AbstractThe aim of this research is to anaylse the influence of world CPO price on real exchange rate of Rupiah through the changes of money supply, interest rate, and inflation. This is a quantitative research employing eviews 6.0. This current research hasshown that the influence of world CPO price to real exchange rate of Rupiah through the changes of money supply, interest rate, and inflation in Indonesia between 2008(q1-q4) “ 2015(q1-q4)) is significant and of positive value. Data analysis in this research wasemploying descriptive method, equipped with econometric data analysis with double linier regression analysis model applied by using regression. Abstract The objective of the research was to determine theoil palm variety with saline resistance and identify the effective humic acid application dosage with a different salinity rate. This research was conducted in Percut Village.The method used was Randomized Block Design Factorial with 3 factors applied in to 6 varieties oil palm, humic acid dosage (3 dosages) and salinity rate (3 rate) with 3 replications. The results of this research showed that the salinity rate affected significantly to oil palm morphology in saline soil with humic acid adduction. In S0 (0 mmhos), Yangambi variety can increase oil palm plant height, number of leaves, root volume and dry weight of roots. Abstract Government™s performance in the public service regarding building permit in Urban Planning Department of Gorontalo City. This research aims at investigating the public service performance at the Urban Planning Office of Gorontalo city. This qualitative descriptive research employed observation, interview, and documentation in collecting the data. The technique of data analysis comprised of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results reveal that the government™s performance is influenced by 1) human resources, 2) facilities and infrastructures, and 3) job mechanism. Furthermore, the efforts to improve the performance are 1) participation of the officers in technical training about building permits policy; 2) disseminating the insight regarding building permit on the district level through the media such as newspaper, television, and radio; 3) providing proper facilities and infrastructures. Efforts to improve the performance should include 1) upgrading human resources; 2) providing facilities and infrastructures; 3) coordinating with the local government unit; 4) promoting awareness of the society since some people do not have a properunderstanding of the legality of building permits. AbstractThe people's need of legal certainty is the responsibility of all parties to make it happen. Various cases raised in society require the law enforcement agencies to follow up and protect the witnesses and victims. Gorontalo city is inseparable with some legal cases taken place in urban communities that require contributions from law enforcement agencies, including universities. This study focuses on the implementation of law on the protection of witnesses and victims for the law existence to people in Gorontalo city that employed normative juridical method in which it is a law study aimed at finding out the norms and œdas Sollen. The result reveals that the implementation of law on the protection of witnesses and victims to people in Gorontalo city has not been effectively applied as resulted from the empirical factual review. Further, there are five important aspects that determine the existence of witness and victim protection agency, including 1) laws, 2) the witnesses™ and victims™ mental attitude, 3) professional law enforcement officers, 4) community control, 5) electronic media. Abstract The background of the study comes from the low ability of teachers in designing scientific-based learning implementation plan (RPPH) for the Scientific and Local Culture subject and carrying out the authentic assessment for early childhood education (PAUD) students. These activities aim to assist teachers developing Weekly Implementation Plan (RPPM) and RPPH on the aforementioned subject as well as to help teachers developing the authentic assessment instruments in measuring early child development outcomes. The activities were conducted in the Ananda Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education (School Partners) in the Sub-District of Gebang at the District of Langkat from July to September 2017. The participants were teachers in the Partner School and PAUD teachers around the School of Partners, amounting 20 teachers using discussion, questioning, group work and assignment as well as the monitoring and evaluation approaches. The results of the mentoring activities showed that: 1) Most teachers were able to develop RPPM and RPPH based on Scientific and Local Culture, and only a few teachers with senior secondary education background had difficulty in preparing the RPPH according to the guidelines; 2) Most teachers experienced difficulties in developing authentic assessment instruments, 3) Teachers of PAUD were enthusiast engaging in the mentoring activities validated by their presences and activities during processes. The results of these activities recommend that: 1) Do consistent and continuous monitoring of the implementation of learning in accordance with the lesson plans that have been prepared; 2) the need for special teacher assistance in the development of authentic assessment instruments for early childhood; 3) The need for special assistance in development and preparation of media and educational game tools in accordance with the needs of early childhood. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe people's understanding of the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic inheritance law. This research uses a descriptive method. The population of this study were Muhammadiyah residents in Medan City with a sample of 274 respondents, but the return and complete for data processing amounted to 234 samples.Based on the results of the study concluded that all levels of education elementary, junior high, high school, diploma and S1 or S2 no respondents who have low levels of legal awareness both male and female. However, most of Muhammadiyah of Medan City only know that the division of inheritance in Islamic law has been arranged, but the technique of dividing inheritance in Islam most of society do not master well. This is because they do not have a basic knowledge of how the division of Islamic inheritance law.The practice of dividing the inheritance of Muhammadiyah citizens of Medan City is very diverse, some are using the Islamic law, using customary law, using the method of family deliberation, by giving men and women equally. not a few finish to the Court made. AbstractAlthough the developments of technology has been grown rapidly, some farmers in North Sumatra are still trapped in traditional farming methods. The problem of limited funds has always been a classical reason for explaining the stagnancy. Interestingly, the farmer community of Hamparan Perak, North Sumatra, which is a partner of LPM UNIMED, actually has advanced knowledge in the management of horticultural crops. Simple innovation seem to be able to drive farm productivity and efficiency. The general purpose of this community service activity is to implement the drip-water irrigation system at Agro-Holticulture plantation of Hamparan Perak Farmer Community in Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera. In particular, this community service aims to: 1) improving the efficiency of agricultural production with the implementation of such technology; and 2) increasing farm productivity with improved irrigation system. This Community Service Activities using technical guidance methods to farmer community. Furthermore, efficiency and productivity are met through minimizing costs and increasing farmer income which observed during technical guidance. Based on ongoing observations, farmers acknowledge that the process of agricultural production becomes very efficient while the performance of the crops becomes more productive.Keywords: Farmers, Horticulture, Efficiency, Productivity

AbstractGrated chips business developed by Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati in Sukadamai Village Pulo Bandring District is still less developed and needs to be assisted. The process of grated chips production is still constrained by the low skills or innovation of processed products made from cassava produced. The two partners only make the grate, while the competition for this business continues to increase. Each day the chips grated production of these partners business can produce a total of 60 kg / day or 56 packs of grated chips. Beside that, there is still modern markets demand or cake shops that can not be fulfilled due to the lack of knowledge of partners about innovative products based on cassava and packaging design. In relation to the problems faced by both partners, Pak Bakri and Mrs. Armawati, then in the program of dedication to the community in accordance with the agreement of both partners have been planned and realized the existence of training and production simulation by making new products in the form of emping based sweet potato that can be produced by these two partners with total 90 kg / day or 120 packs/day using a cassava grinder. It also planned the procurement of packaging design tools to assist marketing programs in the fulfillment consumer demand of modern market or cake shops. The purpose of all these activities is to maintain the continuity of business or continuity of grated chips business developed by Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati in Sukadamai Village Pulo Bandring sub-district. The success rate of this devotion program to community has been completed, such as: 1. There is a new product that can be produced by the business of Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati, 2. AbstractIbM program activities are aimed to help street children and poor cities that are assisted by SKA and PKPA in developing skill-based life skills education. Operationally this activity aims to help street children and urban poor in production. Types of production that have been done, among others, make various handicrafts from beads and acrylic, and packaging products Marginal Industry House. Methods of activities in the form of training and mentoring in production practices, packaging design practices, business management training and practice of machine use. AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effects of managerial skills, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture on employee performance. The method used bothered survey method as well as primary data. The fluctuating productivity of MSME is largely due to the relatively high various performance of the employee, and it can disrupt the stability of small businesses as the starting point of this research. The sampling namely with used bothered forcible entry sampling. Chaired by the manifest variables used Likert scale installation design to 160 talk shows us the respondents at MSME in Lampung Province. Testing requirements analysis included lilliefors test normality, homogeneity test, linearity test and regression yew. The data bothered analyzed using structural equation model, namely structural equation modeling. The research results find that managerial ability provides direct effects on organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior provides direct effects on organizational culture, managerial ability does not provide direct effects on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior provides direct effects on employee performance and organizational culture provides direct effects on employee performance.Keywords: Managerial Capability, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.
