Abstract

AbstrakKerusakan hutan mangrove dan hutan pantai di pesisir pantai Ujong Blang di Kecamatan Banda Sakti menjadi isu sentral dari kajian deskriptif-kualitatif ini. Ulasan ini menganalisis secara interpretatif dari pelaksanaan program CSR Oleh PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) Marketing Operating Region (MOR) I – Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak (TBBM) Lhokseumawe guna mengatasi dampak negatif penurunan keanekaragaman hayati pada ekosistem hutan mangrove dan hutan pantai Ujong Blang sekaligus menguatkan kapasitas masyarakat secara kolegial dan formil dalam mengelola kawasan hutan mangrove dan hutan pantai Ujong Blang sesuai fungsi fisik, biologi dan sosial-ekonomi yang relevan. Kampanye dan edukasi pelestarian dan pengelolaan lingkungan alam ini menjadi efektif dengan paritispasi aktif kelompok masyarakat pelestari lingkungan pantai Ujong Blang dari 5 (lima) desa terkait: Hagu Selatan, Hagu Teungoh, Hagu Barat Laot, Ulee Jalan dan Ujong Blang dalam reboisasi 3.000 batang pohon lindung dengan 3 (tiga) jenis vegetasi masing-masing sebanyak 1.000 pohon yakni: 1) Ketapang (Terminalia Catappa); 2) Ketapang Kencana (Terminalia Mantaly) dan; 3) Cemara Laut (Casuarina Equisetifolia) serta dilanjutkan dengan konservasi hutan mangrove melalui penanaman bibit mangrove sebanyak 10.000 pohon dalam tahun 2018 sebagai upaya untuk menjaga ekosistem dan keanekaragaman hayati di hutan mangrove dan hutan pantai Ujong Blang yang berbasis pengelolaan dari dan oleh komunitas masyarakat sekitar yang berkesinambungan dan kebermanfaatannya akan terus dirasakan hingga generasi selanjutnya.Kata Kunci: Reboisasi Hutan Pantai, Konservasi Hutan Mangrove, Keanekaragaman Hayati, Pantai Ujong BlangAbstractThe destruction of mangrove and coastal forests on the coastal area of Ujong Blang in Banda Sakti Subdistrict became a central issue from this descriptive-qualitative study. This paper analyzes interpretatively on the implementation of CSR programs By PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) Marketing Operating Region (MOR) I - Lhokseumawe Fuel Oil Terminal (TBBM) to overcome the negative impacts of biodiversity degradation on the mangrove forest ecosystem and the Ujong Blang coastal forest supported by efforts in strengthening collegial and formal local community capacity in managing mangrove forest and Ujong Blang coastal forests in accordance with their physical, biological and socio-economic functions. These preservation and management of the natural environment campaign and education have performed as an effective tool highlighting the active paritalization of coastal environmental conservation groups of Ujong Blang who are from 5 (five) related villages: South Hagu, Hagu Teungoh, Hagu Barat Laot, Ulee Jalan and Ujong Blang in reforestation of 3,000 protected tree trunks with 3 (three) types of vegetation each of 1,000 trees, namely: 1) Ketapang (Terminalia Catappa); 2) Ketapang Kencana (Terminalia Mantaly) and; 3) Cemara Laut (Casuarina Equisetifolia). Accordingly, the program is continued with the conservation of mangrove forests through planting 10,000 mangrove seedlings in 2018 as an effort to maintain ecosystems and biodiversity in mangrove forests and the coastal management of Ujong Blang that are locally managed by the formalized Ujong Blang’s environmental community towards gaining continuous benefits for generations in future.Keywords: Coastal Reforestation, Mangrove Conservation, Biodiversity, Ujong Blang Coast

Abstract

AbstrakPendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat telah terbukti menjadi alat yang kuat untuk memecahkan masalah rendahnya pengembalian ekonomi dari industri kecil di suatu daerah. Namun, metode untuk mengukur pemberdayaan di masyarakat tetap tidak jelas dan terbuka untuk diperdebatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap potensi lokal di Kota Pematang Siantar (dilihat dari usaha produksi ice cream, susu kambing dan tenunan ulos asli batak) yang diterapkan melalui program BID melalui skema CSR PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR I – TBBM Siantar di wilayah administratif Kota Pematang Siantar. Hasil analisis studi menunjukkan implikasi program BID dan CSR mampu memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat Kota Pematang Siantar melalui peningkatan ekonomi dan perubahan budaya. Peningkatan ekonomi dimaknai sebagai peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat sebagai dapmak positif dari peningkatan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan setelah pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Peningkatan pendapatan dirasakan oleh anggota kelompok penggiat susu kambing, ice cream dan penenun ulos asli batak. Perubahan budaya yakni perubahan ke arah sikap mental wirausaha telah nampak pada pelaku usaha, seperti memiliki visi, mampu membaca peluang, dan percaya diri.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, BID, CSR, Industri Kecil Kota Pematang Siantar AbstractThe community empowerment approach is proven to be a powerful tool in solving problems relevant to low economic returns gained by an operation of small industries in an area. This study aims to describe key success practices on the implementation of community based local potential empowerment in Pematang Siantar City (highlightig production of ice cream, goat milk of Etawa and batak native Ulos) that is formed in the BID scheme supported by an CSR scheme from PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR I - TBBM Siantar. The results of qualitative study show that the implications of BID backed-up by the CSR of PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) MOR I - TBBM Siantar. Positively contributed to the refinement of economic and business related-activities among involved industries underlining significant improvements on the quality of products manufactured by the CSR beneficiaries: ice cream, goat milk of Etawa and Batak native Ulos; as well as beneficiaries’ financial benefits. This community empowerment program has also affected to changes in the attitude of entrepreneurial mentality indicated from better and stronger of vision, ability in overcoming potential business opportunities, and self-confident in conducting business independently and professionally.Keywords: Community Empowerment, BID, CSR, Small Industry of Pematang Siantar City

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce appropriate e-modules as problem based learning media for class X (2) determine the feasibility of e-modules by referring to the teaching material criteria specified by the Ministry of National Education, (3) knowing the evaluation results Class X students after using the e-module based on problem based learning. This research is a type of research development of R&D (Research and Development) with reference to the ADDIE development model including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this study include 2 media expert lecturers, 1 lecturer and 1 subject matter expert teacher, and class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The object of this study is the e-module learning instruments used to assess the feasibility of e-modules include the eligibility assessment sheet by material experts, the eligibility assessment sheet by media experts, and student questionnaire responses to the use of e-modules. The results showed (1) e-module learning developed into E-Module Concept Management Based On Problem Based Learning for class X students, (2) the e-module developed was declared to be feasible with the average score obtained by material experts at 3.46 , media experts amounted to 3.19, and by student responses amounted to 3.19 so that the feasibility of the developed e-module was included in the "Very Good" category, (2) the results of student learning evaluations obtained a percentage of 85.71% in the high success criteria category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan e-module yang tepat sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis problem based learning untuk kelas X (2) mengetahui kelayakan e-module dengan berpedoman pada kriteria bahan ajar yang ditentukan oleh Depdiknas, (3) mengetahui hasil evaluasi siswa kelas X setelah menggunakan e-module bebasis problem based learning. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D (Research and Development) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE meliputi Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain/Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), Evaluation (Evaluasi). Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 2 dosen ahli media, 1 dosen dan 1 guru mata pelajaran ahli materi, dan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Objek penelitian ini berupa e-module pembelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan e-module meliputi lembar penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi, lembar penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media, dan angket respon siswa terhadap penggunaan e-module. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) e-module pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menjadi E-Module Konsep Manajemen Bebasis Problem Based Learning untuk siswa kelas X, (2) e-module yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dengan perolehan rata-rata skor oleh ahli materi sebesar 3,46, ahli media sebesar 3,19, dan oleh respon siswa sebesar 3,19 sehingga kelayakan e-module yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, (2) hasil evaluasi belajar siswa diperoleh persentase 85,71% pada kategori kriteria keberhasilan tinggi. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, E-Module, Problem Based Learning   ABSTRACT : This study aims to: (1) produce appropriate e-modules as problem based learning media for class X (2) determine the feasibility of e-modules by referring to the teaching material criteria specified by the Ministry of National Education, (3) knowing the evaluation results  Class X students after using the e-module based on problem based learning. Abstract

This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The development stage has 2 stages, namely 1). Validation test in which there are three validators, namely material experts, media experts and design experts. 2). The practicality test in which there are several stages, namely the test of the tax subject lecturer (one person), the small group test (8 people) and the large group test (30 people). The results of the validation from material experts, media experts and design experts were obtained that the criteria could be used with partial revisions with a result of 85%, could be used with partial revisions with 87.5% results and could be used with partial revisions with 86.1% results. after being given treatment, the value obtained increased by 86% in the range A and B. In the second stage, namely the student response test, the student got a positive score of 90.6% which is where the E-module is very effectively used in the learning process.

Abstract

Program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam aspek literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan agar mitra mampu lebih disiplin, sejahtera, dan optimal dalam operasional keseharian secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pada ibu-ibu produktif di lingkungan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV yang terletak di Aek Jamu dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang selama tiga hari pada tanggal 11-13 Mei 2023. Pelaksana pengabdian adalah Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi dan Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas, Negeri Medan yang berjumlah 13 orang. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui metode ceramah dan focus group discussion (FGD). Tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pra pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pasca pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM yaitu adanya peningkatan dari literasi keuangan dan kemampuan pembuatan buku laporan keuangan rumah tangga sederhana serta membuat sikap ibu-ibu dari konsumtif menjadi gemar berinvestasi dan terlepas dari pay later dan pinjaman online.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to develop an E-module using a Flip Builder Application Based on Problem Solving in the subject of Taxation for PPH Chapter 23,24,25, 26, and Chapter 28(a)/29. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The development stage has 3 stages, namely 1). Validation test in which there are two validators, namely material experts and media experts. 2). The practicality test is a test from a tax lecturer (one person). 3). The next step is to test the attractiveness of the E-module, namely the individual test (3 people) and the small group test (6 people). limited group trial by distributing online questionnaires. The validation results from material experts and media experts obtained that the criteria could be used with partial revisions results is 85%  and could be used with partial revisions with 84% results. The results obtained from the practicality test in which the course lecturers amounted to 91.7% and individual trials and small group trials of 93%.Keywords : E-modul, Flip Builder, Problem Solving

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi pada penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya tingkat keaktifan serta hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang menyertakan 35 peserta didik dari kelas XI AKL 1. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dimanfaatkan yaitu lembar pengamatan keaktifan belajar serta test hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini yakni analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan lembar pengamatan membuktikan bahwa di siklus I, 18 peserta didik yang termasuk pada kriteria aktif serta sangat aktif. Di siklus II, jumlah siswa yang masuk pada kategori aktif serta sangat aktif mengalami peningkatan menjadi 32 peserta didik, serta sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan ≥78%. Melalui analisis data test hasil belajar, skor rata-rata pre-test yaitu 63,71%, dimana 14 peserta didik (40%) yang lulus. Skor rata-rata post-test siklus I yaitu 74%, dimana 23 peserta didik (65,71%) yang lulus. Selanjuntya, skor rata-rata post-test siklus II yaitu 91,43%, dimana 35 peserta didik (100%) yang lulus, mencapai indikator keberhasilan ≥90%. Mengacu pada analisis ini, bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya penerapan Model Quantum Learning mampu meningkatkan tingkat keaktifan serta hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Medan.Kata kunci: Keaktifan Belajar, Hasil Belajar Akuntansi, Quantum Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis applied research focuses on the initiative to develop a model of value chain financial management that further enabling the implementation of cooperative governance in the whole aspect of business managed by the cooperative of Fajar Surya Mandiri located at the village of Bandar Jawa, of sub-district of Bandar in the district of Simalungun at the Province of Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. More specifically, the application internal control system was introduced in cooperative business management activities that are mainly engaged with poultry and freshwater pond fish productions. The management was facilitated with the technical knowledge on the preparation of financial statements based on Financial Accounting Standard of Entities without Public Accountability as well as guiding staffs in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for accounting and finance related activities and developing a website that provides profile and products of the cooperative. Applied outcomes of this community service engagement consisted of SOP and guidelines on the preparation of the financial statements of the cooperative as well as the company website and social media accounts for relevant marketing purposes.Keywords: Applied Research, Cooperative, SOP of Financial Reporting, Value Chain Financial Management, Simalungun.

Abstract

AbstractAlthough the developments of technology has been grown rapidly, some farmers in North Sumatra are still trapped in traditional farming methods. The problem of limited funds has always been a classical reason for explaining the stagnancy. Interestingly, the farmer community of Hamparan Perak, North Sumatra, which is a partner of LPM UNIMED, actually has advanced knowledge in the management of horticultural crops. Simple innovation seem to be able to drive farm productivity and efficiency. The general purpose of this community service activity is to implement the drip-water irrigation system at Agro-Holticulture plantation of Hamparan Perak Farmer Community in Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera. In particular, this community service aims to: 1) improving the efficiency of agricultural production with the implementation of such technology; and 2) increasing farm productivity with improved irrigation system. This Community Service Activities using technical guidance methods to farmer community. Furthermore, efficiency and productivity are met through minimizing costs and increasing farmer income which observed during technical guidance. Based on ongoing observations, farmers acknowledge that the process of agricultural production becomes very efficient while the performance of the crops becomes more productive.Keywords: Farmers, Horticulture, Efficiency, Productivity
