Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose (blood sugar) levels exceeding normal, i.e. blood sugar levels being equal to or more than 200 mg/dl, and fasting blood sugar levels being above or equal to 126 mg/dl. The increase in the number of people with diabetes is due to delays in detection. Utilization of machine learning in helping to establish a fast and accurate diagnosis is one of the efforts made in the health sector. One of the important steps to produce high classification accuracy is through the selection of relevant features. The problem in feature selection is dimensionality reduction, where initially all attributes are required to obtain maximum accuracy while not all features are used in the classification process. This study uses the Binary wheal Optimization Algorithm (BWOA) as a feature selection method to increase accuracy in the classification of diabetes mellitus. The use of metaheuristic algorithms is an alternative to increase computational efficiency and avoid local minimums. The BWOA algorithm reduces the 8 attributes in the dataset to the 3 best attributes that are able to represent the original dataset. The results showed that from the six classification methods tested, namely: K-NN, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, Logistics Regression, Decision Tree, Neural Network. then the three logistic regression methods, naive Bayes and neural network are in good classification criteria based on Area Under Curve (AUC) while the calculation of the accuracy value shows an average of above 70%.  Keywords : Feature Selection, Classification, Diabetes Mellitus, Accuracy, Area Under Curve (AUC)

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global epidemic and has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic is one source of uncertainty that causes financial data to fluctuate and cause data to be volatile. This outbreak had an impact on financial data, not only on the Rupiah exchange rate but also on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). The uncertainty of the JCI makes it difficult for investors, data managers, and business people to predict data for the future. JCI is one indicator of the capital market (stock exchange). The uncertainty of the JCI data causes the need for predictions, so that investors, data managers, and business people can make the right decisions so that they can reduce risk and optimize profits when investing. One of the factors causing the JCI's decline was sentiment caused by investor panic over the rapid spread of COVID-19 in various cities in Indonesia. This research uses Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) in making predictions and continues with optimization of BPNN using ensemble techniques. Historical data from the JCI used were obtained from yahoo.finance. The ensemble technique used consists of two approaches, namely combining different architectures and initial weights with the same data and combining different architectures and weights. The results of network performance using ensemble technique optimization show good performance and can outperform the individual network performance of BPNN. Keywords: prediction, JCI, Optimization, BPNN, volatile

Abstract

Transportation is one of the facilities in an area to improve accessibility or the relationship of an area because accessibility is often associated with the area. The Central Bureau of Statistics explained that the increase in motorized vehicles in 2015 - 2019 was a significant increase of 6.13%. Under the high demand for mobility, there may be barriers that impede this mobility. The problem with the vehicle used is due to engine damage. To overcome this problem, one solution is to call a tow truck. A tow truck is a vehicle that is used to tow a vehicle that has a traffic accident that is unable to move on its own. In the use of tow trucks, there are still problems experienced by customers and tow truck drivers, namely it is difficult to find the position of the customer's whereabouts with information or addresses that are not necessarily accurate for tow truck drivers and the lack of information about the nearest tow truck for customers. By using the Scrum method, this tow truck search application is designed to be able to place orders by displaying maps to find out the pick-up point, destination point, and tow truck location and can display the availability of tow trucks around the customer. Testing on this application is carried out using Black Box to obtain a percentage of eligibility results of 99.16% and System Usability Scale (SUS) gets an average value of 76.6 these results in SUS getting a grade B percentile rank score. Keywords : Tow Car, Scrum, Android, SUS, Black Box

Abstract

With the COVID-19 outbreak and many conveniences in building mobile-based service applications. The Information System application can monitor children's health during the actual covid 19 pandemic online which can provide preventive and treatment measures during this pandemic period that we can do independently at home. By synergizing the e-counselling program for mobile-based child health services at the Kenten Palembang Health Center. Through a mobile-based e-counselling information system, it becomes a forum for information for mothers with toddlers who need health counseling services for children's diseases in the vicinity. The forward chaining method used in collecting data and information from the management and doctors of the Kenten Health Center with knowledge of the disease process by means of interviews, it was found that the facts most experienced by the surrounding community were the first types of facts, complaints, symptoms and suggestions for handling the two research rules by The third disease is how to implement E-Counseling for mobile-based Child Health Services. With the characteristics of the disease, symptoms, treatment, prevention. While the potential for online-based software development uses the waterfall method with technical use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. MySql server application, Web server is used to support database creation. Abstract

New Student Admission at STIE Serelo Lahat is an annual activity carried out by STIE Serelo Lahat. A marketing strategy with several promotions is carried out as an initial activity to get new students. Marketing strategies are always evolving from year to year by analyzing student data from new student registrations to accepted students stated and used as the basis for analyzing targeted and accurate marketing strategies. Cluster formation is one of the techniques used in extracting the trend pattern of a data. K-Means Clustering is able to find and group data that has characteristics (similarities) between one data and other data and different data in different groups will show unstructured data groups becoming structured. This study applies the K-Means Clustering Method in designing a promotion strategy for new student admissions at STIE Serelo Lahat based on new student registration data analyzed by the clustering method using the K-Means algorithm so as to produce K-Means group information into three parts with variable values that different so that information is obtained that most of the choices of students in the Management Study Program originating from the Lahat District in Domination are from Private SMA / MA and from East Kikim District originating from Private Vocational Schools and the most registration is in the Second Wave. Furthermore, designing a marketing promotion strategy for New Student Admissions at STIE Serelo Lahat can be determined by using a minimal K-Means clustering approach. Abstract

CV Tiara Persada is a company engaged in motor vehicle repair services, especially private cars or city cars, CV Tiara Persada also collaborates with several vehicle insurance companies to carry out vehicle repairs based on the insurance company's recommendations. The problem that often occurs at CV Tiara Persada in the process of repairing vehicles from insurance companies is that there is often a difference in payment between submitting a damage claim and working on damage because you have to submit multiple times and have to wait for an email approval from the insurance. With these problems, we need a web-based system that functions to carry out transactions and communication so that the payment process is not an obstacle. This system was built using the extreme programming method by carrying out several stages including Planning, Design, Coding, Testing and Software Increment. The purpose of building this system is to facilitate the process of managing insurance data, company spare parts data, repair data, insurance survey data, invoice reports and insurance customer reports. Abstract

PT New Power Global Energy (NPGE) is a company engaged in freight forwarding services. In its businessprocess, New Power Global Energy is not utilizing technology. To manage all information on shipping goods, an information delivery system is needed so that information is easily understood and traced. The system that is built is The Extreme Programming method is a model that is included in the agile approach introduced by Kent Back. According to his explanation, the definition of XP is as follows: "Extreme Programming (XP) is a fast, efficient, low-risk, flexible, predictable, scientific, and fun software development method because system performance assessmentsare needed in a fast time while there are still system needs that are still needed. changes, this model tends to use an Object-Oriented approach. The stages that must be passed include: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. Extreme Programming's target is a small to medium-sized team, no need to use a large team expected to help the admin and director in managing information on shipping goods starting from sending, receiving and making reports. This application is designed using the it using the Extreme Programming Methods because the assessment systemperformance is needed in a fast time while there are system requirements that are still changing, and for the system, we use an supporting application which is laravel framework, programming language using JavaScript and PHP and MySQL as an database. The result of design is an system that can process admin performance data quickly, provide performance information MySQL for the database. with management of shipping data features, managing goods delivery status, goods receipt feature, item barcode feature, tracking feature. Abstract

This study aims to examine several variables supporting the implementation of e-Commerce websites as digital platforms in supporting the business activities of SMEs. Several previous studies have found several variables/factors that support the implementation of e-Commerce with each perspective raised, so that in this study the variables/factors raised are the extraction of all factors from various perspectives and are expected to accommodate different points of view and previous research. Factor extraction is carried out using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method using the SPSS 22 Version tool to identify variables/factors from various and various needs, several factors that have components will be extracted and viewed in one category so as to minimize ambiguity factors as e-Commerce Enablers. In this study, data were collected through interviews and online dissemination to Clothing Line Business Actors and staff using digital platform users as many as 75 respondents and obtained some supporting data related to the use of digital platforms in the application of e-Commerce in daily business. Based on the extraction results obtained 5 main drivers that become e-Commerce Enabler based on several models of e-Commerce implementation based on Technological Frames of References (TFR) and Knowledge Management, namely: Organizational Trigger (OT), Environmental Trigger (ET), Individual Intention (II) , Knowledge Aspect and Capability (KAC), and Technology Infrastructure (IT) with each factor with components extracted so as to minimize ambiguity and still accommodate various needs and perspectives.Keywords : Specification Design, Information System, Integrated Document, Rational Unified Process, MASS Cargo

Online Learning or what is often referred to as e-learning, a learning method that is carried out through electronic media networks. E-learning has become an alternative material for problems in the field of education, both as an additional learning medium or a complement to the learning process, the learning process carried out in the scope of several places such as campuses, schools or additional tutoring usually still uses the old method, where teaching materials are delivered through face-to-face, both verbally and non-verbally, the use of technology in the world of education, be it campuses, schools or other tutors, should be used as a whole, e-learning technology is present as a means of supporting education at this time where e-learning present to bring a new color in changing the education system. Collaborative learning does not prioritize a system of competition between students. Students who have the ability to help more underprivileged students, and vice versa, students who feel less capable ask for help from capable students, so that an atmosphere of mutual learning is created. This study aims to analyze the readiness of implementation and strategy and focuses on the application of e-learning at Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang. By using the readiness model, the researcher found e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang. that the application of e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang is ready, based on the research results the availability of human resources can support the existing system, the university also provides several computers to be used while studying, and lecturers have basic skills in operating computers to use e -learning so this can make it easier for lecturers to provide material to students.Keywords : E-learning, readiness, collaborative elearning.

Abstract

The need for the availability of information is currently very high, especially in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, all organizational activities are carried out online. Human dependence on the role of information technology is increasing and this has consequences for long distance communication between devices, which requires users to be authenticated for access rights granted by the system. The problem that arises is the security of data travel during the authentication process, where there is the possibility of leaking account information. This is because communication is done on a public network while accessing resources that require privacy. Therefore we need a network connection that is safe and efficient. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a network communication technology that allows you to connect to public networks safely and quickly. The VPN used in the solution to this problem is Wireguard. Wireguard is a VPN protocol built with advanced cryptography and makes it extremely fast and secure. The method used by the author in developing this system is PPDIOO which consists of, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize. And also some supporting tools for the development of the system Unified Modeling Language. By using Wireguard VPN, the expected result is the security of the data sent to be more secure and can connect two remote networks privately using the public internet.Keywords : VPN, Wireguard, Mikrotik
