Abstract

Abstract: Digital transformation in MSME financial management is one of the important adaptive strategies amidst the challenges of business efficiency and accountability. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of digital accounting applications on the effectiveness of MSME financial management in Purwodadi, by considering financial literacy as a moderator variable. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 MSME actors who use digital accounting applications, such as Kasir Pintar. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing thematic conclusions. The results of the study showed that the majority of informants felt significant benefits from the use of digital accounting applications in improving administrative efficiency, transaction recording accuracy, and ease of financial reporting. In addition, the level of financial literacy has been shown to strengthen the effectiveness of the use of this technology, where business actors with better financial understanding are able to optimize application features more optimally. The conclusion of this study confirms that the synergy between the use of digital accounting technology and adequate financial literacy can substantially improve the performance of MSME financial management. This study contributes to the development of digital-based accounting science as well as practical implications for strengthening MSME capacity through integrated financial education and technology interventions .Keywords: Digital accounting applications, effectiveness of financial management, financial literacy, MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract: Introduction: Patient Safety Goals (PSGs) are mandatory standards established to improve the quality of healthcare services and are closely related to patient satisfaction. Objective to analyse the effect of implementing six PSGs on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital in Medan. Methods: A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design involving 150 inpatients selected through consecutive sampling from May to August 2025. The instrument was a structured questionnaire with 25 items (6 PSS variables with 3-4 items, patient satisfaction, five items) on a 1-5 Likert scale that had been validated on 30 respondents (r0.361, α=0.812). Data were categorised as binary with a cut-off of ≥75% for logistic regression analysis. Analysis used multiple linear regression and logistic regression. Results: The implementation of SKP had a significant effect on patient satisfaction (R=0.821; Adjusted R²=0.659; F=36.98; p0.001). Partially, effective communication was the dominant predictor (Wald = 8.32; p = 0.004; OR = 1.756), followed by a reduction in infection risk (p = 0.002), accuracy of identification (p = 0.010), high alert medication safety (p = 0.026), and fall prevention (p = 0.045). The certainty of location/procedure/patient was not yet significant (p = 0.068). Conclusion and suggestion: Effective communication is a dominant factor in improving inpatient satisfaction through the implementation of SKP.Keywords: Effective Communication; Patient Safety; Patient Satisfaction; PSGs

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of goodwill, other intangible assets, company size, and leverage on company value in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2020-2024. The data used are annual financial reports from 2020-2024. The research population consists of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2020-2024. Data sources were obtained from each company's published financial statements. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and based on the sample selection criteria, 10 companies were selected for observation in this study. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of Eviews version 12. The results of the study indicate that goodwill and company size have a significant negative effect on company value, while leverage has a significant positive effect on company value, and other intangible assets have no effect on company value. The R2 test results show that 35.21% of the independent variables explain the variation in company value.Keywords: Goodwill, Other intangible assets, Company size, Leverage, and Company value

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that occurred in this study were the level of financial literacy of housewives which was still relatively low, the implementation of a high lifestyle, and a lack of understanding of the use of fintech payment. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and fintech payment on household financial management. The object of the study is in the Grand Sutera Rajeg Housing. The population of this study were all housewives in the Grand Sutera Rajeg Housing, with a sample size of 89 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of IBM SPSS 29. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive effect on household financial management, lifestyle has a negative effect on household financial management, and fintech payment has no effect on household financial management. Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to analyze the effect of hedonic value and utilitarian value on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable among Lazada users in Jepara Regency. This study is quantitative in nature, with the population consisting of Lazada users in Jepara Regency who have never made a purchase. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with a total of 150 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results of the study indicate that hedonistic values and utilitarian values have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, hedonistic values and utilitarian values have a positive and significant effect on trust, trust does not affect purchase intention and is unable to mediate the relationship between hedonistic values and utilitarian values on purchase intention.Keywords— hedonic value, utilitarian value, trust, purchase intention

Abstract

Abstract: The change in profit at Islamic commercial banks is influenced by various financial performance indicators that reflect the bank’s ability to manage capital, financing risk, and operational efficiency. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) indicates the level of the bank’s capital adequacy, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) measures the risk of problematic financing, while the Operational Expense to Operational Income ratio (BOPO) reflects the efficiency of cost management. This study aims to analyze the effect of CAR, NPF, and BOPO on profit changes in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of Islamic commercial banks for the 2019–2024 period. Analysis was conducted using panel data regression to examine both the simultaneous and partial effects among variables, with the aid of statistical software, namely Eviews 13. The results show that CAR, NPF, and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on profit changes. Partially, CAR has no effect on profit changes, while NPF and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on profit changes. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.47 indicates that 47% of the variation in profit changes can be explained by the three independent variables. This suggests that strengthening capital, reducing problematic financing, and improving operational efficiency are important strategies for Islamic commercial banks to maintain sustainable profit growth.Keywords: CAR, NPF, BOPO, Profit Changes.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which price and product quality influence the purchasing decisions of students at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Studies Institute on the Shopee application. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination test to determine the extent to which price and product quality influence purchasing decisions. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study lead to the conclusion that from the T-test or partial test, the price and product quality influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee application among Sunan Doe students. This is evidenced by a calculated T-value greater than the T-table value, with a significance level greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, based on the results of the F-test, it was found that price and product quality influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee application, as evidenced by an F-value of 55.925, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.11, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. From the results of the coefficient of determination analysis (R2), it was found that the price variable has a partial influence of 12.1%, while product quality has an influence of 53.3%. Simultaneously, price and product quality have an influence of 57.6% on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application among Sunan Doe students, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: : Price, Quality, Product, Decision, Purchase

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of business development in increasing sales within the local culinary industry, with a case study on Bolu Stim Menara in Medan. The background of this research stems from the intensifying competition in the local souvenir food industry, changing consumer preferences, and the need for companies to continuously innovate. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was reinforced through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the business development strategies of Bolu Stim Menara involve product innovation (local and contemporary flavor variations), distribution expansion (strategic outlets and partnerships), utilization of digital marketing (social media and influencers), and strengthening brand identity as a culinary icon of Medan. Product innovation plays a significant role in attracting new customers and enhancing loyalty among existing ones, while distribution and digital marketing increase accessibility and strengthen brand engagement. Key supporting factors include managerial vision, team creativity, and consumer loyalty, while challenges involve product quality consistency, intense competition, and seasonal raw material constraints. This study confirms that business development is not merely complementary, but a strategic instrument that determines sales sustainability and competitiveness. Theoretically, it enriches the business management literature on culinary business development strategies based on local wisdom. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Security, Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use on the intention to use digital wallets among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pasuruan Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 136 SME respondents and analyzed using statistical techniques to examine causal relationships between variables. The findings reveal that all four independent variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use digital wallets. These results indicate that higher perceived security, lower perceived risk, greater perceived usefulness, and better ease of use significantly increase SMEs’ intention to adopt digital wallets as a transaction tool. This study contributes to the development of a more contextual Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the SME sector and provides recommendations for service providers, local governments, and financial authorities to enhance literacy, security, and trust in digital wallet services.Keywords: Perceived Security, Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Digital Wallet, SMEs.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Influence of Communication and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Kurnia Bumi Raya Jakarta. Effective communication and high Work Discipline are two crucial factors in optimizing human resources, which in turn will improve the overall performance of the organization. Optimal Employee Performance is the main foundation for the success and sustainability of a company. The research method used is multiple linear regression, with statistical calculations based on the SPSS 26 application program. This data was collected through an online questionnaire using Google Form which was distributed to 55 employee respondents at PT. Kurnia Bumi Raya. The submission of questions in the questionnaire is presented in the form of written statements with answer choices. The results of hypothesis testing, both in the T test (Partial) and the F test (Simultaneous) show that Communication (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). The significance value for the three variables is 0.000 0.05. Specifically, the t-count value for Communication (X1) is 2.808 and the t table is 2.006. and for that Work Discipline (X2) is 3.512 and t table 2.006. Meanwhile the f count value for simultaneous influence (Y) is 77.784 and f table 3.018. This finding indicates that both partially and simultaneously, Communication and Work Discipline contribute significantly to improving Employee Performance at PT.
