Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze empirical data aboutthe influence of musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah on profitability (ROE)The study uses causal relation quantitative research. Sample of the researchwas taken from Bank BNI Syariah’s financial statements per month in 2012-2014. Data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation.Secondary data retrieved from the data of Bank BNI Syariah’s financialstatements which can be accessed through the official website of BankIndonesia, www.bi.go.id. The statistical method in this research is multipleregressiontest.The statistical results shows that Musyarakah, murabahah and ijarahsignificant effect on profitability (ROE) simultaneously.Keywords: musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, profitability (ROE)

Abstract

The large population and the quality is the basic capital andthe potential for improvement in all fields of development. A large number ofthe population of productive age group compared with the non-productiveage group can also provide benefits for national development, especially inthe economic sector. “Small and medium enterprises (SME) are the backboneof industrial development. It is very important for both developed anddeveloping country Small and medium enterprises alwaysrepresented themodel of economic development, which emphasized high contribution todomestic production, employment generation”. Marketing orientation can bedescribed as a culture in which organizations strive to create superior valuefor their customers (and superior performance for the business) by focusingon customer needs and long-term profitability. Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. The datacollection was done by using interviews and observation. As a leader musthave a strong personality , solid, according to the demands of theorganization as well as a model for individuals under his leadership.Furthermore, a leader must have a humanizing character that will makepeople who lead happy , and feel comfortable doing the job retention or dayto-day tasks. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of any proceduresthat affect consumer decision in purchasing the home , either partially orsimultaneously between the marketing mix consisting of price , product , promotion ,and the location of the consumer's decision to purchase the house at PT. Rimbunespecially leafy Green Hills Regency Trenggalek housing residents. Methods ofstatistical analysis used multiple linear regression analysis . Results of this researchindicate that the dimension of the tax procedure consists of price , product , promotionand location simultaneously significantly influence consumer decision in purchasing aresidential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek. While partially dimensions ofprice , product , promotion and location have a significant influence on consumerdecisions in the purchase of a residential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek.Keywords : Price , Product , Promotion , location , and Consumer Decision .

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure whether the variableswhich include corporateimage brand image, user image and productimage simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions scuter maticYamaha motorcycle, and to determine which variables are the dominantinfluence on purchase decisions scuter matic Yamaha motorcycle.Theresearch data was collected through questionaire distributed to 100 usersscuter matic Yamaha motorcycle in the city of Ambon. Collected data isprocessed using SPSS 21 and analyzed using multiple regressionanalysis.These results indicate that all variables brand image whichconsists of corporate image (X1), the user image (X2) and product image(X3) simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions scuter maticYamaha motorcycle in the city of Ambon. Abstract

Consumers always use quality cues to predict attributes they want touse in product (Smartphone). This study used indirect extrinsic cues (X1) topurchase decision (Y) through quality perception (Z) pathway track model. Thefirst pathway is direct influence of extrinsic cues (X1) and intrinsic cues (X2) toquality perception. The second pathway from track analysis model is directinfluence and indirect extrinsic cues (X1) and intrinsic cues (X2) throughpurchase decision (Y).This study result shows that intrinsic cues variable did notaffect the decision of buying Smartphone through quality perception. It meansthat consumer sometimes can not evaluate cues accurately related to qualityassessment in post-purchasing evaluation due to misinterpret or limitation ofaccessing product information. Extrinsic cues positively affect purchasingdecision in buying Smartphone through quality perception due to increasing thequality perception in consumer assessment about overall product eminence willhave big impact in interest extrinsic of consumers who will buy Smartphoneproduct. Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe style of leadership that consists ofinstruction style, style consultation, participation style, and the style of thedelegation and its influence on employee motivation of PT PLN (Persero)Region IX Malukuand North Maluku. Data were collected using aquestionnaire distributed to 52 employees were taken randomly asrespondents. The data collected were analyzed using multiple regressionAnalsisi with SPSS19. The results showed that the leadership style of managersconsisting leadership style instruction, consultation, participation, anddelegates significant effect in increasing employee motivation PT. PLN(Persero) Malukuand North Maluku Region. While the participation ofleadership styleis the most dominant style of leadership in improving employeemotivation PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and externalmotivation on employee productivity PDAM Ambon. Therefore, this study wasconducted in Ambon for two months.Primary data was collected throughquestionnaires distributed to 94 employees PDAM Ambon. Furthermore, thedata were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques.The resultsshowed a partial and simultaneously, the internal motivation (X1) and externalmotivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee of PDAM Ambonproductivities. Thus the three hypotheses proposed in this study can beaccepted. These results indicate that to increase employee productivity,managers of PDAM Ambon need to motivate them to pay attention to bothinternal and external motivation factor.Keywords: internal motivation, external motivation, work productivity

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect ofrole conflict consisting ofwork-family conflict and family-work conflict on job stress and jobperformance of nurses from dr. M.Haulussy hospitals general Ambon. Thisresearch was conducted in dr. M.Haulussy hospital Ambonfor two months. Theresearch data was collected through a questionnaire, which is then processedand analyzed using SPSS 19 with path analysis techniques.The results showedthat work-family conflict (X1) and significant positive effect on job stress (Y1)nurse of dr. M.Haulussy hospital Ambon. Family-work conflict (X2) positiveand significant impacton job stress (Y1) nurse of dr. M.Haulussy hospitalAmbon. Job stress (Y1) negatively affect the performance of nurses (Y2) dr.M.Haulussy hospital Ambon. Work-family conflict (X1) negatively affect theperformance of nurses (Y2) dr. M.Haulussy hospital Ambon. Family-workconflict (X2) negatively affect the performance of nurses (Y2) dr. M.Haulussyhospital Ambon.
