Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards, punishments on the performance of civil servants in the area affected by the Serang Panimbang Toll Gate Quantitative method with descriptive analysis research is the method used in this study, the sample taken using random sampling is 50 people. The respondents are Civil Servants in the Affected Area of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Gate. The statistical method used is SPSSv 25. The results of data processing from this study can be concluded that there is a significant influence between reward (X1) on performance (Y), there is a significant effect between punishment (X2) on performance (Y), there is a significant effect significantly between reward (X1) and punishment (X2) together on performance (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui promotional mix, atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan kuliah baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan alat pengujian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (siginifikan parsial), uji f (simultan), dan uji determinasi (R2). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebesar 81 responden dari mahasiswa Universitas pelita bangsa kota Bekasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promotional mix memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan parsial terhadap keputusan kuliah. Atmosphere tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan parsial terhadap keputusan kuliah. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan parsial terhadap keputusan kuliah. Promotional mix, atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan. Besarnya Promotional mix, atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 83,8%, maka 16,2% di pengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gofood secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 72 responden. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Konsentrasi Pemasaran Prodi Manajemen Universita Pelita Bangsa. Selain itu, instrument pengujian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gofood dengan nilai 49.604 > 2,74. Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 4,123 > 1.667, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gofood dengan nilai 3,123 > 1667 dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gofood dengan nilai 2,851 > 1667. Hasil uji R-Square diambil dari nilai adjusted R Square mendapat kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 67,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,7% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, harga minyak dunia terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Periode penelitian yang digunakan yakni periode 2018 sampai 2022. Data yang digunakan yakni data sekunder dengan sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan data kuantitatif. Metode yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda, syarat yang harus dipenuhi ialah melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Untuk menilai goodness of fit suatu model dilakukan uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t tabel = 2.396 dimana DJIA = 1.316, inflasi = 2.687, tingkat suku bunga = -1.257 dan harga minyak dunia = 5.947. Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSG, sedangkan inflasi dan harga minyak dunia berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap IHSG. Selain itu, diperoleh bahwa nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0.731. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 73,1% pergerakan IHSG dapat diprediksi dari keempat variabel eksogen tersebut, sisanya 26.9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor dan variabel independen lainnya.

Abstract

Promosi digital merupakan model bisnis dengan pengoprasiannya yang terintegrasi pada seluruh saluran penjualan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam satu sistem secara menyeluruh, dengan menggabungkan seluruh saluran promosi produk baik secara offline atau online yang bisa mempermudah pelanggan dalam pencarian data serta mengambil keputusan dalam pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lima komponen promosi digital yakni penerapan periklanan (Advesrtising), Publisitas (Publisity), Promosi penjualan (Sales promotion) dan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing) pada produk tabungan emas kepada calon pelanggan sehingga dapat meyakinkan memilih perusahaan yang dipilihnya untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini memakai pendeketan kualitatif dan analisis data memakai analisis konten. Data primer didapat dari observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Wawancara dilaksanakan dengan pimpinan cabang (R1), marketing office (R2), teller atau kasir (R3), dan pengelola agunan (R4) sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari library research. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Pegadaian Cabang Cikampek yang berlokasi di Jl. Ir. Haji Juanda No.82, Cikampek Tim, Kec. Cikampek Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi digital yang sudah diimplementasikan pada produk tabungan emas sudah mencapai tujuan target pasarnya, karena produk yang ditawarkan dinilai memiliki kualitas yang baik, sehingga mendapatkan respon positif dari pelanggan baru maupun lama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on stock returns, dividend policy on stock returns in Manufacturing Companies Food Sub Sector, And Beverages Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 20 17 -20 20. Investors invest in a company to get a return. Before investing, investors need to pay attention to the company's financial performance. The main information needed by investors is accounting information needed to assess investment risk and estimate the rate of return on investment. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. There were 30 companies in this research and 18 companies were taken as a sample using the purposive sampling method—data analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the partial results of the study, it shows that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not affect stock returns. While the dividend policy variable influences stock returns. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous results, the Debt to Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously affect stock returns. For further research, it is recommended to conduct similar research, which is expected to be able to add or replace other variables besides the variables used in this study with other factors that might influence stock returns such as return on assets (ROA), company size, etc.

Abstract

Banking plays an important role in managing the wheels of economic transactions in a country's society. Therefore, as a financial institution that has an intermediary function, banks must demonstrate good financial performance through their financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio on Return on Assets in Kompas100 indexed banking in 2018-2020. There are eight research samples that meet the criteria in the purposive sampling method with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are Non Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a positive but not significant effect on Return on Assets, while Operational Efficiency Ratio have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, NonPerforming Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemasaran digital melalui fitur live pada platform marketplace terhadap pengembangan bisnis. Bisnis di Indonesia semakin berkembang, termasuk brand lokal yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Pada era globalisasi, perkembangan teknologi semakin canggih. Dengan memanfaatkan internet, para pelaku bisnis dapat menggunakan platform marketplace sebagai media jual beli secara online. Selain itu, penjual juga memanfaatkan fitur pada platform marketplace untuk melakukan pemasaran digital. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, fitur-fitur pada marketplace juga semakin berkembang, seperti adanya live, banyaknya voucher diskon pada produk, voucher cashback, gratis ongkir, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan adanya fitur-fitur tersebut, para pelaku bisnis dapat menerapkan strategi pemasaran melalui fitur pada platform marketplace sebagai peluang untuk pengembangan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Fitur live pada platform marketplace bermanfaat bagi pembeli dan penjual. Fitur tersebut diterapkan oleh penjual sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran digital untuk pengembangan bisnis. Kata kunci: pemasaran, fitur, live, marketplace, bisnis ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of live features on the marketplace platform for business development in Indonesia. Business in Indonesia is growing, including local brands which are increasingly used by Indonesian people. In the era of globalization, technological developments are increasingly sophisticated. By using the internet, business people can use the marketplace platform as a medium for online buying and selling. With technological developments, the features of the marketplace are also increasingly developing, such as live events, lots of discount vouchers on products, cashback vouchers, free shipping, and so on. With these features, business people must be able to see that there is an opportunity that can be utilized to develop a business. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The live feature on the marketplace platform is beneficial for both buyers and sellers. The benefits of this feature are implemented by sellers as a form of business development. Abstract

The research focuses on the study of profit Growth (Profit Growth) which is influenced by profitability consisting of Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Sales (ROS), Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and moderated by market analysis represented by the Profit Earning Ratio (PER) ratio that occurs in Kompas 100 index companies for the period 2020-2022. The purpose of the study was to partially explain the influence of the ratios on profitability and profit growth, as well as the moderation model through market analysis. The research population is a company indexed by Kompas 100 during 2020-2022 with purposive sampling as a sampling technique, 41 samples of companies were obtained that were analyzed statistically. Analysis in the study consists of descriptive statistics and assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Through the statistical results of this study, NPM has an effect on profit growth, ROA has an effect on profit growth, ROE has an effect on profit growth, GPM, ROI, ROS and ROCE have no effect on profit growth. While PER does not moderate all profitability to profit growth.
