Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice on organizational commitment. The population used in this study were employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, the sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The basis of this research is the existence of turnover and the level of employee absenteeism that goes up and down and of the workers are part-time workers. Data were taken using a questionnaire on 95 respondents and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study state that organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The findings imply that company leaders can encourage increased organizational commitment through evaluation of items from organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice which are still low which have been mentioned in the discussion section. Abstract

The Faculty of Economics, Darma Persada University (FE Unsada) is higher education institution’s unit, that aims to prepare skilled professionals educated in the fields of economics, business and accounting, by specifically adding Japanese-style management knowledge as a reference from developed countries in the fields of economy, industry and technology, which is expected to provide special characteristics and added value in learning to attract students' interest, compared to those offered by other similar higher education institutions as competitors. However, in its progress over the last two years (2018-2020), there has been a decrease in the number of students who are interested in studying at FE Unsada. So, through this research, it is expected to be able to find out and measure the dominant factors that are taken into consideration by students choosing to study at FE Unsada, so that further anticipation can be done to decrease the number of students and restore increased interest of students through attractive strategy programs and answer the needs and expectations of students. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method, factor analysis through a series of statistical validity tests and values tests, using a questionnaire technique with a random sample of 126 students of FE Unsada class 2016-2020, where from the results of the study it was found that there were three main factors that formed the choice of students to study at FE Unsada, namely: 1. Campus Reputation (36.49%), 2. Social Environment Influences (12.12%), 3. Socio-economic Status (9.72%). Keywords : Factor analysis; Student intention; Economic Faculty; Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic, that has made Indonesians pay more attention to their health so they don't get infected with the virus. Efforts are made by consuming healthy foods. The increasing consumption of healthy food causes various kinds of problems ranging from risks that consumers must bear, unpleasant shopping experiences, to obstacles for consumers when obtaining healthy food. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Overall risk, Purchase experience, and Ease of purchase on Purchase intention, as well as examine how high the Moderation of Fear of COVID-19 is on the relationship between Ease of purchase and Purchase intention of Healthy Food. This type of research is included in quantitative and causal. The analysis used is descriptive analysis usingStructural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Technique. The sampling used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. Then the number of samples in this study were 385 respondents in the Jabodetabek and Bandung City communities who had consumed healthy food. The results of this research using SEM-PLS are all independent variables consisting of Overall risk, Purchase experience, and Ease of purchase have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Purchase intention. In addition, the moderator of the Fear of COVID-19 study did not moderate the relationship between Ease of purchase and Purchase intention. Abstract

This research aims to find out the meaning of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees of PT BahasakuInggris with motivation as a mediation variable. This type of research is quantitatively correlational, using a saturated sample of all permanent employees of the teacher division of 50 people. Data collection methods use questionnaires. Data analysis uses path analysis through IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software as well as sobel tests. The study found that leadership styles and motivations have meaning to performance, but not to compensation. Leadership style has no meaning to motivation, but compensation has meaning to motivation. Motivation cannot be a mediation of leadership style and compensation on the performance of PT BahasakuInggris. Keywords: Motivation; Leadership; Compensation; Performance; BahasakuInggris.

Abstract

ABSCTRACT Currently, consumers tend to sort out processed foods and fast food drinks. One of the foods that are loved by the community is Chicken Noodles, because the presentation process does not require much time, has a distinctive taste, and affordable prices for all people. Although noodles are not from Indonesia chicken noodles have become a traditional Indonesian food. This dish has spread throughout Indonesia, especially the Java region, this dish is very easy to find. Not infrequently culinary cuisine bears the name of a region in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of taste and price perception on purchasing decisions of Yamin Gubeng Kertajaya Chicken Noodles in Surabaya. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with a sample of 66 respondents. The results showed that taste and price perception had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Taste, Price Perception, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Employee engagement in Indonesia is still relatively low at 13%, the low level of employee engagement has an impact on many things such as employee performance, therefore special attention is needed so that companies are able to increase employee engagement, and than This research intended to find out effectof Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisory Support on the employee engagement in Banten. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive design, research data collected using questionnaires and data analys is using multiple linear withthe SPSS IBM 20. program and based on the resulst of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, it is obtained that Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisor Support have an influence on Employee Engagement in manufacturing at Banten. Abstract

The value of the company is the industry's ability which is reflected by the stock market price which is formed from the demand and supply in the capital market. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the profitability variable on the value of the company and to determine the effect of the company size variable in moderating the relationship between profitability and the value of the company in the food and beverage sub-sector industry on the BEI. The basis for this research is the decline in the value of the company in the last 3 years due to a decrease in the income of middle-class consumers so that it has an impact on the weakening of purchasing power. Provisions for the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. Based on the qualifications in this study for the food and beverage sub-sector industry on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period, 17 companies were obtained that could be used as research samples. The analytical method used in this study uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) analysis technique. The results of this study show that profitability contributes to increasing firm value and firm size can strengthen the influence of profitability on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies. Abstract

The digital economy has changed the way Indonesians transact from cash payments to non-cash payments, thus creating a cashless society trend that is in line with regulations related to electronic money. Electronic money can be divided into e-money (chip-based) and also e-wallets (server-based). E-wallet is one of the most widely used payment methods today because it offers various conveniences and benefits for its users. The most widely used digital wallet in Indonesia is ShopeePay. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and ease of use on intention to reuse ShopeePay with the brand image as a moderation variable. The population in this study are e-commerce Shopee users who have transacted using ShopeePay in Jabodetabek whose number are not known for certain. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 195 respondents and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, brand image has a positive and significant effect as a moderation of the relationship between promotion and the intention to reuse, and brand image is not variable moderating for the relationship between ease of use and intention to reuse. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) components, namely Customer Engagement, Customer Knowledge, Customer Advocacy, Customer Orientation and with Customer Loyalty, besides that this research also wants to look at the influence of Customer Trust mediating the influence of Customer Knowledge with Customer Loyalty in the Online Shop. This research is by the method of purposive samplings and non-probability samplings. The use of the data being tested is a data that comes from 261 questionnaires and that meets the criteria for having shopped through an online shop, the number is 259 respondents. By using the Likert And Amos 23 Scale as a tool to perform testing. The results showed that Customer Advocacy, Customer Engagement and Customer Trust were proven to have an effect on Customer Loyalty. In addition, this study shows the results if Customer Knowledge is proven to have an impact on Customer Trust. The limitations of researchers are only to examine the influence of CRM Online Shop only and this study did not examine on offline shops. So in the next research, it is hoped that it will be able to expand the object of research not only the Online Shop but also research the Offline Shop as well and the mediation variables Customer Trust can be replaced into Customer Satisfaction. The novelty of this study was tested for originality with several previously published studies, namely the Customer Trust variable being a mediation variable, and in this study focused on the Online Shop. Abstract

Some research were done to determine several factors that cause low work productivity. One of them is leadership, but there are inconsistencies in the influence of leadership on productivity. Therefore, an intermediate variable that links leadership with productivity is needed, namely work motivation. Besides, organizational culture can affect productivity through work motivation. Effective leadership at this time is leadership that has entrepreneurial characteristics. Thus, the purpose of this study will be to examine the significance of work motivation as a mediator on entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture on work productivity. This research method is descriptive verification that examines causality between variables using SMART PLS-SEM analysis. The population of this study is 132 employees and a sample of 99. The results of the study state that entrepreneurial leadership is quite good, organizational culture is quite strong, work motivation and work productivity are high enough. Entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on work motivation. work motivation significantly affects work productivity, and work motivation mediates entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture affects work productivity.
