Abstract

Masalah sosial dan lingkungan penting bagi pengusaha sebagai katrol untuk mencapai keberlanjutan. Untuk itu, akuntansi beradaptasi, tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi atas pertanggungjawaban keuangan, tetapi juga pertanggungjawaban atas masalah sosial dan lingkungan. Saat ini penelitian-penelitian yang ada masih terbatas pada bagaimana pihak luar (investor) menggunakan informasi tersebut. Berbeda dengan kebanyakan studi, studi ini menginterpretasikan apakah manajer sebagai pengguna internal mempertimbangkan informasi akuntansi sosial dan lingkungan dalam keputusan evaluasi proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimental dari manajer di perusahaan nirlaba yang mengklaim sebagai wirausaha sosial yang berkontribusi untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan dari komunitas rentan. Berdasarkan teori pemangku kepentingan, hipotesis penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajer sebagai pihak internal mempertimbangkan informasi sosial dan lingkungan pada proyek mereka, khususnya proyek pada masyarakat rentan.Social and environmental issues are important for entrepreneur as a pulley to attain sustainability. With reagrds to this, accounting requires adaptation, not only conveying information on financial responsibility, but also responsibility for social and environmental issues. Nowadays, research limited only focused on how external parties (investors) used this information. This study is different with most of studies, the currently study interprets whether managers, as internal users, consider social and environmental information in project evaluation decision. The study is experimental study from managers in not-for-profit firm that claims as social entrepreneur that have contributed to sustainable development of the vulnerable communities. Built on the stakeholder theory, this study hypothesis’s that managers as internal party consider social and environmental information on their project, particularly on project of vulnerable communities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe 1) the effect of the work environment on employee organizational commitment, 2) The effect of occupational safety and health on employee organizational commitment, 3) Effect of compensation affects employee organizational commitment, 4) Effect of work environment, occupational safety and health, and compensation affects the organizational commitment of production department employees at PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (SGM) Klaten. The study took samples from the company PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (SGM) located in Klaten, Central Java. The sampling method is probability, and the sampling technique uses sampling quota. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of questionnaires processed were 100 questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis supported by F test, t test, R^2 test, and classical assumption test. The results of this study that with 0.05 significance showed a positive and significant influence between the work environments on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant influence between occupational safety and health on organizational commitment. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation for organizational commitment. And the work environment, occupational safety and health, as well as compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of production department employees at PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (SGM) Klaten.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Adaptive Selling Behavior and Customer Orientation against Salesperson Performance through Relationship Quality. This research was conducted in 145 respondents sales in AHASS Yogyakarta. The results of this study show: 1) Adaptive selling behavior significant positive effect on Relationship Quality, 2) Customer Orientation Significant positive effect on Relationship behavior, 3) Relationship quality significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance, 4) Adaptive Selling Behavior significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance, 5) Customer Orientation significant positive effect on Salesperson Performance,.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is effort to improve employee performance with the role of transformational leadership mediated by psychological contract. The subjects in this study were employees of the Bucini Leather industry especially in the production section with 110 people and 75 people taken as samples.The results of this study show that (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the psychological contract, (2) psychological contracts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Variable psychological contracts ) does not mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership and employee performance (Y), with the results of the sobel test calculated <t-table (1.708 <1.9930)..

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities capable of expanding employment opportunities, providing broad economic services to the community, playing a role in the process of equalization and increasing community income, encouraging economic growth, and playing a role in realizing national stability. The purpose of this study is to determine how MSMEs increase competitiveness in facing the "New Normal". The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The technique of determining the informants was done by purposive sampling. The data analysis process is done by reducing data and presenting the data that has been obtained for later drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs continue to improve their competitiveness amid the pandemic that is still occurring in Indonesia, although the marketing is still relatively small, but MSME players continue to improve the quality of their products to welcome the "new normal" that will be carried out, so that the wheels the economy started again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokja. To determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokdja. To determine the effect of the work environment on PT AseliDagaduDjokdja's job satisfaction. To find out career development towards job satisfaction of PT AseliDagaduDjokdja. To determine the effect of compensation, work environment and career development simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokdjaThe independent variable used is compensation, work environment and career development while the dependent variable used is job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of PT AseliDagaduDjokdja, amounting to 226 employees, so samples taken with Slovin formula became 70 employees. Accidental samplin sampling technique. The method of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05.The results obtained by the regression equation Y = 0.436K + 0.133LK + 0.105PK + e. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokdja with a significant value of 0,000 <α (0.05). The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokdja with a significance value of 0.231> α (0.05). Career development does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT AseliDagaduDjokdja with a significant value of 0.344> α (0.05). There is a simultaneous effect of compensation, work environment and career development on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose if this study is to describe (1) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Bethesda Hospital in Yogyakarta, (2) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Bethesda Hospitasl Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of work and organizational commitment on employee performance.Population in Bethesda Hospital employees in Yogyakarta with 1,200 employees. The taking technique uses a saturated sampling method for 120 respondents. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis supported by the F test (F-test) and T test (T-test) and classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test.The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equations for two variables are KIK = 6.183 + 0.734 KK + 3.151KO. So the results of the study show the effect of independent variables namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the dependent variable, namely employee performance(1) Variable job satisfaction is a variable that affects employee performance with a positive and significant regression coefficient of 0.734. This shows that every increase in employee job satisfaction will also improve employee performance2) Variable organizational commitment is a variable that affects employee performance with a positive and significant regression coefficient of 3.151. This shows that any increase in organizational commitment will also improve employee performance. (3) There is a significant positive effect of the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect is determined by the terminated coefficient value (adjusted R2). The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) through regression analysis is 0.191, meaning that the independent variables together affect the dependent variable by 19.1% and the remaining 80.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through the Motivation Role of Intrinsik at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul. (2) Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul. (3) The Influence of Technique Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul.The population in this study were all employees of PT. Adi Satria Abadi Bantul, amounting to 300 employees with a sample of 75 employees. This research uses accidental sampling technique, which is the selection of samples that happen to be found by researchers. Analysis of the data used is linear regression.The results showed that (1) Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation (2) Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. (3) Intrinsic Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction of Waroeng SS Jln. Bantul. The population of this research are Waroeng SS employees, Jln. Bantul with 40 employees. The sampling technique is saturated or census sampling by taking a sample of 40 employees. Data collection method with questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work environment simultaneously influence job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia have good resilience in every crisis. However, the COVID-19 crisis has changed people's behavior and it is stated that they have not been able to overcome economic difficulties. This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on household businesses and survival strategies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method and uses respondent data as many as 54 people who are business actors in the production of processed food. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis on business operations, strategies to survive in times of crisis, and obstacles in implementing strategies, as well as the benefits of social assistance from the government for business actors.
