The public interest to establish SMEs continue to increase, but many of them do not have the ability to manage finances. Knowledge of financial analysis , particularly for business activity is necessary, because with such knowledge of SMEs will be able to book their business finances and be able to distinguish business finance , venture capital , as well as personal finances . This was the case in the SMEs that are members of cooperatives (Kop - Uber) Talangagung District of Malang. SMEs are generally not have the knowledge and the ability to record and analyze the effort. So that they find it difficult to meet its obligations as a member of the cooperative. Therefore, there should be training and mentoring members of the financial analysis for Kop - Uber. Training and assistance was done on two groups of SMEs as Partners.This activity istransfer knowledge of financial analysis for the group of partners who are members of Kop - Uber. After training and mentoring, participants gain knowledge of : (1) how to perform financial analysis efforts, (2) is able to record financial matters related to its business , among others, are able to make cash flow, balance sheet , income statement , classifying the various types of costs, and calculate the cost of production. (3) the analysis of bookkeeping, is expected to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of business, and thus the expected participation of the cooperatives are becoming increasingly active and flowing. (4) Furthermore, participants are trained to analyze the business, financial record attempt, it is expected that trainees can pass on their knowledge to other members

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Snack Carang Mas is one form of business that is able to give a positive contribution to economic growth in the village of Kucur. Coconut mas mask food is one of the SMEs that become uggulan in Kucur Village, Dau District, Malang Regency that can not be separated from the problem. The problem is that there are processed production and governance management still using traditional and manual way, making it difficult to increase the quantity of production. Problems of production and marketing process can not be improved maximally. Currently the capabilities and knowledge of human resources of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are still very limited, especially in the field of administration and finance, so that in their business processing often experience obstacles. This activity aims to assist the preparation of financial statements and form a small business that is productive through the mastery of computer technology or microsof office (Word or excel). With the mastery of the production process and IT is expected production and marketing processes can be optimized.

The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by corporations operating in Indonesia has nowadays becoming an obligator y. CSR has been defined as activities representing compan y’s corporate social responsibility and environment. Both private and public companies should allocate their budget to CSR activities. When implementing different kinds of CSR programs, many companies have encountered problems concerning what kinds of program that match with the needs of the societies and environment surround the company’s location. In particular, there have been questions about finding the kind of CSR programs that match with compan y’s vision -mission as well as strategic directions. This community service program was conducted to assist the company in building a CSR model specific to company characteristics as well as finding priority identifications program relating to company’s CSR (social and environment responsibility). The program is conducted in one of Government (BUMN) company in the food sector. The method practiced for this community service is socialization on CSR program, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and questionnaire distribution for building CSR model and CSR program identifications. Finding have identified some main areas of priority program such as: education and training, health improvement, infrastructure and facility upgrading, supporting worship facilities, technology assistance, building human resource talents, managing natural environment and minimizing potential risk of natural disaster.

Quality of service is an important element to realize people's satisfaction. It is also a driving force for the community to meet its administrative completeness as a citizen. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the quality of service through the design of population information system. This activity was held in February to June 2018 in RW 5 Ddesa Gelam region, Kec Candi, Sidoarjo regency. The method of conducting the activity is done through observation, interview, data collection, verification, information system design and graphic flow graph document. The results of community service activities are evidenced through the availability of easy-to-use residence information system and the availability of graphic flow of documents, identity cards, KK, death certificate, marriage certificate, business certificate, domicile letter and birth certificate

The "Manunggaling Karso" Farmer Group is a group of coffee farmers and dairy farmers based in Gunungsari sub-district, Tutur sub-district, chaired by Mr. Winarso; with a total of 31 members, and with a population of 575 dairy cows. In terms of the production of farming / livestock, as well as post-production it turns out that there are still quite crucial problems in the farmer group, namely that biogas products that have not been used optimally and knowledge of natural plant medicines. For this reason, this service is focused on optimizing the use of biogas by purifying it first so that it can be used for lighting fuels. In addition, the presence of cow's urine that has not been used is used as an ingredient for biopesticides with natural ingredients found around Tutur village. The results that have been implemented include revamping the cow dung that is made slurry / mud which is then pumped into the digester. The gas produced is first purified so that it can be used for lighting using biogas-based petromax. The biogas obtained was detected with a blue flame and no smell. From the analysis of biogas after exiting from the purifier showed an increase in the methane gas content a nd a decrease in carbon dioxid gas, respectively from 35.02% to 68.5% and 25.26% to 19.83%.

This policy and strategy study based on the three indicators that are reviewed by the author is that the agroecotourism area structuring indicator which is the assessment item is the division of regional functions, land allotment, circulation and liaison and infrastructure development can be said to be less well implemented or the results of the study are based the initial concept can be said to fail in achieving the desired target. This is also based on supporting and inhibiting factors. As a supporting factor is the government policy of Pasuruan Regency based on RPJMD 2013-2018 and also the potential of the region and natural resources of Tutur District. Then the obstacle is the limited regional finances, lack of support from government apparatus and bureaucracy, structural and cultural constraints, socio-economic limitations and limited human resources.
