Abstract

The aims of this research are: To describe how the Character Building of Students through Digital Literacy-Based Literature Learning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by using literature study techniques, documentation, interviews, observations, and tests. The results of this study indicate that literary learning in the form of fairy tales and digital-based fables plays a significant role in the formation of students' character. Students seem to animate and are able to understand the moral messages contained in the story well, through the characters contained in the story, students can get valuable learning and begin to implement it in their daily lives both at home and at school. The values that exist in digital literacy-based literary learning, such as being able to build the character of fourth grade students at MIS Fathul Munir, Ternate City, become polite, responsible, disciplined, cooperative, confident, thorough, and caring or responsive to the problems that exist in the community.

Abstract

The aim of the researcher in this study is to find out whether there is an effect of using the AKM book on the numeracy literacy learning outcomes of SDN Latang students, Alor Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is quasi-experimental research or Quasi-Experimental Design. Quasi-Experimental Design or quasi-experimental, namely research carried out without a comparison class or control class. The results of the study showed that before being given treatment, 14 students were obtained in the sufficient category with a presentation of 46.7%, in the less category there were 7 students with a presentation of 23.33%, and in the very poor category, there were 9 students with a presentation of 30% so as to obtain an average the average value of the pretest is 60.50. After being given treatment, 2 students were in very good category with a presentation of 6.7%, in the good category, 15 students were obtained with a 50% presentation, in the sufficient category, 11 students were obtained with a presentation of 36.7% and in the poor category, there were 2 with a presentation of 6.7 %, thus obtaining the average Posttest score.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are an obstacle in one or more of the psychological processes which include understanding and using language, terms and writing. This study aims to analyze the difficulties of learning mathematics, the integration of science and Indonesian as well as to identify the factors of learning difficulties in mathematics, integration of science and Indonesian. Theme 1 is the growth and development of living things. In this study using a qualitative approach, and getting the results that students who have difficulty with mathematics, science and Indonesian integration are due to not understanding the method of counting, not being able to memorize and understand the material, being less thorough and having difficulty determining what is asked in the text. story telling.. The main factors that affect students' learning difficulties are not liking the material, feeling bored easily during learning and students who do not study the material first before solving the problem.

Abstract

The background of this research and development is the teaching materials used in elementary schools haven’t motivated students to learn mathematics, especially those related to teaching materials for flat shapes that can improve students' reasoning based on open-ended approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the availability of teaching materials in elementary schools and steps for developing flat shapes teaching materials to improve reasoning. The type of research used the Research and Development (RnD) Borg and Gall model. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of  feasibility assessment material expert validation stage 1 obtained a percentage 51.25% categorized "Fair enough and revised", stage 2 validation experienced an increase of 97.5% categorized "very feasible and without revision". Media validation stage 1 obtained results 58% categorized "adequate and revised", stage 2 validation experienced an increase 85% categorized "adequate and without revision". The results of a field trial on grade 4 teachers SDN Jomblang 02 Semarang assessing the content of material, namely 89.85% categorized "appropriate and without revision" and results validation structure teaching materials by 85% categorized "appropriate and without revision". Flat shape teaching materials based on open-ended approach improve students' reasoning, meet the criteria and are suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the School Literacy Movement, school literacy programs, and also student responses in implementing school literacy programs in Sidomukti Public Elementary School, Jaken District, Pati Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection procedures in this study using interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri Sidomukti was already running. With the stages of the school literacy movement, namely the habituation stage, the development stage and the learning stage. activity 15 minutes before learning is one of the GLS activities. Through the support of existing school literacy programs such as digital literacy, literacy literacy, numeracy literacy, digital literacy, there are three activities, namely: short story breakfast, kids vlogger and sam mi sa si, literacy literacy and numeracy literacy. form of support in the implementation of the school literacy movement. The response of students who were very enthusiastic about participating in school activities played an important role in the implementation of school literacy activities. The results obtained can be said that the implementation of the school literacy movement has been running.

Abstract

Learning mathematics is still considered a difficult and unpleasant subject for students. Not infrequently many students are still unable to learn mathematics, because they think that learning mathematics is difficult. understand students when understanding the concept of destruction, making students feel difficult in working on problems related to the material This research uses a qualitative research approach. by using data collection techniques in the form of tests, observations, questionnaires / questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study in the form of learning difficulties in solving problems of destruction experienced by class V SDN Kauman Blora include: (1) difficulty understanding the problem by 11.6% (2) difficulty carrying out plans by 11.4% (3) difficulty understanding the problem by 20, 2% (4) difficulties in planning solutions by 21.1% (5) difficulties in implementing plans 15.1% (6) difficulties in looking back 14%. In addition, it is also influenced by several factors that cause learning in solving problems for fifth grade students at SDN Kauman Blora consisting of physical health factors, student motivation factors, environmental factors, teacher teaching style factors and infrastructure factors in schools.

Abstract

This research instead to determine the use of group discussion methods to improve student study result in solving integer problems in class VI B in Block C Elementary School. This research method uses quantitative research. The type of quantitative research is pre-experiment using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were students of class VI B at Block C Elementary School. This study used 28 samples consisting of 12 male students and 16 female students. The research instrument that will be used is multiple choice tar given before learning (pretest) and after learning (posttest). The results obtained in this study are by comparing the results of the pretest and posttest as well as descriptive statistics (test the effectiveness of the quasi experiment. Based on the results of research that has been carried out the group discussion method can improve student study and result in solving problems. Integer story questions. The average posttest score was 91.42 from the average pretest score of 58.21. And also the group discussion method can be said to be effective in improving student study results.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was to describe the teacher's strategy in Strengthening Character Education in Thematic Learning at SD Negeri Babad 1 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and to describe the impact of the teacher's strategy in Strengthening Character Education in Thematic Learning at SD Negeri Babad 1 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. 19. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection procedure was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis from teacher and student observations, interviews with principals, teachers and students of SD Negeri Babad 01 have shown that the implementation of teacher strategies in strengthening character education in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic, the results obtained are that grade 1 to grade 6 teachers conduct morning habituation, linking learning models and approaches, forming small groups, and providing opportunities for students. The teacher's strategy has an impact on students behaving more politely, politely, with noble character and honest personality. Students are also more courageous and active in expressing opinions when learning takes place. In addition, students can reflect their nationalist attitudes and love for the motherland.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a multiplication material mathematics assessment instrument developed for fourth grade students at SD Negeri Kembangbahu 1. This study used the ADDIE development research methodology and used quantitative techniques as data analysis. The questionnaires used were validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and test questions. Data is collected from the results of the questionnaire used. The results of this study indicate that the assessment instrument developed to assess conceptual understanding is feasible and valid. Evidenced by the average results of the validation of the two validators obtaining 98.6% in the valid category, the results of the students' concept understanding test obtained an average percentage above 70%, which is equal to 83,3%, and the results of positive responses students received an average percentage of 88,7% with very good criteria.

Abstract

The low sense of social concern can be seen from the fact that there are still students who do not want to help their friends when they are having difficulties, the lack of a sense of greeting between students and indifference to others. This study aimed to analyze the social care value of the animated film Adit and Sopo Jarwo for elementary school students. The method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was done by observation and documentation. The instrument in this study was the observation sheet. The data were analyzed by content analysis, namely describing the value of social care in the animated film Adit and Sopo Jarwo. The research resulted from the 3 episodes that have been analyzed in the animated film Adit and Sopo Jarwo obtained 13 attitudes that show social concern. Various groups can watch Adit and Sopo Jarwo's animated film because this film contains the educational value which can later be applied in everyday life.
