Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh efektivitas pajak hotel, efektivitas pajak restoran, kontribusi pajak hotel, dan kontribusi pajak restoran terhadap PAD kabupaten Sleman. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari rasio efektivitas pajak hotel, rasio efektivitas pajak restoran, kontribusi pajak hotel dan kontribusi pajak restoran selama dua tahun (tahun 2015-2016). Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel terikat dengan variabel bebas, setelah sebelumnya semua data memenuhi persyaratan uji asumsi klasik.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pajak hotel berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PAD. Kontribusi pajak hotel berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PAD. Sedangkan efektifitas pajak restoran dan kontribusi pajak restoran tidak berpengaruh terhadap PAD. Efektivitas pajak hotel, efektivitas pajak restoran, kontribusi pajak hotel, dan kontribusi pajak restoran secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap PAD

Abstract

Performance measurement of banking management becomes a major problem for the bank. One measure of a bank's performance is return on equity (ROE). Theoretically, the ROE is influenced by variables Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR).This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of these variables to ROE. This research was conducted at the state banks (Persero) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2003 until 2012 with purposive sampling technique. Selected samples are Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Tests performed with the classical assumption and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of variable BOPO, NPM, and LAR on Return on Equity (ROE).The test results indicates that the assumptions of classical regression model, the dependent variable and independent variables escaped classical assumption. The results of data analysis indicates that the variable BOPO has a negative effect and is not significant to ROE. NPM has a positive and significant effect to ROE. While, LAR has a positive effect but is not significant to ROE. But simultaneously BOPO, NPM, and LAR significant effect on ROE. The results of this study are expected to be relied upon, either by the management of the bank to improve its financial performance as well as by investors in determining investment strategy.

Abstract

Product quality and price are one of the important factors in an effort to improve the quality of the company. Business people with product quality and good pricing will be very easy in business competition in the era of globalization. This study aims to find out the importance of products quality and prices to building long-term relationships with customers at the Eiger Shop in Pangkal Pinang City. The sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents who bought products at the Eiger shop in Pangkalpinang city. Sampling method is used purposive sampling with data collection methods is using questionnaires. The analysis technique is used descriptive analysis by integrating qualitative. The results of this study indicate product quality and prices has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In this study it was also found that customer satisfaction can build long relationships with customers

Abstract

Determining the priority of repair or improvement of service quality is needed so that the resources can be allocated well, so as to provide satisfactory service quality for patients. However, appropriate information is needed as consideration and input for the hospital in order to improve the quality of the services. Therefore this study aims to analyze Influence of Service Quality, Price and Image Against Satisfaction of the Third Class In-Patients of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital .This research is categorized as verification research and using primary data obtained through interview and questionnaires to 140 patients of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of the Third Class. The variables used are service quality, price, image and satisfaction which is reflected by 18 indicators. Path Analysis is used to test the effect of service quality, price and image on patient satisfaction.The results show that Service Quality has positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The image has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Where the quality of service has the greatest influence for patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Purchasing Decision. The population is restaurant customer Toean Watiman Yogyakrta. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. While the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis techniques and path analysis.The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, quality service and store atmosphere together have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with the results of the calculation of 137.768> 3.09 and the significance of 0.000 <0.05. service quality and store atmosphere have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a count of 101,693 with a significance of 0,000 <α 5%

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1). Analyzing the clarity of budget targets has a positive effect on the accountability of performance of the Gorontalo district government. (2). Analyzing accounting controls has a positive effect on the accountability of the performance of Gorontalo District government. (3). Analyzing the reporting system has a positive effect on the accountability of the performance of the Gorontalo district government. Research Results Show That Clarity of Budget Objectives Has Positive and Significant Effects on Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies. Clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of performance of regional agencies. Accounting control has a positive and significant effect because accounting controls can help improve local government transparency, especially in providing information on the activities and financial performance of local governments. In addition, accounting control seen from the budget realization report has provided information on the financial performance of the local government, because the budget realization report is clearly visible. That is, accounting controls held by the government play a role in increasing accountability for performance. The Reporting System Has Negative and Significant Effects on Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies. The reporting system has a negative and insignificant effect because the reporting system has not been able to provide information in implementing the budget that has been set and also in the world of government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online reviews, trust in the web, securityy of online transactions, and privacy toward repurchase intention on Lazada’s online store. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study was the community of Solo Raya who had made an online purchase at Lazada. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling techniques. In conducting data processing, this study uses SPSS 23. This research uses a questionnaire as material for collecting data with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis is used to test the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study are (1) Online reviews have no significant effect on repurchase intention, (2) Trust in the web has a significant effect on repurchase intention, (3) The security of online transactions has an effect on repurchase intention, (4) Privacy has a significant effect on repurchase intention

Abstract

The research objective was to study and analyze the relationship amongtourism  activities   (security  and macro  economics policy,   tourism  budgetpolicy, development  strategy   of   tourism object  destination,   developmentstrategy   of   supporting   facilities,   programs   of   stays).   Specifically,   theresearch   analyzed   the   degree   of   either   partial   or   simultant   impacts   oftourism   activities   to   domestic   and   foregin   tourism   visits,   the   degree   ofeither partial or simultant impacts of domestic and foreign tourism visits onthe development of  micro, small, middle industries, the degree of eitherpartial   or   simultant   impacts   the   development   of  micro,   small,   middleindustries  on job creation and regional revenue of tourism sector in DKI Jakarta. The research was conducted in DKI Jakarta in 2018.The research population was of corporation of tourism sector adding up to 350   institution,   consisting   of   120   travel   agencies,   70   hotels   and   160restaurants.   The   research   sample   was   collected   through  propotionalestratified random sampling  and was determined to  172 corporations (big,middle   and   small).   This   research   also   used   secondary   data   from   DKI Jakarta   Tourism   Agency,   Association   of   Indonesia   Tourism   &   TravelAgency (ASITA), Association of Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Agency (APHRI) in the form of time series data ranging from since 2008 to 2018.This research used descriptive analysis as well as inferential. The researchtype was of explanatory research through which path anaysis was appliedto explain the degrees of direct and indirrect contribution among variables.To   support   the   efficiency   and   accurate   of   data   processing,   statisticalsoftware, SPSS Ver 23 was used. The results of this research brought about implication that there was aneed to create good business climate supported by policy and regulation, tourism information centre, human resources quality improvement and thedevelopment of  micro,  small, middle  industries  capital aid.  Besides, thebusiness network development, tourism support participation, improvementof tourism workers welfare and good cooperation among other provinciesin  Indonesia  are some   necessary aspects  to consider  when  developingnational tuorism industries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) The Effect of Discipline on Employee Productivity at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul. (2) Effect of Work Culture on Employee Productivity at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul. (3) The Effect of Motivation on Employee Product Productivity at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul. (4) Effect of Discipline, Work Culture, and Motivation on Employee Productivity at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul.The research population is employees of PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul, amounting to 300 employees. The sample of this study was taken by 60 employees by using accidental sampling technique, a technique that does not provide the same opportunity / opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as sample members. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression to identify independent variables that affect the dependent variable.The results show that (1) Discipline does not have a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity (2) Work culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity. (3) Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity. (4) Discipline, Work Culture, and Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ; untuk mengidentifikasi faktor eksternal dan faktor internal, posisi strategis dan merumuskan rencana strategis KSPPS “Xyz”. Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode diskriptif kualitatif tentang manajemen strategis KSPPS “Xyz” dengan pendekatan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal, melalui analisis SWOT, analisis Matriks SWOT, Analisis Matriks IFE, EFE dan IE, dan analisis Matriks SPACE. Melalui metode analisis tersebut diketahui perusahaan berada pada posisi defensif, artinya perusahaan berada pada posisi yang kurang kuat dalam bersaing. Perusahaan disarankan menerapkan strategi-strategi;  (1) menyusun langkah yang tepat dan efektif dalam melakukan inovasi produk dan penetrasi pasar; (2) menekankan program pemasaran dan SDM yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tinggi; (3) diperlukan adanya kontrol kerja yang lebih kuat dengan meningkatkan kualitas budaya kerja yang dimulai dengan peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan di semua bagian.
