Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena ditemukan adanya permasalahan pada dua orang siswa tunagrahita ringan yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenal huruf abjad a sampai z serta belum optimalnya media pembelajaran di dalam kelas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Data keperluan penelitian didapatkan dari  hasil observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan media sandpaper letters sebagai solusi dari permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengenal huruf abjad. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sandpaper letters mampu memberikan pengaruh berupa peningkatan kemampuan siswa dan juga kemamjuan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase kemampuan awal siswa sampai berakhirnya pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus II. Pada kemampuan awal persentase kemampuan siswa yaitu 38% dan 50%, setelah pelaksanaan siklus I menjadi 50% dan 60,5%  dan setelah dilanjutkan dengan siklus II meningkat menjadi 75,5% dan 82%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media sandpaper letters dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf abjad bagi siswa tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan saat PPL-K di SLB YPAC SUMBAR. Peneliti menemukan  siswa tunagrahita ringan Kelas VIII yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat crispy jamur tiram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membuat crispy jamur tiram dengan menggunakan task analisis. Kata kunci :Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membuat Jamur Tiram; Pendekatan Task Analisis; Anak Tunagrahita.

Abstract

This research background by differing perceptions / perspectives grade students VII.2 Regular SMPN 23 Padang on Deaf student socialization classes SMP VII.2 Padang. The purpose of this study was to describe how students' perceptions of the socialization of students' regular classroom Deaf Padang VII.2 in SMP 23, reviewed in the areas of social interaction, communication and cooperation with the Deaf students' entire academic SMPN 23 Padang, both in the classroom, outside classroom and in extracurricular activities in SMP 23 Padang. The methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique is the total sampling, in which all regular students of VII. 2 SMP 23, amounting to 36 people.

Abstract

Abstrack: This research was conducted based on the problem found at SLB Negeri 1 Padang in which a student with mild mental retardation got difficulties to recognize numbers from 1 to 10. This problem was revealed based on the result of observation and assessment done by the researcher on the student’s development. This problem had hampered the student from learning mathematics and led him to an obstacle in daily life especially those related to numbers. Therefore, the researcher offered a solution by applying tower architect game. This research was designed for revealing whether the use of the game could improve the ability of student with mild mental retardation to recognize number from 1 to 10. This was an experimental research which used single subject design and A-B design. The data obtained in this research was analyzed by using visual analysis of graphic. The subject of the research was the student with mild mental retardation named X. The student’s ability to mention 1 to 10 in the baseline condition (A) was stable from the sixth to the tenth day. In the intervention condition, 10 meetings were held and the highest ability of the student in this session was 10. Based on the result of data analysis, it was figured out that the mean level in the baseline condition (A) was 6,7, meanwhile the mean level in the intervention condition (B) was 11. Further, the tendency of way in the baseline and intervention conditions improved. The percentage of the data overlapped was 10% indicating that the use of tower architect game in the intervention condition gave better influence on the student’s ability to recognize numbers from 1 to 10. After the intervention given, the student was able to mention number from 1 to 10 correctly. Hence, the use of tower architect game could improve the student with mild mental retardation ability to recognize number from 1 to 10 at SLB N 1 Padang. It was recommended to the teachers to apply tower architect game in the learning process of Mathematics for students with mild mental retardation. Abstract

This research is back-grounded by a problem on deaf children whose could read but did not know the meaning, this caused by the teacher has not been optimal yet in applying Maternal Reflective Method to increase the ability in speaking in simple reading text. This research aimed to describe the applied of Maternal Reflective Method in increasing the reading ability in Indonesian Language Instruction. Execution start on reading with the right rhythm according with bend of phrase/sentence fragment in conversation with face directed and voice directed. The research used an action research class design collaborated with colleagues. The subject of research is the third class of SLBN Tanjung Pinang with five deaf students. Among this students there was two students have not yet understood contents of reading simple text, so as to could not answered the question according to contents of reading simple texts. The result of the research on first cyclic with applying Maternal Reflective Method has not got succeed yet, and then continued at second cyclic with applying Maternal Reflective Method that having got the result in increasing conversation. Based on result of the research, could conclude that applying the Maternal Reflective Method could increase ability in conversation for deaf students. From the result, thus to increase the ability the conversation on the deaf student could be applied the Maternal Reflective Method. Suggested that the teacher of the deaf student at the best in teaching subject of Bahasa Indonesia especially according with conversation using Maternal Reflective Method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan efektivitas permainan ular tangga terhadap peningkatan berbahasa ekspresif anak autis. Subjek penelitian adalah anak autis perempuan berumur 7 tahun yang bersekolah di SD Islam Kreatif Makkah Padang dan SLB Khansa kota Padang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan single subject research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Hasil dari penelitian dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi menggunakan permainan ular tangga memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbahasa ekspresif pada anak autis. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan Persentase overlape dari perbandingan intervensi (B) : baseline (A1)  dan intervensi (B): baseline (A2) sama-sama di peroleh hasil sebesar 0%. Dari persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan ular tangga efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa ekspresif anak autis.

Abstract

The background of this research is deaf student’s have difficulty in following the learning process in the classroom especially in children of class VIII. The research was conducted at SMP 23 Padang,and purpose of this research is to see how far  role of peer tutors in assisting the process of learning for deaf students. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The study subjects consisted of three deaf students at Junior High School 23 Padang. Techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research is divided into two. Namely general findings and specific findings. General findings are only limited peer tutors provide assistance to children with hearing impairment when there are obstacles to learning, however, is a specific finding there are obstacles in the role of peer tutors help students with visual impairment due to peer tutors in learning and the school sometimes less actually provide services to children with hearing because do not really understand the services to be rendered real

Abstract

This research aim to to increase cross cut skill  of nail to child of Tunagrahita Light through method demonstrate in Study of Education Help Ownself ( PMDS), at class student of III  SLB.C  Town of Payakumbuh. This research in form of research of Action Class that goes to during two cycle. Each  consist of cycle of  I  , five times meeting, cycle of II four times meeting. Result of research is the happening of cross cut  improving  of skill  of child nail of Tunagrahita Light without in assisting others. Through demonstration method can improve  skill to cut child nail of Tunagrahita Light.

Abstract

IraYunita(2016):  Improving Skills to Make Flowers of Stocking Through Individual Learning for Children Tunagrahita Lightweight Class VII in SLB YPAC SUMBAR . Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems of a child with mild mental retardation X class VII can not make flowers skills of stocking. After the assessment of the 17 steps for stocking the interest of the child can only make a two-step.This research uses experimental research methods with Single Subject Research (SSR), with ABA design and technical analysis of the data using visual analysis graphic.These results indicate that the ability to make a stocking rate of increase after a given intervention through individual learning. Baseline conditions were conducted during five observations child gets a score of 17.76%%, on the condition of intervention as much as nine times the observation of the child's ability is increasing and the highest score obtained by children is 94.11%. While the baseline condition both held six times and the highest score is 97.05%. Thus the hypothesis proposed previously acceptable, meaning that the child's ability mild mental retardation X can be increased through individual learning . Keywords:Individualized Learning.Mind Mental Retardation Children.Flower skills

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang berhasilnya kemampuan anak dalam menjahit sarung bantalan kursi di sekolah. Peneliti memberikan intervensi dengan menggunakan multi metode. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan penggunaan multi metode dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menjahit sarung bantalan kursi bagi anak tunarungu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dalam bentuk Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan instrument langkah – langkah dalam menjahit sarung bantalan kursi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data maka diperoleh baseline (A1) 22 %, intervensi 77 % dan baseline (A2) 88 %. Persentase data overlap adalah 37,5 %. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa multi metode dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menjahit sarung bantalan kursi bagi anak tunarungu kelas X SMALB. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan acuan bagi pendidik tunarungu agar  menggunakan multi metode dalam proses pembelajaran matematika.
