Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kantor UPBJJ-UT Serang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 34 responden, dimana jumlah tersebut merupakan populasi dari Kantor UPBJJ-UT Serang. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 20.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk Iklim Organisasi (X1) diperoleh niai t hitung < t tabel (1,250 < 2,03951), dan tingkat signifikan (0,221 > 0,05). Jadi secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk Lingkungan Kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,729 > 2,03951) dan tingkat signifikan (0,001 < 0,05) jadi secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji f diperoleh nilai f hitung < f tabel (7,037 < 3,30) dan tingkat signifikan ( 0,003 < 0,005) jadi secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan berdasarkan tabel model summary diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,312 menujukan bahwa 31,2% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan sisanya 68,88%. dijelaskan oleh faktor- faktor lain di luar model variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Tipe dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel mekanisme Corportae Goveernance dan Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. penelitian ini dilakukan pada populasi perusahaan Food And nyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainBeverage yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013 sampai 2015 menggunakan metode survey, sedangkan alat analisis analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Corporate Governance mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen pada organisasi bisnis, sedangkan bagi perusahaan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkaya informasi dan referensi tentang nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan dan mekanisme Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri untuk konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2017.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 37 perusahaan dan diambil sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri untuk konsumsi tahun 2012-2017. Data di kumpulkan dan analisisi dengan SPSS 20.0.Pengujian statistik menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Koefisien korelasi parsial antara debt to equity ratio dan deviden payout ratio dengan nilai perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis secara parsial antara debt to equity ratioberlawanan arah dengan nilai perusahaan (Price to book value), berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial antara dividen payout ratio terhadap nilai perusahaantidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan faktor psikologis terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian smartphone merek oppo di wilayah rangkasbitung. Dan penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian smartphone merek oppo di wilayah rangkasbitung. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen counter acc celular rangkasbitung. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik Non- probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling (pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung adalah 112.081 sedangkan F-tabel adalah 3,010 yang berarti F-hitung > F-tabel. Ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada harga dan psikologis terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian smartphone merek oppo di wilayah rangkasbitung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Return OnAset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham perusahaan pembiayaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2015.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 15 perusahaan dan diambil sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada perusahaan pembiayaan tahun 2011-2015. Data di kumpulkan dan analisis dengan SPS 20.0.

Abstract

One of the problems that employees often face is the employment pressure from their superiors. The impact of the problem includes the increase of employee turnover, the decrease of employee motivation, and the increase of employee absenteeism. Such condition decreases organizational effectivity. Therefore, the first step done by the organization is to increase employee commitment in order to improve effectiveness. To increase employees' commitment, the role of leadership is very important. One of the most popular leadership styles and suitable applied in many setting is the transformational leadership style. It significantly contributes to the improvement of organizational commitment. The leadership has four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. The current study aims to find empirical evidence of the contribution of transformational leadership styles to organizational commitment. The employees of BPR in the city of Semarang are used as samples in the study. The data used are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. This study used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results prove that simultaneously transformational leadership style significantly influence the organizational commitment. Partially inspirational motivation and individualized consideration variables have a significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. However, the idealized influence and intellectual stimulation variable have no effect on organizational commitment. The findings have theoritical and practical implication. From theoritical side, the continued research need to conduct to give clearer description of the two variables relationship. From practical side, leaders of BPR can consider the findings to improve their employee commitment.. Keywords: transformational leadership style and organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this risetto determine the effect on each dependent variable Effect of CSR Internal(X₁) and Physical Work Environment (X₂) on the dependent variable Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). In this study data was collected through a questionnaire method for 39 respondents who worked at PT. Alex Putra Group Cilegon. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis using data analysis techniques that have fulfilled the validity, reliability test and classical assumption test, so as to produce the regression equation as follows:Y = 16,736 + 0,406 X₁ + 0,731 X₂ + e, The results of the analysis found that both the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility Program variables and the Physical Work Environment had a significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The adjusted R Square figure of 0.150 shows that 15 percent variation in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by the two dependent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 85 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Keywords: internal corporate social responsibility program, physical work environment, and employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect service scape on impulse buying, to determine the effect hedonic shoping value on impulse buying , and to determine the effect service scape and hedonic shoping value on impulse buying at giant express Cilegon.This study uses quantitative research methode population in this study is consumerswho have shoped at giant express cilegon data were analyzed with SPSS version 20. The methode of selecting type of sample used accidental sampling. Data was done collection by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents.While based on simultant test with f test results showed that variables of servicescape and hedonic shoping value simultaneously significant effect on impulse buying. Based on partial test with t test showed that variables of service scape effect the significance of the impulse buying  with a significance level of 0,000. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction,Entreuprunersip and motivation of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangeranang. This study used a descriptive questionnaire (questionnaire), which were distributed to 77 (seventy-seven) a sample of respondents of this study, the data come from populations that are normally distributed and have the same variance.The method used is descriptive method that aims to elaborate or provide an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and methods of verification or causal to analyze the relationships between the other variables or the way the other vaiabel using statistics.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample based on the sample is saturated. Test Instrument with the data analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the research and statistical calculations, it is known that resgresi linear equation Y = 14.885 + 0.614X1+0.053X2, the correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination is seen from R Square = 0.522 means that leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable 52.2% of the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, discipline, work environment, etc. are not included in this study. And There is a significant relationship between leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangerang in the t test, the results obtained t test > t table (4,281> 1,992) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between leadership entreupreunership (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) on PT. Abstract

Organizational commitment in higher education influences the quality and carrying capacity of the sustainability of an organization, in this case many analyzes are developed to measure organizational commitment, but not many discuss the model of the organization's own commitment to the sustainability of an organization that oversees the lecturer. This research was conducted as an effort to measure the commitment of organizations to support the sustainability of universities. A (PTS), the lecturer commitment assessment model was developed to see whether the commitment of lecturers had an influence on the sustainability of universities. The research method used was descriptive and verification of data samples of 275 PTS lecturers of City and Regency, Application of Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to test models and hypotheses estimated using LISREL The results showed that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, had a positive and significant effect to organizational commitment partially or jointly with a contribution of 60%, the dominating varabel is the motivation variable with a 0.44 dimension sign coefficient reflecting work motivation is the need for power of 0.85, while the variable that reflects the commitment of the lecturer is commitment normative as much as 0.83 researchers recommend that lecturer commitment can be increased especially through the work motivation of lecturers through the dimensions of power needs in PTS Serang City and regency.Keywords: Organizational commitment, leadership, motivation, job satisfaction ,.
