Abstract

The quality of e-commerce website services must be considered because it affects the number of users who access the website and decide to buy on an e-commerce website. Shopee is one of the fast-growing e-commerce websites in Indonesia, YLKI received 101 complaints in online shopping including among them complaints from Shopee consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of e-commerce website services based on the user's point of view and know the attributes that affect customer satisfaction on service quality based on E-Servqual dimensions, namely efficiency, availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation and contacts using Zone of Tolerance methods. Data obtained from questionnaires using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents, then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the ZOT method to find out the quality of acceptable minimal services. The results of this study indicate that customers are not satisfied with the quality of service provided with priority improvements to the attributes of Shopee parties willing to bear all shipping costs in the event of a mechanism to replace goods due to Shopee's fault.   Keywords: service quality, e-servqual, ZOT.

Abstract

Abstract - Wheat (Triticum aestivum L) is one of the staple food ingredients besides rice. The demand for the wheat in the world until 2020 is estimated to increase by 1.6% per year. The data processing for wheat seeds has been done a lot, one of them is by using data mining classification techniques. The feature selection is used before the classification process to optimize the accuracy values from the classification results. The feature selection used in this research is forwarding the selection which is applied to the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify the wheat seeds.The results of this study indicate that the value of the accuracy and the wheat classification  after using the feature selection has a higher value of 93.81% compared to the condition before using the feature selection of 90.48%. The precision results also increased from 91.49% to 94.81%. Keywords: Forward Selection, Naive Bayes, Classification, Gandum.

Abstract

 The Education Office of Youth and Sports is one of the institutions in KulonProgo Regency Government which is engaged in education, youth, sports and quality improvement of human resources education in KulonProgo Regency. The Office of Youth and Sports Education has developed an information system online through the website. But since the beginning of the website has not been evaluated, so the Office of Youth and Sports Education does not know how the quality of the website from the user. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the website of the Education Office of Youth and Sports KulonProgo District and provide advice to improve the quality of the Education Office of Youth and Sports KulonProgo. Limitation of variables in this study is the method used to complete this evaluation is the E-GovQual Method. This research is empirical contribution research. This research only produces data which is then processed.The user data is obtained by spreading the questionnaire based on 6 dimension on E-GovQual which is the dimension of ease of use, trust, functionality of environmental interaction, reliability, content and appearance of onformation and supporting. Then the results of the questionnaire are analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method.From the analysis of conformity level, the result shows that the level of conformity shows the value of <100% that is 81.90% That is, the website of the Education Office of Youth and Sports KulonProgo regency has not met the expectations of users. Priority for website improvement or website address attributes (EG4), loading time (EG9), all links work well (EG13), user friendly (EG16) views and user queries are answered quickly (EG20). Keyword : evaluation, quality, website, e-government, e-GovQual, IPA

Abstract

The development of information technology towards the era of the internet of things require all aspects of life to implement and utilize information systems, one of those aspect is hotel management, to achieve its vision and mission. The tickle hotel is a two star hotel located in the middle of Yogyakarta city. Today the tickle hotel has implemented an information system to support its business processes, but the current information system has not been integrated with other division, so there are several problems. One of the problems is data stored separately and requires manual data transfer to collect all data, and obviously slower the staff performance. To resolve these problems, an integrated information system architecture is needed so that each division can be interconnected. To building an information system architecture, it requires a careful planning and based on company's business needs, because the development of information technology is a kind of investment that expected to provide appropriate results. This information system architecture modeling uses the TOGAF framework as a guide in compiling information system architecture. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint for information systems portfolios that are in line with business needs and have been verified by the Tickle hotel IT manager and experts in the IT field. Keywords: TOGAF, Hotel, Information System Architecture, Enterprise Architecture

Abstract

Simulation of snake motion using inverse kinematics method is a research that aims to know how the motion of snake animal that will be applied in 3D animation. To know how snake animal motion data needed is angle of bone animal freedom degree and also motion pattern of snake animal by using inverse kinematics method. Limitation of variables in this study is the object of research using snake king snake type, the method used using inverse kinematics and simulation methods created using Maya software. The method of analysis used in this method is the method of research and development.This research produces data on snake animal walks and border degrees of freedom data to be applied in 3D animation. The end result of this research is the path pattern of the snake animal, the 3D simulation produced in the form of walking movement.The conclusion of this research is the application of inverse kinematics method can be applied in simulation of 3D motion of snake animal. Abstract

       Often see people love to workout on holidays. Exercise can prevent many diseases. Some people suffer from overweight because they eat calorie intake is greater than calories expended to conduct the activities, so that the rest of the unused calories they will be stored into fat. The purpose of this research is to design the system by utilizing one of the sensors that are embedded on the android-based smartphone. To produce android-based applications a pedometer that can display information on the mileage, number of steps distance, speed, calories burned. This research utilizes one of the android smartphone namely accelerometer sensor. Accelerometer sensor is essentially one of the features of the sensors that are planted on the Android smartphone that serves to determine the degree of slope of the smartphone using the coordinates of the 3 axis, the axis of X, Y and Z. signal is issued on each sensor is its going to be a FootFall data will be processed to produce an information. Trial results that by utilizing sensors accelerometer pedometer app for android can be made based on android that can be used during sporting activities, especially running and walking. Keywords: Accelerometer Sensor, Android, Foot Step Counters, Mobile Device Applications.

Abstract

Security weaknesses in the web application are often utilized by people who are not responsible for stealing data and damaging the web, which of course this will harm web owners and interfere with the convenience of web users. It takes a way to reduce the risk of attacks on web applications that have security weaknesses. One of them is by using the Web Application Firewall. The Web Application Firewall in this study was designed to secure web applications from brute force attacks, SQL Injection, XSS, Comman Execution, and Arbitrary File Upload.  This research was conducted by comparing the results obtained from testing the dummy website that has been installed with the Web Application Firewall using the PHP programming language. Keywords: Arbitrary File Upload, Brute Force, Command Execution, PHP, XSS, Web Application Firewall

Abstract

Software house company is a business unit whose outline is developing or creating software to provide solutions for clients or customers, be it from government, companies, organizations, or individuals. The key to the success of software house companies lies in the relationship with clients. Problems arise when companies implement remote work and communication systems between clients and companies are not well established during project execution resulting in low client satisfaction. In order for communication between client and company to be well established, Electronic Collaborative CRM system design developed in cross platform with web service as bridge and its integration media is proposed, so that client and company employees can use this system anytime anywhere and with different platforms. The output of this research is a system design that contains Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, data design in the form of Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) and User Interface design and prototype designed to run on various platforms. The designed prototype is acceptable to both the client and the employee after all aspects tested using a Likert-scale questionnaire get a "good" or "excellent" classification score (above 60%). Abstract

Physically, humans can feel heat and or hot through sensory sense events and can be categorized as qualitative data. However, quantitatively, there will be need data that can be processed and displayed visually as a basis for interpretation in a system. In this study will be designed a connection simulation from remote monitoring by microcontroller. Monitoring system in real time based on Internet of Things (IoT) will monitor physical phenomena in the form of temperature and humidity in space. Data will be processed for revisualization. Then the difference value of each measurement is calculated (in the same time identity). This difference value will be used to calculated the level of shift in site information ( the acquisition of  NodeMCU ) with  local measurements ( the results of the acquistion). The Internet of Things (IoT) based system is a system that utilizes internet technology as a forum for information distribution. The use of microcontrollers has been widely applied to activities that cover the general activities of the community. Ranging from building automation to making smart buildings. Abstract

Outdoor billboard is media with a variety of shapes and styles which are widely used for commercial purposes. Basically, people still need outdoor space media/advertising/billboards and the other kinds of information on the existence of the product or service to meet the needs of life. Digital advertising industry will continue to increase its development until the next five years. Because of the market share of the industry is more wide open with increasingly advanced digital era. Motion graphics is currently widely used both in the world of film, television, and advertising. This study aims to determine the application template after effects using motion graphic techniques in disseminating information on DOOH Advertising is Videotron. The object of this study aimed to Java Videotron with video content Dimas Diajeng Bantul 2016, with a duration of 30 seconds. The method used to analyze this study is Reverse Engineering and Forward Engineering. This research resulted in the output of the template on DOOH the 30-second video that can be used continuously and modified by a variety of multimedia elements with easy navigation. Digest Thesis contains what and why research is done, how to do, and what important results obtained from research. The first paragraph in essence contains the title of the research, research objectives, constraints and variables of research, as well as the methods of analysis used in the study. The second paragraph contains a summary of the results of research and discussion.
