Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui kualitas produk, harga produk, emosional konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen produk hand sanitizer; (2) mengetahui hubungan kualitas, harga dan emosional konsumen pada produk hand sanitizer; (3) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga produk, dan emosional konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk hand sanitizer buatan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang baik parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 224 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kualitas produk dalam katagori baik, harga tergolong murah, emosional konsumen memiliki kriteria sangat tinggi dan konsumen merasa sangat puas terhadap produk hand sanitizer Fakultas Farmasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa antar variabel kualitas produk, harga produk dan emosional konsumen memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis parsial, hanya variabel harga produk dan emosional konsumen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, harga dan emosional konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hand sanitizer buatan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang. Diharapkan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk hand sanitizer sehingga dapat bersaing di pasaran, selain itu tingginya skor emosional konsumen dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempromosikan produk hand sanitizer terutama melalui e-Wom.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that play a role in building Human Resources for Higher Education Lecturers and the process of their formation. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting data using a questionnaire to 166 lecturers from higher education in Karawang Regency, West Java. Data analysis used factor analysis and dendogram analysis. The results of factor analysis showed that all indicators were analyzed from the basic components, moderators, supporters and outputs of Human Resources for Higher Education Lecturers. The results of the dendogram analysis inform that the process of forming the Human Capital for Higher Education Lecturers begins with educational activities and faculty skills. This research is still in the study of the identification of intellectual capital which is explained to individual university lecturers with a small sample area, so it is still necessary to develop the intellectual capital relationship of lecturers with other variables that reflect the university's business processes. The results of this study greatly contribute to explaining the potential of human capital as an intangible asset of higher education and the process of its formation, so that universities can understand how to develop lecturers' human capital so that its potential can be used for the development of higher education as a whole.

Abstract

Brand equity strategy is a strategy in developing appropriate, attractive and effective brand products. The purpose of this study is to explain the five strategic components of brand equity, namely the application of perceived quality strategy, brand awareness strategy, brand association strategy, brand loyalty strategy, and other proprietary strategies on Soulmate Banana chips which act as product identity and to differentiate them from chips. similar. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach and the data were analyzed using content analysis. Primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the CEO of UMKM Sarana Snack (P) and 2 consumers (W1 and W2). Secondary data obtained through library research. The research was conducted on Soulmate Banana chips products located in Klari - Karawang. The results show that the brand equity strategy that has been applied to the Soulmate Banana chip product has been successful because the product offered is considered superior to product quality so that it gets a good response by the market as evidence of increasing its brand equity.

Abstract

Employee service performance is one of the important factors to achieve company goals. Good service performance is needed so that the entire service process carried out by employees supports the achievement of the company's vision. Employees must be truly competent in their fields, able to serve optimally and be able to serve the needs of internal and external customers well. The purpose of this study is to explain the service performance of employees, both to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and external customers at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, by existing procedures in the company. It is hoped that the results of this study can evaluate the service performance of employees so far and can improve service performance in the future optimally. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample is 101 employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, and primary data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of the study indicate that the factors that affect the service performance of employees at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia consist of interpersonal impact factors with members of this factor, namely feelings of pleasure, leadership motivation, leadership appreciation, and completing work without waiting for orders; timeliness factor with the members of this factor is punctuality, time discipline level, service process, and load fulfillment; and the need for supervision factor with members of this factor, namely target achievement and leadership support

Abstract

Kota karawang merupakan kota yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini karena merupakan kota industry dan banyak pekerja yang sekaligus menjadi mahasiswa sehingga banyak konsumen yang memerlukan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta merek smartphone Samsung, oppo, apple,xiaomi dan vivo dikalangan mahasiswa.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korespondensi dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dalam menentukan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sampel sebanyak 203 responden mahasiswa manajemen universitas buana perjuangan karawang sebagai pengguna smartphone. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket(kuesioner) dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa smartphone Samsung menjadi smartphone dengan atribut citra merek melekat,hal ini menunjukan bahwa smartphone Samsung lebih menggunakan strategi pemasaran citra merek melekat pada konsumen. Smartphone oppo menjadi merek smartphone dengan keunggulan aplikasi yang legal, hal ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran oppo lebih mementingkan aplikasi yang legal. Smartphone apple dengan keunggulan strategi yang jelas, hal ini menunjukan Apple mempunyai strategi pemasaran yang jelas dibandingkan smartphone lainnya. Smartphone xiaomi memiliki keunggulan harga sesuai dengan kualitas, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Xiaomi strategi pemasaran menggunakan penyesuaian harga dengan kualitas dan smartphone vivo memiliki keunggulan dalam kemudahan informasi, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Vivo lebih mengungulkan strategi pemasaran melalui kemudahan informasi.

Abstract

Travel Agency is a service business that provides organizing and coordinating services for all needs related to tourist events. Tourism is a travel activity carried out by a person or group of people by visiting certain places for recreational purposes, personal development, or studying the uniqueness of the tourist attractions visited in a temporary period. Travel Agency aims to help potential customers to determine travel and fulfill their various desires. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research methods. The descriptive method is used to present systematic and accurate facts and events regarding the nature of the population. In this study, the authors were directly involved in the field to collect data and carry out data analysis which produced information in the form of written or spoken words from the respondents and the observed behavior. The strategy for recruiting freelance workers in the field of travel agent services at CV Fajar Duta Kreasindo needs to be done carefully to get a workforce that fits the company's needs. In this discussion, we have identified several strategies that can be implemented, including building networks with related parties, creating clear job descriptions and qualifications, using online filling platforms, adopting tests and selection interviews, and verifying references and work experience.

Abstract

Dalam suatu target yang telah ditentukan, perlu ditetapkan penilaian sebagai bentuk perhatian terhadap kinerja para karyawan karena di saat yang bersamaan karyawan memerlukan penilaian tersebut sebagai umpan baliknya. Kinerja karyawan bisa dicapai oleh kelompok atau individu dalam suatu perusahaan secara kualitatif atau kuantitatif. Karena adanya bukti yang menunjukan bahwa penggunaan website sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen (SIPMEN) juga memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam kinerja karyawan dengan mengelola seluruh data pegawai dan melakukan evaluasi penilaian terhadap capaian kinerja pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Karawang yang tersistem dan sangat efektif untuk mendata kinerja pegawai di BPS Karawang agar tidak banyak menghabiskan waktu dalam memproses Capaian Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Karawang, di Jl. Cakradireja No.36, Nagasari, Kec. Karawang Barat, Karawang, Jawa Barat. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer melalui wawancara dengan para informan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaktif. Pembahasan penilaian kinerja pada hasil kerja dan kehadiran memiliki cakupan mencapai 90% (cukup) karena adanya beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, jika melihat indikator lainnya, memiliki tingkat kinerja mencapai 100% (Baik). Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketersediaan dan kelengkapan yang telah memudahkan pelaksanaan prosesnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penulis mendapatkan pengetahuan serta wawasan baru mengenai penilaian kinerja pada karyawan Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Karawang. Penulis juga dapat mengetahui proses penilaian kinerja hingga melakukan evaluasi kinerja kerja baik secara internal maupun dengan eksternal. Terdapat beberapa saran seperti mempercepat evaluasi pada kendala.

Abstract

The development of statistics has a role to provide accurate results on work behavior in managing its resources. Work behavior is very important, because it is part of a person's function involved in an action which is a response or reaction to a stimulus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work behavior of employees when working and serving the Nagasari village community and realigning the vision and mission of employee performance so that they can realize the ideals of Nagasari village. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, in conducting this research using survey techniques (observation or direct field work) and interview techniques, interviews were conducted to obtain problems from a number of informants consisting of 8 Nagasari sub-district employees. The results achieved from this study can improve the work behavior of Nagasari sub-district employees. It can be concluded that the Nagasari sub-district is quite good in work behavior and the employees have carried out work-related obligations. As for things that can be used as input for the Nagasari sub-district office, namely the importance of increasing employee capabilities through an analysis of the work behavior of Nagasari sub-district employees contained in the sub-district program.

Abstract

This research is to find out to what extent the Duties and Responsibilities of the Criminal Investigation Unit in Improving the Performance of Criminal Investigations at the Karawang City Police. This study uses an observative approach. The population in this study is to solve the problem of the ability of the personnel themselves, it is still found that investigators do not yet have SKACP certificates (investigator competency certificates). Observative method by proving into place directly. The results of this study indicate that there is a lack of ability of Criminal Investigation personnel in investigations, so training must be given so that their work results are maximized. The results show that many agree that holding training for investigators in members of the Criminal Investigation Unit has a positive influence on the duties and responsibilities of the Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi dalam memotivasi mahasiswa memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 368 mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis pada Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Sampel di ambil secara simple random sampling sebanyak 162 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner berskala Likert disebarkan menggunakan google form. Metode analisis data menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa komponen yang terbentuk dari motivasi mahasiswa memasuki dunia kerja terdiri dari 7 kelompok yaitu faktor Harapan dan Cita-cita, Peningkatan kemampuan, Keinginan dan Keluarga, Dorongan untuk Bekerja, Penghargaan dan Lingkungan, Kebutuhan Karir, Menyelesaikan Pendidikan Sarjana.
