Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence between work discipline, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously on employee organizational commitment. This research belongs to a type of causal associative research. The population is 80 employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, and 45 employees are used as samples for sampling using accidental sampling. The method of data collection uses the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis supported by F test, t test, R ^ 2 test, and classic assumption test. The results of this study that with 0.05 significance indicate work discipline, motivation work, and the work environment simultaneously influences simultaneously the employee's organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze to price, product quality and distribution channel. The study was conducted at tenun ikat “Xyz” Jepara, respondents in this study were customer who purchased products at least once, respondents in this study were customer who purchased products at least once, respondents tenun ikat “Xyz” Jepara as many 56 people. Based on the results of the study show that the product quality and distribution channel get good criteria, while the price variable are still not good. On the product quality the highest value is obtained from aesthic dimension, the lowest value obtained from the dimension of additional privileges, value distribution caverage. The price variabel are still not good. On the product quality the highest value is obtained from aesthetic dimension, the lowest value obtained from the dimensions of additional privilages, value distribution channel the highest channel type dimensions, the lowest value obtained from distribution coverage. Variable is the highest value on the price compability with product quality the lowest value obtained from price comformity with benefits dimension.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, product innovation, and product quality on purchasing decisions on batik jumputan maharani Yogyakarta. This research belongs to the type of post facto research. The population in this study were consumers of batik jumputan maharani, which amounted to 97 people who were also used as research samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis which is supported by F (F-Test) and T (T-Test) and classic assumption tests which consist of normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedacity test. The results of this study indicate that silmutan conclusions promotion variables, product innovation and product quality affect the purchasing decision. In fact, it shows that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions while promotion and product innovation have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Absorption of the budget that is not in accordance with the targets specified in the planning may be influenced by the leadership in making budget planning, then the purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership strategy in planning and absorption of the budget. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with SWOT analysis method, by conducting interviews with echelon 4 (four) and 3 (three) officials at Dinas x with respondents as many as 15 (fifteen) people.The results of the study show that it is necessary for leaders who have competencies according to position, leadership, training in budget planning and related party coordination, monitoring evaluation of absorption, making Budget Implementation Documents as guidelines supported by financial management capabilities and additional human resources which play a role in planning and absorption of budgets.Some suggestions that can be applied at Dinas X are to improve leadership, optimal quality of planning and absorption to achieve the organization's vision, namely the realization of Sleman people who are more prosperous, independent, cultured and integrated e-Government system towards Smart Regency in 2021

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect  of Perceived Usefullness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Subjective Norm against Purchase Intention through Attitude. This research was conducted in 100 respondents to Yogyakarta Digital warehouse consumers with respondents who bought digital warehouse products. The results of this study show: 1) Perceived usefullness significant positive effect on Attitude, 2) Perceived Ease Of Use Significant positive effect on Attitude, 3) Subjective Norm significantly positive effect on Attitude, 4) Attitude has not significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, 5) Perceived Usefullness significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, 6) Perceived Ease Of Use significantly positive effect on Purchase Intention, 7) Subjective Norm has not significant positive effect on Purchase Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Empowerment Leadership on Creative Problem Solving faced by employees and the role of Dynamic Exploration Capability.The population in this study were all employees of PT. Casuarina Harnessindo Pemalang. There were 150 samples, but 137 samples were processed. The analysis tool uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of empirical investigations prove that Empowerment Leadership has a significant positive effect on Dynamic Exploration Capability, and Dynamic Exploration Capability has a significant positive effect on Creative Problem Solving. While the hypothesis that Empoworment Leadership has a significant positive effect on Creative Problem Solving is rejected. The mediating role of Dynamic Capability is proven by the P-velue value being smaller than the 0.05 significance value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Sula Islands District Education Office. This research was conducted on employees of the Sula Islands District Education Office with a population of 108 employees. Using the incidental sampling technique, the number of samples used was 85 respondents, using the explanatory research method. While the theory used is Maslow's motivation theory. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The independent variabels in this study are work motivation and organizational culture, while the dependent variabel is employee performance. Measurement of variabels is carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial positive influence between work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that 24.4% of changes in employee performance variabels are influenced by work motivation and organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention, (2) Job Stress on Turnover Intention, (3) Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention.This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 42 respondents in Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta employees. The technique used in sampling uses accindental sampling and data collection is done using questionnaire media. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 software.The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (3) Job Satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, effective commitment, and work stress on turnover intention.The variables of this study are job satisfaction, effective commitment, and work stress on turnover intention. The population in this study was a saleswoman at PT Circleka Indonesia Utama Yogyakarta Branch. The technique of this research sample used Slovin method and obtained 95 respondents, the sampling technique used incidental sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis supported by t test, determinant coefficient, and classical assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test.The results showed that job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, effective commitment had no effect on turnover intention. And work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality in higher eduation, student satisfaction, and student loyalty at STIE Bisnis dan Perbankan Yogyakarta. This reasearch is a quantitavive based descriptive research.Using a sample of 188 students showed that there is a good enough service quality perceived by students, student satisfaction, and student loyalty.The limitation of this reasearch is that this study is limited on STIEBBANK students and can not be generalized on all higher education students. The suggestions are given as the managerial implications of this internship study. Broadly, STIEBBANK needs to maintain and to increase quality service in higher education, student satisfaction, and student loyalty.
