Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of green product knowledge and green perceived risk on green purchase intention mediated by green trust, with a comparative study between Aqua and Le Minerale mineral water products. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that green product knowledge has a significant positive effect on green purchase intention, both directly and through the mediation of green trust, on both products. Green perceived risk also has a positive effect on green purchase intention, but with different levels of significance between Aqua and Le Minerale. In Aqua, the influence of green perceived risk on green purchase intention is greater than in Le Minerale. The results of the comparative analysis showed that the level of green product knowledge and green trust was higher in Aqua than in Le Minerale, while green perceived risk was higher in Le Minerale than in Aqua. The results of the hypothesis test using a paired sample T-Test confirmed a significant difference between the two brands in terms of the variables tested. Keywords: Green Product Knowledge, Green Perceived Risk, Green Trust, Green Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in startup companies by utilizing review data from the Glassdoor platform. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis of 500 employee reviews from five leading technology startups during the 2020-2024 period. Results indicate that transformational leadership style has a significant positive correlation with employee satisfaction, evidenced by keywords such as vision, transparent, and supportive appearing in high-rated reviews. Conversely, micromanagement and one way communication emerge as primary causes of dissatisfaction in low rated reviews. Flexible work environments are perceived positively but may lead to burnout if work-personal boundaries are not clearly managed. Senior Leadership rating serves as the strongest predictor of employee recommendation (recommend to a friend), surpassing financial compensation factors. Digital review data proves valid as a real-time diagnostic tool for organizational climate with minimal social desirability bias. This study concludes that leadership transparency and authentic work life balance management are key factors in building positive employer branding in the digital era. Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Startup, Glassdoor, Employee Perception

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the BI-Rate and inflation on Indonesia’s economic growth during the 2015–2023 period using a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression based on time-series data from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The F-test results show that the BI-Rate and inflation simultaneously have no significant effect on economic growth (Sig = 0.184). Partially, the BI-Rate (Sig = 0.317) and inflation (Sig = 0.412) also demonstrate no significant influence, indicating that changes in the benchmark interest rate and inflation levels during the observed period did not directly determine fluctuations in GDP growth. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.319) reveals that only 31.9% of the variation in economic growth is explained by the two variables, while the remainder is driven by other factors such as household consumption, investment, fiscal policy, and global economic conditions. These findings suggest that inflation stability and interest rate adjustments were not dominant drivers of Indonesia’s economic performance during the period, highlighting the need for stronger macroeconomic policy coordination, particularly between monetary and fiscal frameworks, to reinforce resilience and support sustainable economic growth.Keywords—BI-Rate, inflation, economic growth, monetary policy, linear regression.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of TikTok's Live Shopping feature on purchasing decisions of students from the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. The transformation of social media into a digital marketplace has enabled TikTok, through its live shopping feature, to enable direct interaction between sellers and buyers in real time. A quantitative approach was used with 98 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using normality, linearity, and simple linear regression tests. The results show that TikTok Live Shopping has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient (B) of 0.577 and a significance value of 0.000 (0.05). This means that the higher the intensity and quality of the live shopping experience, the greater the student's tendency to purchase. Interactive features such as direct communication, product demonstrations, and real-time promotions increase consumer trust and satisfaction. This study confirms that live shopping is an effective digital marketing strategy, and further research is recommended to add variables such as consumer trust and customer loyalty to deepen the understanding of social commerce behavior in the digital era. Keywords: TikTok Live Shopping, purchasing decisions, digital marketing, Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Non Performing Financing (NPF) from Murabahah, Mudharabah, and Musyarakah contracts on the liquidity of Bank Muamalat Indonesia during 2016-2024. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study found that Murabahah and Musyarakah NPFs individually do not significantly affect the bank's liquidity. However, Mudharabah NPF shows a positive and significant influence on liquidity, indicating the bank's ability to reallocate funds from problematic financing to more liquid assets. Nevertheless, collectively, all three types of NPF simultaneously have a significant impact on Bank Muamalat Indonesia's liquidity, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive risk management to maintain the financial stability of Islamic banks..Keywords: NPF, Murabahah, Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Liquidity
