Abstract

The graduation time of a student is very important because it relates to many parties, in addition to the students concerned, guardian lecturers, and program study programs and related parties in the time of student graduation. one of the factors which is the result of graduation from informatics engineering study program students is that many students are wrong in taking thesis titles that are not in accordance with their interests and concentration. So research needs to be done to solve this problem. One way to solve problems is to make predictions. Selection of interest by using student data using Case Base Reasoning (CBR). In this study applying the K-NN Algorithm in determining recommendations in choosing the concentration. Abstract

In general, prospective new students are confused in choosing a department that suits the needs and abilities of the academic. Typically, the selection of majors is often chosen because the favorite departmental factors are mixed with prospective students' goals, costs and also not tested in the opinion so that later consequences will be found in the new student candidates because of wrong in choosing the majors are Stop college, Droup Out and leave and move majors. To facilitate the process of choosing the right majors and in accordance with the ability of prospective new students in choosing the department then the researcher will make the Decision Support System Support System Selection by using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm to find out new student candidates to be obtained the probability is accepted and not accepted. classify and acceptable and unacceptable decisions.From the results of calculations with naïve bayes algorithm for data samples 2016/2017 obtained 3 students. 1 in D3MI and 2 major in Inforatika Engineering and 7 people not accepted. After obtained the result of calculation by using 10 sample data hence the next researcher doing process accuracy level obtained in this research there is accuracy value equal to 70%.  Keywords: sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan Jurusan, calon mhasiswa baru, Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

The importance of the role of technology and information systems within the organization to support business activities so as to provide services in accordance with organizational goals, IKA Uniyap is an alumni development organization of Yapis University of Papua, in carrying out its role of IKA Uniyap has not fully utilized the information system.The togaf framework is a method that is able to design and manage technology architecture and information system so that it can describe a good architectural model and can be used by the organization to achieve the goal.The discussion in this research is making documentation of technology architecture planning and information system of alumni service of Yapis University of Papua using togaf framework, with result of discussion that is scope of business process covering 2 main activity and supporting, defining architectural principles and vision, mapping business strategy solution, defining current business conditions and proposed target business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture. Keyword: Arsitektur bisnis, Arsitektur sistem informasi, arsitektur teknologi, TOGAF ADM

Abstract

Currently coaching for cooperatives in the East Kotawaringin Regency Government is very necessary because of the existence of newly established cooperatives and those that have long been standing down and slow in the implementation of Annual Member Meetings (RAT). With the number of cooperatives currently the Cooperative Office lacks supervisory human resources, therefore cooperatives need to be taken into account that are prioritized on coaching. One way to dig data is Data Mining using statistical methods using the K-NN algorithm. In this study, the K-NN Algorithm is used in determining the Cooperative that is feasible for the coach. The results obtained from this study were to obtain the results of the classification of cooperatives that deserved coaching with an accuracy of 96.33 percent. Keywords : Coaching, Clasification, K-Nearest Neighbour

Abstract

Often times consumers have difficulty in determining the brand and type of digital camera that will be purchased, this is due to so many brands and competitive prices offered by the digital camera manufacturer. Required a system that can select and classify criteria selected by consumer.The purpose of this research is to design and build prototype of digital camera selection decision system that can help provide solution and recommendation to prospective buyer of digital camera using MADM (Multi Atribute Dicision Making) with Weighted Product (WP) method. The prototype of this decision support system is designed to have six digital camera criteria including camera brands desired by potential buyers, prices from digital cameras, resolutions desired by buyers, desired zoom size, camera lenses and batteries from digital cameras. according to the needs and criteria desired.  Keyword: Multi Atribute Dicision Making, Kamera Digital, Weighted Product

Abstract

Zika's disease or zika fever is a zika virus, the zika virus is spread by infected Aedes mosquitoes, this mosquito becomes infected after bites the sufferer who has the virus. Zika's disease worse when exposed to pregnant women, because women infected with this virus will automatically pass it to the baby in the womb, and can cause death if the baby survives will experience the baby aka birth with a smaller head than it should be. To help the problems faced by experts or medical personnel in diagnosing Zika's disease in these patients, where the activity is seen from the symptoms suffered by the patient. By using Certainty Factor and Naive Bayes based Android is expected to assist medical personnel or experts in calculating the diagnosis of the patient and the expert can know whether the patient must have zika disease or vice versa. Keywords: Virus Zika, Certainty Factor, Naive Bayes, Android.

Abstract

The presence of social media allows users to freely review, comment on works, public figures, products, and companies. This is why then social media now is become a great source of data, which can be collected for some analysis , according to information needed. One of them is , Social media data can be used to evaluate the fast-growing market-place website in Indonesia. This can be done by analyzing the sentiments of the users review in social media sites especially twitter. The object of this research is marketplace Online Shoope. The activity of analyzing and processing user review data can also be referred to as Sentiment analysis / opinion mining. One method of text mining that can be used to solve the problem mining issue is Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). NBC can be used to classify opinions into positive and negative opinions. The level of accuracy of sentiment analysis system of user review of Marketplace Online shopee by using Naïve Bayes Classifier is 78,3% , with 47 tweets are classified accurately from the total number of testing tweet as much as 60 tweets, with the amount of training data are 300 tweets.Keywords: Naïve Bayes Classifier, Sentiment Analysis, Marketplace Online

Abstract

ABSTRACT SPP payment at Surakarta Al-Islam Vocational School often experiences delays, this will cause disruption of school operational activities because the school tuition payment fund is mostly for operational costs for the development of school facilities and infrastructure. Therefore it is necessary to follow up the parents of students who experience late payment of tuition that can be predicted by the K-Nearest Neighbor method. To predict late payment of SPP, the parameters Income, Education, Family Dependents, and Age are used in calculating the closest distance between training data and testing data. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of the prediction results of late payment of SPP by the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The prediction results can be used by the school to provide a letter of payment of SPP payments to prospective guardians of students so that when the payment schedule has entered the payment schedule parents of guardians do not experience latency in paying.Keywords: Prediction , K-Nearest Neighbor, Accurate

Abstract

The increasing interest of consumers towards motorcycle products, especially products from Honda, is now very high. The interest in purchasing Honda matic motorcycles that continues to increase is inversely proportional to the number of technicians and service centers, resulting in an imbalance between the AHASS 9677 service service and motorcycle users. This is indicated by the accumulation of queues reaching 30 units in a day so that consumers queue for hours even though only to ask questions to find out the damage and solutions and the estimated cost of damage to the vehicle owned. Technological advances can be used as an effort to retain customers and overcome queue problems that accumulate with one way of applying artificial intelligence by making an Expert System using the Forward Chaining method that can accept damage symptom input and provide damage analysis and solutions then provide estimated service costs.   Keywords: Expert System, Honda Matic Motor, Forward Chaining.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDecision support systems for village funds were used to assist the head of the Community and Village Empowerment Agency in deciding the priorities of recipients of village funds. Village funds can be used for the purposes of financing governance, development and community empowerment. The method used in designing and making this application is the PROMETHEE method for ranking the priorities of village fund recipients in sleman district. Village funds are funds originating from the APBN intended for villages that are transferred through the APBD and used to finance the administration, implementation, development, community development, and empowerment of village communities. The purpose of this study is to develop a decision support system that can be used by regional heads as a tool to assist in the selection of priority recipients of village funds to be given funds. Based on calculations using the Promethee method, the results obtained ranking with the highest net flow value of 0.292 namely A4 so that the village of Sidokarto will be the priority of the recipient of village funds in the district SlemanKeywords : Village Funds, Decision Support System, Promethee
