuJenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik atau remaja di MTS Darun Na’im Simpangkubu kelas VII dan kelas VIII yang berjumlah 105 orang dan 32 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik stratified sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan rumus product moment.Hasil penelitian tergolong bahwa: 1) komunikasi interpersonal dalam keluarga pada remaja rendah; 2) perilaku moral remaja di MTS Darun Na’im Simpangkubu tergolong rendah; 3) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dalam keluarga dengan perilaku moral remaja di MTS Darun Na’im Simpangkubu. Saran penelitian adalah: 1) diharapkan kepada orang tua peserta didik untuk dapat memperhatikan dan komunikasi interpersonal secara baik sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam perilaku moral remaja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan; dan 2) diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku moral remaja

This research was motivated by the high interest of the trainees in successfully obtaining competency certification at the Evi salon training and course institution in Pariaman City, their enthusiasm for learning in training and the activeness of the trainees in the learning process. Allegedly caused by the skills of learning resources/instructors, interesting material was delivered by the instructor during the learning process. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 40 people who attended training at the Evi Salon Kota Pariaman training and training institute in 2018 and 2019 and the research sample consisted of 20 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with a questionnaire sheet collection tool, and the data analysis technique used the percentage formula. It is highly recommended that the organizer or manager should be able to adjust and improve the needs of the training participants, so that the training can run well and smoothly. Learning resources/instructors to improve the appearance and use of learning media, so as to create a more intimate and motivated atmosphere in training. Training participants are able to take advantage of the knowledge and skills provided by the instructor and continue to apply and develop them in their daily lives.Keywords: Interests, Training, Competency Certification, Learning Implementation, Success, LKP

This research is motivated by the low ability to read and write Al-Qur'an students at SMPN 31 Padang City. The low ability to read and write the Qur'an of students is an inappropriate learning method. This study aims to determine the effect of the Yanbu'a method using teaching aids and books from volume 1 to volume 4 on the success of reading and writing the Koran by students in extracurricular activities at SMPN 31 Padang City. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pretest – posttest design. The population and sample of this study were all extracurricular students reading and writing the Qur'an. Meanwhile, data analysis used paired sample t-test. The results of data collection and processing carried out can be concluded, reading and writing the Qur'an of students before being given action (pretest) is categorized as low, the average pretest value of the sample is in the sufficient section. The students' reading and writing of the Qur'an after being given the action (posttest) was categorized as high because the average posttest value of the sample was in the good and very good part. There is a significant effect on students' reading and writing after being given an action (posttest) through the use of the Yanbu'a learning method because the paired sample t-test test sig 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the suggestion that researchers put forward is that it is better for the extracurricular learning process to read and write the Koran using appropriate learning media according to the needs of students, with the application of the yanbu'a method it should be one of the interesting and fun learning media. Rumah Baca Rambutan dibentuk untuk dapat melayani masyarakat dimulai dari anak anak yang rentan mudah terpengaruh dari lingkungan serta meningkatkan ilmu keagamaan dan kemampuan anak dalam program yang disediakan Rumah Baca Rambutan. Nanda Fauzi Matondang, Pemilik sekaligus pendiri meyakini bahwa kekuatan spiritualitas dapat membuat seseorang terkhususnya anak anak dapat mencegah tingginya penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeksripsikan bagaimana berdirinya suatu program Rumah Baca Rambutan di saat lingkungannya sedang marak narkoba. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Rumah Baca Rambutan di Desa Bandar Selamat yang dilakukan menimbulkan dampak yang positif serta perubahan yang lebih baik dalam masyarakat. namun hambatan yang ditemui aadalah pandangan beberapa masyarakat lain akan berdirinya Rumah Baca Rambutan, Serta masih kurangnya relawan dan perhatian dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan eksistensi dari Rumah Baca Rambutan.
