Abstract

The supply chain concept is a new concept in implementing an integrated logistics system. This concept is a supply chain of goods from raw materials to finished goods (indrajit and Djokopranoto 2002). Supply chain management (MRP) of agricultural products represents the management of the entire production process as a whole from processing, distribution, marketing, to the desired product reaching consumers. Thus, the Supply Chain Management System can be defined as a unified integrated marketing system, which includes the integration of products and actors, in order to provide customer satisfaction. This study aims to design a decision-making system application in supply chain management using the AHP and BSC methods. This application can provide convenience to the farmer's blessing cooperative in Tawangmangu Karanganyar in the product purchase transaction process. In addition to providing convenience to the cooperative, it can also provide other advantages, namely not destroying market prices, so as not to harm the farmers. In the design process, this application can be used by two users, namely the admin side who has full rights in managing the system. And the user who can update product data, can find out product information, product stock and others. Based on the results of the design, implementation and testing of this application, it can provide solutions to farmers, buyers and cooperatives in implementing MRP (Management Supply Chain). In the results of trials on users, the test results of this application provide information sufficient, simple appearance, easy to use and can provide convenience to users and cooperatives in the transaction process.. Keywords: Supply Chain Management, AHP, BSC, Decision Support Systems.

Abstract

One of the uses of digital media is e-Catalog, where this media provides various information including lists and product price information. With e-Catalog, disseminating information about a product is easier. One of them is Bakpia which is one of the specialties originating from the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Along with the times, there are many new flavors of bakpia. The purpose of this research is to introduce Bakpia Mino 904 Minomartani using E-Catalog media, including introducing processed bakpia using e-Catalog media, as well as allowing customers to get available product information and making it easier for customers to place product orders online with the HTML, PHP, MySQL platforms., as well as Appserv. The results show that with this system, Bakpia Mino 904 is better known, makes it easier for consumers to order products online, and saves costs in terms of product promotion. Keywords: e-Catalog, Bakpia, Information Technology, MySQL, Appserv.

Abstract

Student success rates and low student failure rates are a reflection of the quality of education, at this time the value does not determine the success of students in the next stage, but the uniqueness in itself that is represented in each grade they achieve, maybe students fail in mathematics but he succeeded in chemistry. it does not indicate he failed but he has shown its strengths in other respects namely other subjects, therefore this study seeks to find the positive side of students by classifying the value of subjects achieved by implementing the K-Means method in its application which will provide cluster output of each subject. K-Means method was chosen because this method can group items in k groups (where k is the number of groups or clusters desired, so the results of this termination are clusters of student grades grouped by subjects. K-Means is effective for clustering data by showing good accuracy value, this is indicated by the results of evaluations using Bouldin index davies on student data using K-Means which is equal to -1,478.   Keywords:  Cluster, K-Means, Education, Davies-Bouldin.

Abstract

Public services are one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Restrictions on face-to-face access to public services force the digital transformation process to take place. This study aims to provide information about the digital transformation that occurs in civil administration services in the city of Yogyakarta. The method used is a case study at the Yogyakarta City Population and Civil Registration Service. There are three types of digital transformation in civil administration services in Yogyakarta City, namely changes in service patterns, changes in civil administration files, and the use of Electronic Signatures (TTE). It can be concluded that digital transformation in civil administration services in Yogyakarta City is able to meet the needs of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The thing of concern is the uneven level of Information Technology literacy in the community as well as concerns about the privacy and security of digital data in connection with the use of social media as a means of digital transformation in civil administration services in Yogyakarta City.Keywords: Covid-19, Digital Transformation, Public Service, E-Government

Abstract

Information technology (IT) now plays an important role in the performance process of an organization or government agency, particularly in improving services that are efficient, effective and transparent. Implementation of good IT governance will guarantee the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of an organization or government agency. Seeing the benefits of applying IT for the creation of a governance and information system that is in accordance with the standards, an evaluation of the maturity level of information technology governance in government agencies will be used using COBIT 4.1 in the sub-domains that meet the problems and needs of the government agencies. The results of this measurement are a description of the results of IT governance and the current Information System and the results of recommendations that will be a reference for future improvements so that government agencies become more measurable and better. In this study, the conclusion of the level of maturity in the domain Delivery and support (DS ) DS1 = 2.81, DS4 = 2.56, DS5 = 2.67, DS11 = 2.65, so that the level of maturity at ABC company is at level 2.5 (Defined Process). Keywords: Cobit, Maturity Level

Abstract

 Food affects the nation stability. The Indonesian government strive continually to maintain food security in the form of policies and research in the agricultural sector. In line with the government's vision and mission, this research was conducted to map and study the relationship between soil conditions, irrigation areas, and harvested areas with corn, soybean and rice yields that can be used to support policy making. Based on the experiment results obtained several factors that influence crop yields, namely soil conditions, weather, and area of harvest. Mapping was done using Quantum GIS (QGIS) and correlation calculations performed using pearson correlation. Based on the analysis result of soil types, temperature and soil area affect crop yields with the highest value of 0.99. The correlations analyzed were the correlation between yield and rice temperature and the correlation between rice yield and cultivated area.Keywords: QGis, food security,pearson correlation.

Abstract

Chicken farming is a profitable business for both breeding broilers and native chickens. In the chicken farm business, disease is one of the risks that must be faced by breeders. Expert systems are Artificial Intelligence which make special extensions to specialization of knowledge to solve a problem. Human Expert is someone who is an expert in a certain field of science. The inference method used is Certainty Factor, which has more than one rule and consists of several premises that are connected with AND or OR. The data entered is in the form of symptoms leading to a conclusion, namely the conclusion of the disease suffered and providing solutions regarding treatment and prevention suggestions based on the visible symptoms of the chicken's physical appearance. Design and build expert systems capable of identifying diseases and providing information on how to deal with them to chicken breeders. In the results of the trial, it can be concluded that the application can run well and provides an alternative in using android-based broiler and laying disease diagnosis systems and chicken farm owners can diagnose the disease early before the disease spreads to healthy chickens. Keywords: Expert System, Chicken Disease, Certainty Factor

Abstract

 Sentiment analysis is the process of classifying comments and in this study is divided into three parts, namely positive, negative and neutral classes. Classification is very important to know student satisfaction with lecturer performance. Comment data can be obtained from the Janabadra University Quality Assurance Agency website.The Naïve Bayes Classifier method is a method based on bayesin's probability and theorem. This method is used to classify the results of student comment data written on the student satisfaction form towards the lecturer so as to produce the desired automatic classification.The results of this study are used to determine the classification of student comment data so that the performance of lecturers can be easily identified from the comments given by students. The Analysis Sentiment results contained emotion category consisting of Unknown 1935, Joy 31 and Sadness 3. While the Polarity Analysis results from the comments of Janabadra University students consisted of negative values 23 and positive 1999. Keywords: Student Comments, Naive Bayes Classifier Method, Sentiment Analysis.

Abstract

Academic information system (AIS) is software used to present information and organize administration related to academic activities. Janabadra University's academic information system is a web-based system that was built with the aim of managing academic data. The research method used quantitative descriptive assessment with PIECES which was taken with the average value data on each aspect. In this study, there are 6 aspects, namely (a) performance aspects, (b) information aspects, (c) economic aspects, (d) control aspects, (e) efficiency aspects, (f) service aspects. In testing the satisfaction of academic information systems carried out through questionnaires, the results obtained from 75 respondents gave an average value for each statement reviewed on the performance aspect with an average of 3.11, on the information aspect with an average of 3.26, the economic aspect was obtained The average value is 2.65, the control aspect has an average value of 3.18, the efficiency aspect is 3.67 and the service aspect has an average value of 3.18. Based on the results of the average score of the test, the academic information system of the University of Janabadra is the most superior in the satisfaction test on the aspect of efficiency.Keywords  :  SIA,  Universitas Janabadra, PIECES

Abstract

As one of the backbones of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aim to grow and develop their businesses in order to build a national economy based on just economic democracy. In various countries, MSMEs play an important role in job creation, productivity and economic growth. For the sake of sustainability and competitive advantage in MSMEs in this industrial era 4.0, digital transformation needs to be implemented. This paper aims to study the ongoing digital transformation of MSMEs in order to gain a richer understanding of the drivers, processes and challenges of digital transformation. There are 40 recent studies on digital transformation in MSMEs from 2016 to 2020 in the form of systematic literature reviews. The results of the study conducted were that MSMEs had different factors, processes and challenges according to the characteristics of each SMEs. The results of the research are practically an informative indicator for policy makers, information service providers, researchers and SMEs to evaluate the elements of digital transformation that have been running on MSMEs. Keywords: Digital Transformation, SMEs, MSMEs
