Abstract

Against the background of this research by the problems of children with hearing impairments D class II B in SLB Shaykh Muhammad Sa'at Mungka dalammelakukan where the child had difficulty summing up to 20 numbers, so far the work done in membelajarkan child's teacher using the media sticks, stones and the abacus, but the effort was a teacher not bring the expected results. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of the sum of numbers to 20 through the medium of the dice in class D II B SLB Syekh Muhammad Sa'ad Mungka. Learning ability of the sum of numbers in mathematics through the media is done by matching dice dice with dots correspond to numbers in addition problems and do the sums by calculating the point of the combined dice and write the sum of numbers, it is intended that the child can do the summation of numbers to 20. This study aimed to: 1) describe the use of media in raising the sum of the dice numbers of children with hearing impairment, and 2) know the achievements of children with hearing impairments D II B in SLB syekh Muhammad Sa'ad Mungka in increasing numbers the sum of the results to 20 through the medium of the dice. This research methodology was action research class (classroom action research) is done in the form of collaboration. These actions are taken to two deaf children who become research subjects.

Radhia Mardhiah (2015):“Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Pengembangan Diri Pada Anak Down syndrome Berprestasi (Deskriptif Kualitatif di SLB YPPLB Padang)”Skripsi. Padang : Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari adanya temuan anak down syndromeberprestasi di SLB YPPLB Padang, berprestasi adalah asuhan dan didikan dari sekitar salah satunya adalah orang tua dan guru sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan pengembangan diri pada anak down syndrome berprestasi di SLB YPPLB Padang.Metode ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yang difokuskan pada pelaksanaan atau persiapan yang diberikan sekolah, kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dan upaya untuk kendala yang dihadapi sekolah yang diberikan pada anak down syndrome. subjek penelitian ini adalah guru musik dan kepala sekolah di SLB YPPLB Padang. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi.     Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sekolah memberi persiapan dengan memberi fasilitas yang disukai anak untuk mengembangkan potensi, serta diberi pelatih khusus dengan jadwal 2 kali dalam seminggu, guru memberikan peralatan yang cukupdengan cara melalui proses evaluasi serta menggunakan metode demonstrasi eksperimen dan memperhatikan kondisi anak. Guru melatih anak dengan cara selalu mendampingi anak setiap latihan dan memperhatikan kesalahan pada anak dan latihan yang dilakukan oleh guru di sekolah sangat santai dan menyenangkan.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Diri ; Anak Down Syndrome ; BerprestasiA.  PendahuluanAnak yang mempunyai kemampuan intelektual jauh dibawah rata-rata dan ditandai oleh keterbatasan intelegensi dan ketidak cakapan terhadap komunikasi sosial, seperti halnya anak down syndrome memiliki kondisi keterbelakangan fisik dan mental yang diakibatkan adanya abnormalitas perkembangan kromosom, dimana yang telah kita ketahui bahwa anak down syndrome mengalami gangguan pada IQ nya, Anak tunagrahita tidak biasanya berprestasi, namun peneliti ingin memberi tahu bahwa“Anak Tunagrahita Bisa Berprestasi dan Membanggakan”. Peneliti menemukan seorang anak down syndrome memiliki prestasi dan keterampilan dibidang non akademik. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut langsung penulis berminat untuk mengangkat tentang pelaksanaan bimbingan pengembangan diri yang diberikan sekolah kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus (down syndrome) berprestasi, usaha apa yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan prestasi anak down syndrome x, bagaimana jadwal yang diberikan sekolah, metode apa yang dipakai, bagaimana persiapannya, program pelaksanaanya, medianya serta peralatannya. Prestasi yang didapat Jesrian yakni pada tahun 2010 sudah memiliki prestasi juara I tingkat propinsi dan juara III pada perlombaan SOINA, pada tahun 2012 Jesrian mendapatkan juara I tingkat kota dan juara II tingkat propinsi pada perlombaan memainkan alat musik.Pada tahun 2013 mendapatkan juara I tingkat kota, pada tingkat propinsi juga mendapatkan juara I di kota medan pada perlombaan memainkan alat musik (dram). Prestasi terakhir tahun 2014 pada bulan maret ini Jesrian di utus sekolahnya untuk mengikuti festival dan lomba seni siswa nasional (FLS2N) Lomba Memainkan Alat Musik Modrem tingkat SMPLB PK- LK DIKNAS  di kota Semarang Jesrian pun memdapatkan juara I tingkat kota dan juga mendapatkan juara I pada tingkat propinsi, dan Jesrian ini juga ingin memecahkan rekor muri dengan memainkan alat musik modren sekitar 29 lagu dalam satu setengah jam dengan spontan, Jesrian sering diundang di kantor gubernur pada acara pejabat - pejabat. Semua penonton yang menyaksikan penampilan Jesrian ini meneteskan air mata dan tak bisa mengeluarkan kata - kata saat melihatnya, apapun lagu yang ingin dinyanyikan, anak Jesrian bisa memainkan musiknya secara spontan, sungguh menakjubkan seorang down syndrom bisa memainkan alat musik yang menurut kita itu sulit dilakukan oleh anak - anak apalagi anak down syndrome. Ada juga anak down syndrome lainnya seperti widya yang mendapat kan juara 1 tingkat kota pada perlombaan bocce dan rere juara 2 tingkat kota pada perlombaan renang.Kepala sekolah sangat antusias untuk mengembangkan potensi anaknya, dwon syndrome  dan anak - anak lainnya. Semua peralatan yang mendukung potensi anak- anak disekolah di penuhi seperti alat musik (drum), angklung, rebana, gitar, piano, tambur, lapangan olahraga, peraltan olahraga dan lain - lain. Dengan latihan musik yang didalami Jesrian, saat diberikan bimbingan sekolah merasakan manfaat bagi anak - anak mereka yaitu mudah terkontrol, mudah diatur, mau bekerja sama dan mau memperhatikan perintah.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was derived from the problem found in the field indicating that a student with light mental retardation in class II C of SLB Fanredha Padang got difficulties in the sums of integers from 1 to 10. He was not able to recognize and write the numbers and could not sum them. This research was intended to see the effectiveness of Sempoa in improving the student’ ability in the sums of integers `from 1 to 10. This was a Single Subject Research which used A-B-A design. The data gotten was analyzed by using visual analysis of graphic. The subject of the research was a student with light mental retardation in class II C. The variable was measured by using percentage technique in which the number of the items answered correctly was presented in percentage. The result of the research showed that the use of Sempoa was effective to improve the student with light mental retardation ability in the sums of integers from 1 to 10. The observation was done in three sessions. The baseline session (A) consisted of six observations which were done in different days. In this session, the student’s ability in the sums of integers from 1 to 10 was 20%, 0%, 40%, 20%, 20%. In the intervention session (B) through which the Sempoa was applied, eight observations were done. In this session, it was figured out that the student’s ability was 70%, 70%, 80%, 60%, 80%, 70%, 80% and 80%. The baseline session (A1) consisted of five observation. In this session, the student’s ability improved which was 60%, 80%, 90%, 90% and 90%. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that the use of Sempoa was effective to improve the student with light mental retardation ability in the sums of integers from 1 to 10 at SLB Fanredha Padang. Related to this finding, it was suggested to the teachers to use Sempoa to improve the students with light mental retardation understanding in the sums of integers. Abstract

Research early from problems which is writer find in second grade at Min Koto Luar Padang. Child write the letter with imprecise form, size measure and not consistence distance of letter, the article fluctuate at paper mark with lines, and add, lessening, changing and also invert letter at a word. So we need a special method to solve this problems, one of them is method of VAKT. This research use experiment type with single subject and A-B-A design. Acquirement of data analysed to use analyse visual data technique. Result of data analysis percentage of overlap equal to 0% and 22%. And it’s mean Ha accepted. VAKT method effective to increase write ability to Learning Disabilities Children in second grade MIN Koto Luar Padang. So writer suggest to teacher to use  VAKT method in lesson process specially write lesson.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of sixth grade Lightweight Kids Tunagrahita SLB YAPEM Tarusan the subjects using the method of demonstration of skills. The data in this study were collected using a writing instrument and observation sheets. To see the changes in children's learning activities in two cycles ie cycles I and II. This involves writing class VI Kids Light Tunagrahita which amounts to 4 children. The data were obtained and analyzed using percentages. The findings indicate that the increase in writing skills children learning outcomes significantly. The results indicate that the results of the assessment of writing (early test) the ability of AD (10%), HR (20%), GR (10%) dan YS (20%). AD Cycle I got the results (60%), HR (50%), GR (70%) and YS scored (45%). In the second cycle the AD gets the value (90%), GR gets the value (85%), HR gets the value (95%) and YS scored (90%), this means that the method can improve the skills demonstration to make a place for children Tunagrahita Lightly spoon class VI in SLB YAPEM Tarusan.

Abstract

This research early from perception which is researcher execute in SLB Fan Redha Padang. Researcher find a child of intelegance belowof ability resistance recognize colour that is ruddling, colour turn yellow and green colour. The disability correlateto ability in mentioning colour, showing colour and sort colour. This pursuabt to research the mentioned aim to be ability recognize child colour can be improved. Media which is used in this research is chromatic sand painting media. This research use approach of experiment in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) using  desain A and B. Subjek research is a child of intelegence below. Goals of Behavior is ability of child in recognizing colour (mentioning, showing and sorting) precisely and correctness. Result of this research of showing that ability recognize colour at child of intelegence below. At condition of beseline on first until third day not yet earned to recognize colour, on 4 ability of child recognize colour 22,2%, at day to 5 ability of child recognize colour 22,2%, and day to 6 ability of child recognize colour 22,2%. At condition of day intervention 7 given by treatment pass activity paste up chromatic sand at picture wake up to level off triangle ability of child 22,2%, on 8 ability of child 22,2%, day 9 ability of child 33,3%, day 10 ability of child 66,6%, on 11 ability of child 77,7%, and on 12 ability of child 99,9%, on to 13 ability of child 99,9% and day to 14 ability of child 99,9. Pursuant to result of research of activity paste up chromatic sand at picture wake up to level off triangle by repeatedly can improve ability recognize colour with chromatic sand painting media at child of  intelegence below in class of D II/ C SLB Fan Redha Field. Researcher Suggest to researcher and teacher here in after so that can use chromatic sand to increase ability recognize colour at child of intelegence below.

Abstract

One of important function of breathing mechanism is producing the voice. Some of deaf children have been able to control their respiration well and some have not when they produced a voice or a sound. In the meantime, when we teach an oral to deaf children we need good control of the respiration so the voice or the sound who came out from their mouth can be heard.This research was using the experimental research in the form of single subject research who has design A-B-A. The data of these children will be measured by recording the duration with a stopwatch.This results are analyzed from direction and stability tendencies who have improvement and overlapping data was 0%. So, it can be concluded that blowing exercices can be increasing the respiratory ability of deaf children.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the problems that I have found on a mild mental retardation children sitting in class IV C SLB fan-redha Padang. The child is experiencing problems of summation, aims to improve the ability of the sum of integer numbers 1-10 through the media ladder. This study uses a Single Subject Research approach, using AB design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. Subjects were mild mental retardation children fourth grade. Results of analysis of data on baseline conditions (A) shall not exceed six kalipertemuan with the results of 20%, 10%, 0%, 20%, 20%, 20%. A second session interventions (B) observations were made eight times the media ladder observations using numbers as 30%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 70%, 80%, 80%, and 80%. It can be concluded that, the media ladder can improve the ability of the sum of the number of integers 1-10 in children Tunagrahita light in SLB fan-redha Padang. is recommended for teachers to implement the media ladder numbers to increase understanding and summing the mild mental retardation children in mathematics. Kata kunci : Menjumlahkan Bilangan Bulat 1-10, Media Tangga Bilangan, anak tunagrahita ringan, SLB Fan-Redha Padang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh Permendiknas No.20 tahun 2009 tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Kota Padang yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan dan administrasi sekolah dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif, kondisi lingkungan sekolah, keterampilan, sikap serta pengetahuan guru, kompetensi guru dalam pendidikan inklusif, peserta didik, kurikulum yang digunakan, penilaian dan dukungan masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang guru yang mengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus termasuk guru kelas, guru mata pelajaran serta guru pembimbing khusus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik persentase. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa 97,6% sekolah telah memiliki visi dan lisi tentang pendidikan inklusif, 92,7% sekolah yang memiliki lingkungan bersih, sehat dan terbuka, 68,2% guru yang memiliki keterampilan dan mengetahui penyakit pada anak, 51,2% guru telah memiliki kompetensi dengan mengikuti lokakarya pendidikan inklusif, 96,3% sekolah menerima peserta didik tanpa diskriminatif, 92,7% sekolah menggunakan kurikulum yang diadaptasikan, 59,8% sekolah menggunakan penilaian yang diadaptasikan dan 50% masyarakat yang siap memdukung pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Ini berarti, jalannya pendidikan inklusif untuk Sekolah Dasar Kota Padang belum berjalan semaksimal mungkin. Kata-kata kunci: pelaksanaan; pendidikan; inklusif

Abstract

Abstrack: This research was motivated by the problems found in the field, a child being X mental retardation experience obstacles in their fine motor skills ie stiffness in the muscles of his fingers. This makes the child difficult to perform daily activities. Under these conditions, this study aims to prove that a simple weaving activity can improve children's fine motor skills are being tunagrahita IX/C1 class at Limau manis N.1 SLB Padang This study used a single-subject design approach, with multiple cross design variables and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. Subjects were moderate mental retardation. Measurements using a variable frequency. Observations were made with two sessions: the first session Baseline (A) and intervention (B). Baseline observation carried seven times the data is stable and intervention as much as ten times the observational data varies, the observations from the baseline to the intervention on the child achieved a 3-7 variable, the second variable 2 -9, 3-5 third variable, the fourth variable 3-13, 3-7 fifth variable. Results from the baseline to the intervention increased. Based on the results of these studies concluded that the simple weaving activities can enhance fine motor skills in children tunagrahita were in SLB N 1 Padang Sweet Lemons. Teachers should be advised to use a simple weave activities for fine motor skills in children tunagrahita being. Kata kunci: menenun sederhana; motorik halus;tunagrahita sedang.
