Abstract

 ABSTRACKThe purpose of this activity is to introduce Webquests as an online teaching media to the teachers in order to support their teaching activity which can be more effective and innovative, with the expectation that teachers can use other alternative way of delivering the material in order to create an atmosphere of English teaching becomes conducive and fun, And the students get a new atmosphere in learning using different learning media and can be accessed not only at school. Keywords: webquests, teaching, English

Abstract

ABSTRAK      Minat dapat memengaruhi kualitas pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dalambidang studi tertentu, seorang siswa yang menaruh minat  besar terhadap suatu mata pelajaran tertentu, maka ia akan memusatkan perhatiannya lebih banyak daripada siswa lain. Karena pemusatan perhatian yang intensif terhadap materi itulah yang memungkinkan siswa tadi untuk belajar lebih giat, dan akhirya me1ncapai prestasi yang diinginkan.             Motivasi belajar adalah suatu dorongan yang ada pada seseorang sehubungan dengan prestasi, yaitu dorongan untuk menguasai, memanipulasi serta mengatur lingkungan sosial maupun fisik, mengatasi rintangan-rintangan dan memelihara kualitas kerja yang tinggi, bersaing melalui usaha-usaha untuk melebihi perbuatan di masa lalu serta untuk mengungguli perbuatan orang lain.“Motivasi belajar juga dapat diartikan sebagai kecenderungan untuk mencapai sukses atau memperoleh apa yang menjadi tujuan akhir yang dikehendaki” (Gunarsa dan Gunarsa, 1995). Keinginan untuk mencapai kesuksesan atau tujuan akhir tersebut akan dianggap sebagai pendorong dari setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan. McClelland dan Atkinson juga mengungkapkan bahwa “Motivasi belajar adalah kecenderungan umum untuk berusaha meraih kesuksesan dan memiliki orientasi tujuan, aktivitas sukses, atau gagal”.        Prestasi belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan/PKn adalah pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk skore atau nilai sebagai bentuk perubahan dalam pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan, dan nilai sikap siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan/PKn yang mempelajari persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, norma hukum dan peraturan, Hak Azasi Manusia (HAM), dan kebutuhan warganegara.Minat dapat memengaruhi kualitas pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dalam bidang studi tertentu, seorang siswa yang menaruh minat  besar terhadap suatu mata pelajaran tertentu, maka ia akan memusatkan perhatiannya lebih banyak daripada siswa lain. Karena pemusatan perhatian yang intensif terhadap materi itulah yang memungkinkan siswa tadi untuk belajar lebih giat, dan akhirya mencapai prestasi yang diinginkan. Kata Kunci : Minat, Motivasi,  Prestasi belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan

Abstract

Abstract To meet the demand for Permanent Teachers Foundation (GTY) in the Noble Foundation at SMK Mahadhika Adhi Jakarta, so the Foundation held a Master of selection against 5 people. The five alternatives were selected Teacher of Teachers is not fixed (GTT), which has been teaching at SMK Mahadhika at Adhi Luhur Foundation. While the criteria considered in the selection, namely: education, teaching experience, teaching in SMK Mahadhika long, Performance and interests / desires Master. The method used in this paper is a method of Multi-level Analysis Process (Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP). The analysis shows that the most influential factor is education, whereas the least impact factor is Lama Teaching. With the help of software Criterium Decision Plus 3.0, obtained Master ranks henceforth be filed as Master Equipment. Keywords: analytic hierarchy process, criteria, permanent teacher foundation

Abstract

Abstract: This research has been implemented by using book references about the population of exceptional people are who those retarded people. Data of exceptional people in Indonesia are difference from one institusion to another institusion. Therefore to have acurate data of prevalence retarted people, it will use theoretical distribution of IQ score based on normal curve and low social competence or adaptive behavior. However child is different in some way from the “average” youngster, such a child may have problems or special talents in thinking, seeing, hearing, speaking, socializing or moving. They need special education varied from most intensive to mostintegrated, beside  in Indonesia number of children who registered in school are still low.  Government have to increase the number of school government of exceptional children, to help the parents who have exceptional childrent for going to school freely. Another case that government have to help private school by giving them fund. Abstract

Abstract: School autonomy is a concept that offers policy management for decision-makingto the school in an effort involving the entire school in an effort to provide education that iseffective. This study aims to investigate the implementation of school autonomy in theimplementation of effective education. The method used is descriptive qualitative method.The results showed that: Schools prepare annual work plans and work plan of four years bydeveloping the field of curriculum and learning, student affairs, energy, infrastructure, finance,community and special services; While the school evaluation includes, supervision, evaluationof learning, school self-evaluation and accreditation of schools; Supporting factors, numberand adequate teacher competence, commitment to the school community, the division of tasksaccording to the teacher the ability of teachers, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: School Autonomy, the Implementation of Effective Education

Abstract

Mendefinisikan anak jalanan merupakan fenomena yang sulit. Lebih sulit lagi karena ketidakpastian di sekeliling istilah tersebut. Istilah ‘anak jalanan’ biasanya diberikan pada anak-anak di bawah usia 18 tahun yang hidup atau tinggal di jalanan. Beberapa dari mereka mungkin masih berhubungan dengan keluarganya, sedangkan yang lainnya diabaikan atau memilih kabur dari rumah. Anak jalanan menjadi perhatian yang besar di Negara yang masih berjuang secara ekonomi,tetapi mereka juga ada di negara-negara berkembang. Berdasarkan lokasi, anak jalanan menghadapi kehidupan yang keras dan eksploitasi. Anak jalanan secara umum tercabut hak mereka dalam pendidikan dan hanya sedikit, bahkan tidak ada akses ke system pendidikan formal. Mayoritas mereka buta huruf dan tidak pernah mendapat, atau bahkan drop out dari pendidikan formal. Sulit bagi mereka menyimpan dana untuk beberapa jenis pendidikan informal yang cocok dengan kehidupan anak jalanan. Kajian ini dilakukan oleh Rumah Singgah Akur Kurnia untuk memberikan analisis situasional secara menyeluruh untuk anak jalanan di kota besar seperti Jakarta. Pendekatannya berbeda dari analisis situasional sebelumnya untuk masalah yang sama sehingga akan lebih pada pandangan orientasi solusi terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi oleh anak jalanan.

Abstract

Abstract: The research would identify the different Community Learning Centres (CLC), when centres identify themselves. This research was taken in Malaysia, basic on the Indonesian migrant worlers’ and labourers children data. Community Learning Centres (CLC) is considered as alternative education to those children, having a better education. This researchers pay attention to this, by considering dilemmas in valuing, of children and childhood(s) inschools., boundering their insecurity life. By giving the increasing visibility of migrant children in Malaysian policy, the research aims to explore the tensions in pedagogic practices between the valuing of migrant workers and laborers children, and their added-value that is communicated through their needs and reaction in schools. This CLC organization is presented by coorperating betwwen Indonesian and Malaysian goverments, and being endorsed in 2015. In realising this aim, a coalition of national governments, civil society groups, committed to achieving specific education goals. Nevertheless, after little progress was made in 2012, these two countries community reaffirmed its commitment.By researching data in Malaysia (Johor Baru), the researchers could find, that children, who join this program, could prove that they are allagible and have big aim to reach a better future.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of parent’s attention towards student’s achievement, the effect of student’s interests toward student’s achievement. Last but not least is to find out whether there are significant effects of parent’s attention and student’s interest towards student’s achievement.The research was conducted at Class XI at High School around Depok City with total sample 60 students that randomly taken. The method used in the research was a survey. Data of Parents’ Attention, Students’ Interests, and Social Science Achievement were acquired from the test. The data was analysed using descriptive statistical method, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. To test the statistics is used ttest and ftest . The result of data analyzes shown there are significant effects of Parents’ Attention and Students’ Interests towards Social Science Achievement. Keywords: Parents’ Attention, Students’ Interests, and Social Science Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The study reported here aimed to examine how the headmasters’ supervision and pedagogical knowledge actually affected professional commitment. It was a quantitative research with a causal study conducted on public junior high school teachers in 2013. The research were collected through means of survey in East Jakarta, involving 179 teachers as respondents that were selected through proportionate random sampling. The data for headmasters’ supervision and professional commitment variable were collected through questionnaire alongside written test for pedagogical knowledge variable. A path analysis was employed to analyze the data.The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) headmasters supervision had a positive direct effect to teachers professional commitment (2) pedagogical knowledge had a positive direct effect to teachers’ professional commitment, (3)and also headmasters supervision had a positive direct effect on the pedagogical knowledge of the teachers. Keywords: supervision, pedagogical knowledge, and professional commitment.
