Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong adanya perkembangan teknologi jaringan. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi merupakan suatu keharusan untuk mendukung mutu pelayanan di segala bidang, begitu juga dalam hal keuangan baik didalam suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan. Dimana banyak sekali transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan oleh bagian tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu system yang handal. Namun meskipun telah menggunakan sistem informasi, seringkali masih terjadi suatu kesalahan yang tak terduga ataupun transaksi yang batal. Sehingga memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengakomodir pengembalian-pengembalian yang terjadi agar laporan keuangan dapat sesuai dengan yang seharusnya. Selain itu seringkali pembuatan retur dilakukan secara terpisah sehingga menyulitkan untuk menggabungkan segala transaksi yang terjadi, baik transaksi bernilai plus ataupun minus (retur). Dengan demikian diperlukan adanya penyederhanaan didalam suatu system informasi untuk menghasilkan suatu system transaksi yang handal dan efisien. Dalam artikel ini, di identifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi dari suatu proses transaksi, keuntungan dari penggunaan simplify retur, serta implementasinya, yang ditampilkan dalam listing program yang ditulis menggunakan script ASP. Simplify Retur merupakan suatu solusi yang sangat membantu kebutuhan user dalam menghasilkan suatu laporan transaksi keuangan.

Liabilities to document an event in the world of education is the provision that created in order to improve the quality and the quality of education in Indonesia. As well as reference material that can be used as an ingredient to evaluate a wide range of events that have been implemented. So, to support this Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which is one institution that engages in computer science is always innovative and creative in order to solve these problems, by applying an iLearning learning system, based on 4B (Belajar, Bekerja, Bermain, and Berdoa) by using a new technology device, iPad. In iLearning, learning system of teaching and learning process requires the applications contained in the iPad. Based on the results of surveys and studies have been performed, have not all applications support are included in the iPad, especially applications that can support the process of making and publication about events that are held, so it created one of the supporting applications as one of the iEvent Information applications that support system, especially in terms of learning iLearning publicize campus events that have been held or to be carried out.

Terwujudnya sistem Pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa untuk memberdayakan semua lapisan masyarakat berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah. Sejalan dengan Visi Pendidikan Nasional tersebut, Pemerintah rupanya telah makin menyadari bahwa untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, satu hal yang mesti diwujudkan adalah masyarakat berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge based society). Untuk mewujudkannya, pemanfaatan iptek sebagai penggerak utama (prime mover) terus diupayakan melalui penelitian-penelitian yang di lakukan serta memfasilitasi sebagai penampung hasil penelitian tersebut. Perguruan tinggi Raharja yang merupakan Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak di bidang ilmu computer telah menerapkan system dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sebuah system atau wadah penampung semua hasil-hasil riset dan penelitian-penelitian. Namun, Saat ini Sistem penampungan hasil-hasil riset yang ada masih bersifat manual, belum menggunakan database terstruktur dan perlu melibatkan personil terkait untuk mengendalikan alur sistem serta penggunaan banyak kertas untuk berkas data dukungnya, Sehingga system tersebut tentunya tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya sebuah Online Jurnal Sistem yang dapat di jalankan secara langsung (self service), dapat pula berkomunikasi via-email (intranet),penggunaan sedikit kertas (paper less), serta sudah menggunakan database yang baik karena dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap kelangsungan 4 (empat) pilar IT E-learning hasil dari penelitian di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan konsep Online Jurnal Sistem ini dapat menjadi sebuah solusi terkini dalam memacu peningkatan kualitas masyarakat ilmiah dan kemajuan di bidang Ilmu Komputer dan Informasi Teknologi (IT).

Teaching and learning process in education is a core activity. This process is the interaction that occurs between faculty and students as well as influenced by existing activities. The use of integrated information systems to process the job sector in the organization has become an absolute necessity. However, such systems generally do not provide a container to encapsulate all the information to help evaluate student performance. In addition the number of scattered data in a database system resulted in a massive copy process at any time require the data. Thus, the existence of this reality by using Wikis iLearning data can be displayed in a container that allows a work history of development and there is one report display tasks can be neatly arranged to facilitate the search. Monitoring evaluation of student performance will be more focused to achieve a successful student project. This paper attempts to describe the problems faced in an information system, especially in the documentation of student performance evaluation, explanation iLearning Wikis, architecture, program listings, as well as diagrams. In the prototype implementation is shown a graph of the data development and documentation of student work. Wikis iLearning is a website joblist documentation that provides reports and data storage facilities provide user profile information. Implementation of Wikis can be used to provide solutions to the problems in teaching and learning in particular database storage

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

With the growing popularity of digital media, attention to the level of security becomes increasingly important. One important issue is the security level of the delivery of information. This can be done using encryption or steganography. Steganography is a method to insert a piece of confidential information in an object other media. Data hiding in steganography and cryptography are very different. If the cryptography, data that was encrypted (ciphertext) remain available, then the steganography, the ciphertext can be hidden so that third parties do not know it existed. In this project, the proposed media is the use of media such as image files JPG, GIF and BMP as input data a secret message carrier (carrier file). By using the method Compexcity Bit Plane Segmentation and DES encryption algorithms expect data confidentiality is guaranteed. The results of this project is to prove a technique of hiding secret messages in the media image. After going through the process and embeding data extraction process again from the stego file, confidential information may be disclosed again without damage or loss ofinformation.

Sistem informasi pada organisasi sebagian besar digunakan untuk membantu pelaksanaan business process enterprise. Sistem tersebut pada umumnya belum dapat menyediakan informasi strategis dan membantu manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja enterprise. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem informasi sebagian besar dibangun menggunakan konsep database OLTP (online transaction processing) dan bersifat ad hoc. Permasalahan ini terjadi pula pada sistem informasi di sebagian besar Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Tangerang sebagai sampel penelitian. Alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah membangun sistem informasi yang menerapkan konsep dan cara kerja data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat dijasikan sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise. Metodologi pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode system developmnet life cycle (SDLC). Metode SDLC terdiri dari tahapan: system study, analysis design, system development, dan implementation. Melalui pendekatan ini diciptakan sebuah sistem informasi dengan konsep data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bersifat strategis, sesuai kebutuhan, dan sebagai tools melaksanakan pengukuran kinerja enterprise. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah sebuah sistem data warehouse dan data mining sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja sebagai prototipe penerapannya.

Development of Information Technology as a strategic tool, it is important to use to maximize the potential of the company in increasing resources and targeting strategies. The public service as a business process menlibatkan citizens have a high complexity so that the utilization of information technology needs to be a requirement that is not inevitable. Application of information technology systems and governance in the public service into an absolute concept is implemented to increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. Productivity, customer service effectiveness refers to the achievement of customer satisfaction. Benchmark customer satisfaction in the context of public service seems quick response citizens in the government's performance when the service performed. The main focus of government is to be achieved prosperity,profitability and good governance. A series of IT Governance concepts are applied in this study adopts the IT service management. The constraints in the implementation of IT Governance in the public service is the influence of social, political and economic collaboration between organizations and concepts. This report contains about one of the applications that used by PT. Indonusa Telemedia. The function of this application to facilitate the recruitment and selection process of the company employee’s candidate. The process becomes more efficient because the application can organize the employee candidate data, interview status (proceed, hire, keep, and reject), and his comments based on the interview. The benefit for the company that uses this application is that they can increase their level of efficiency, such as in time and man labor. The level of efficiency can be increase because this application can sort the employee’s candidate data as the request of the department that request addition of employee and centralizing information in one application database.
