This research was done due to the fact that a Sown-syndrome student had fine motor disorders at school. From the preliminary observation, it was seen that it was difficult for the student to from a circle and wring clay because of his weak hands. this research aimed at proving that playing clay could improve his fine motor ability. The hypothesis was that playing clay could improve the down-syndrome student’s fine motor ability at SDLB N 64 Lubuk Basung. The design of this research was experimental approach by using the Single Subject Research. The subject of this research was a down-shindrome student. The ability of the student was determined from his ability to from clay dough. That was the baseline condition of the student in this research. After the student was given a treatment from the researcher, the ability was again measured. Based on the result of analysis, it was found that the student’s fine motor ability was improved. At the baseline condition, the student was only able to slam, pinch, and squeeze the clay dough. The intervention of fine motor ability improved to forming one piece of dough and continued to rise into 6 pieces spheres. Thus, the hypothesis was acceptable. It was proved that playing could improve the down-syndrome student’s fine motor ability. Keywords: clay dough, Single Subject Research, down-syndrome student

Abstrack: This research is motivated by problems in children researchers found difficulty child learn to read X class III SDN 19 Kapalo Koto Padang can not the reading. This study aims to improve children's reading skills for difficulty child learn to read. This research is a single research subject (SSR). This study used a design A-B-A. Matching board results showed to be effective in improving reading skills for children at SDN 19 Kapalo Koto Padang difficulty child learn to read. Kata kunci: Membaca, matching board, anak kesulitan belajar membaca.

This research begins with the observation by the author in SLB Luki Padang, found that mental retardation children who do not know the numbers concept. From the observation of children have not been able to say, show and write the numbers 1-5 well. This research aim to prove that trough the medium of seguin better can improve recognition comprehend the numbers concept for mental retardation’s children in SLB Luki Padang. Research type is single subjet research (SSR) is a research method to see the trend graphs that compare the baseline condition (A) and treatment condition (B). Persuant to result of this research can mean that ability comprehend number concept to cihild with mental retardation of grade DIII/C in SLB Luki Padang mount through seguin bretter media.

This study originated from the problems found mild mental retardation in a child class I in SDLB N 20 Pondok Duo Pariaman who can not recognize the color. This study aims to determine whether through games or finger painting can improve color recognition. This type of research is experimental research in the form of single-subject research (SSR) using ABA design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. Research results yauti Baseline condition (A1) 22:22% -33.33%, intervention (B) 11:11% -88.88%, baseline (A2) 66.66% -88.88%.

This study originated from the problems that researchers found in a social studies learning in class DIII / C SDLB 20 Solok City about the introduction of musical instruments, children are not familiar with musical instruments from the region. This study aims to improve the recognition of musical instruments using video media on learning for children of Social Sciences Tunagrahita lightweight class. This study uses a design approach Ekperiment Quasi-postes matching pretest control group design (control group design postest pratest-pairs). The subject of this study were all grade DIII / C at SDLB 20 Solok City numbering four. Data collection this study used the test as many as 10 pieces of advice about which was read orally, and the data obtained were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test. The results of this study indicate that, Uhit = 1 and at a significant level of 95% or alpha = 0.05 is obtained Utab = 0 for n = 4. Based on the results of the testing criteria Uhit> Utab, accepted, meaning that Ha is received and Ho is rejected, it is proved that the use of video media is more effective in improving the recognition of musical instruments for children Tunagrahita lightweight class DIII / C SDLB 20 Solok City.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini di latar belakangi adanya berbagai bentuk-bentuk kesalahan menulis anak berkesulitan belajar disekolah dasar se-Kelurahan Kalumbuk Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bentuk-bentuk kesalah menulis anak berkesulitan belajar di sekolah dasar. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah porposive sample dengan jumlah respon dari sebagian siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Kalumbuk Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes menulis, observasi, dan studi dokum sekolah dasar. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bentuk-bentuk kesalahan menulis anak berkesulitan belajar di sekolah dasar se-Kelurahan Kalumbuk Padang masih banyak terjadi pada beberapa aspek kesalahan menulis. Disarankan kepada guru agar lebih meningkatkan pengajaran menulis dan memperbaiki kesalahan menulis pada siswa yang mengalami kesalahan menulis. This research aim to: demonstrate the effectiveness of training methods in improving the skills of making palai rinuak for mild mental retardation children in the DV classes at State SDLB 64 Surabayo Lubuk Basung. This research use approach of Single Subject Reaserch (SSR) with A-B desain. Research subjects are children mild mental retardation "X". Target size of their behavior is "percentage" children's ability to make palai rinuak, from the steps of the 15 steps. Data was collected through the registration procedure with direct observation by researchers and test. Recording in a format of data collection that has been provided. The data obtained were processed in the graph. Results showed that children's skills in making palai rinuak increased after given learning training methods. This is evident in the baseline phase (A) before the intervention given the child's ability to master only (5) steps (33.3%) making skills palai rinuak properly. Once the child is given the intervention (B) by using the method of practice learning keampuan child has a maximum, meaning that the child is able to do all the steps (100%) of the predefined 15langkah in palai rinuak making skills properly. It can be concluded that an effective training method to improve the skills of making palai rinuak. Thus it is advisable for teachers and further research in order to use training methods to improve other skills.

The research was motivated by the problems faced by Deaf students grade IV / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State, the vocabulary of children with hearing impairment is very minimal. And in relation to others we must have sufficient vocabulary for people to communicate smoothly. To overcome these problems is necessary to find a way out, so that children are able to communicate with others. Effectiveness research objective method of role playing to enhance the vocabulary of children with hearing impairment grade IV / B in SLB River State Aur West Pasaman about buying and selling. Type of research is Quasi Experiment, one group pretest-posttest experimental design is implemented in one group without using the comparison group. The subjects were six fourth grade students Deaf / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State. Data obtained using the test works. Analysis of the data used is the Mann-Witney U test with test criteria Ha accepted if Uhit> Utab and Ha rejected if Uhit ≤ Utab the significant level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05. The results of data processing show Uhit = 3> Utab = 2, that is accepted and Ho Ha rejected. So, the results showed that the method Playing Effective Role to Increase Vocabulary Deaf Children Class IV / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State. For that the school should provide learning about the vocabulary to the child by using role playing so that children can socialize with other people.
