The aim of this paper is to show how the evolution of ICTs in the field of digital cultural participation has helped turn geo-social tagging into a new form of creation of cultural value through user-generated contents (UGC). In order to demonstrate the potential of these digital tools, we will base our study on some examples of geotagging and geo-social blogs, in Italy and abroad. Tagging a place is giving that place a story: this means being able to write digital stories on geographies. Tagging a place enables us to rediscover our territory in a new and shared way, creating forms of real social tagging and urban digital storytelling

Robot mampu mengerjakan tugas sesuai dengan program yang dimasukkan ke dalam ‘chip’ sebagai otaknya. Secara umum, sistem kendali robot dilakukan ditempat di mana robot itu berada. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana jika pemilik robot berada pada jarak yang jauh bahkan berbeda benua dengan robot yang dimiliki tetapi harus tetap bisa untuk mengendalikan robot tersebut. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjawab tantangan long distance control system (pengendalian sistem jarak jauh), robot sebagai salah satu icon sistem otomasi tidak hanya dapat dikendalikan secara lokal tetapi mampu dikontrol jarak jauh (remote) dengan menggunakan jaringan internet. Untuk pengontrolan jarak jauh dikembangkan proyek robot yang dapat dikendalikan dari komputer (laptop / notebook) melalui jaringan internet yang diberinama ROBIN (Robot IP Network). Interface pengontrolan dilakukan melalui website untuk menggerakkan robot maju, mundur, kiri dan kanan. Web control dibuat berbasis HTML dilengkapi dengan flash dan javascript. Komunikasi wireless memanfaatkan access point yang di tempatkan pada robot. TCP/IP Starter Kit sebagai penghubung antara website dengan robot berfungsi menerjemahkan perintah yang dikirimkan oleh web untuk dieksekusi mikrokontroller. Antara robot dan pengontrol (Laptop / Notebook), masing – masing diberikan alamat identitas sehingga keduanya dapat saling berkomunikasi. ROBIN merupakan sebuah prototype robot yang pergerakannya dikontrol sebuah website melalui jaringan internet.

Purpose of implementation ofweb-based information systems that allow user stoaccess information anywhere and anytime. Especiallyin making letters out stillusea wet signature. So that has not been able to provide information quickly and accurately. Identified there are7 (seven) point concerns the handling and processing of the paperstoday. However, the problem can besolved by building a Digital Signature Designand is online, so it can reduce the error rate and the information obtainedis really precise, accurate and in accordance with the needs. From the Literature Review,has been much research on the Digital Signature Algorithm and Digital Signature Scheme. In the implementation phaseof the prototype described in detail the design of Digital Signature, the program listings are shown to display a letter that has been approved and has been signed. It can be also generatedauthentication system called digital signature is a waytoen sure the authenticity of an electronic document and keep documents in a time sender can not deny that she has sent the document.

This paper describes a fuzzy approach to computer-aided medical diagnosis in a clinical context for dermatitis. This research will use Mamdani fuzzy inference system for determining Dermatitis risk level. The Diagnostic system of Dermatitis based on Fuzzy logic are constructed with seven indication variables. These variables have different intervals and used for determining status of domains in membership function of variables. Knowledge base in this system is constructed by production rules (IF-THEN). Fire Strength are obtained in each fuzzy rules base for each type of Dermatitis, then composite by using Max-Min method. The final result is an output namely the risk Dermatitis level.

Result of edge detection using CNN could be not optimal, because the optimal result is based on template applied to the images. During the first years after the introduction of the CNN, many templates were designed by cut and try techniques. Today, several methods are available for generating CNN templates or algorithms. In this paper, we presented a method to make the optimal result of edge detection by using TEMPO (Template Optimization). Result shown that template optimization improves the image quality of the edges and noise are reduced. Simulation for edge detection uses CANDY Simulator, then we implementing the program and optimized template using MATLAB. Comparing to Canny and Sobel operators, image shapes result from CNN edge detector also show more realistic and effective to user.

Cluster in Indonesia particularly in the area of Central Java in 2010 totaled 150. Based on the results of the survey in Demak, Wonosobo and Pemalang, most Clusters does not yet have a website as a media product promotion and Cluster communication. Some Cluster already leverages media Blog and facebook but the media still do not meet the expected needs because media Blog and Facebook are not a media for product promotion. This is because the limitations of cost and the scarcity of skilled human resources information technology owned by the Cluster. Therefore, this research was conducted on the design and implementation of a web application that serves as a Networking System Cluster. System development method’s using the Prototype Model. Method of MVC (Model View Controller) is used in the implementation of the system, while technology programming using CodeIgniter Framework. As a result, the system is capable of providing the website for each Cluster are listed, so it can be used as a promotional media, publications and communication between Cluster members.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan karyawan di bagian keuangan pada PT.Primajasa terhadap software CLIPPER. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data . Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan yang menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk metode analisis data digunakan alat bantu software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 10.0 dan Microsoft Excel untuk mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner yang telah dibagikan.Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT.Primajasa , pada bagian keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terdapat mean harapan sebesar 3,77 dan mean kenyataan sebesar 3,17 yang berarti terdapat gap sebesar -0.6. Disimpulkan bahwa karyawan merasa tidak puas akan kinerja software CLIPPER, maka perusahaan berusaha unutk meningkatkan kinerja software CLIPPER dengan cara maintenance dan upgrade software CLIPPER secara berkala.

One of the problems faced by universities noday is still a lack of learning systems that can support good teaching and learning quality and efficient. Currently, there are still learning methods which are conventional in which learning is still running in one direction, where the student fixated on material submitted by the lecturer in front and make the student tend to feel tired and passive. As an alternative to solving the problem is to provide the latest teaching innovations iLearning System (Integrated Learning), or in Indonesian called integrated learning system that is applied is one form to improve the quality to a modern and quality education. The reason the application of this method of learning iLearning we hope to provide a learning system that is more active and has a strong reciprocity between faculty and students, because the learning process of innovative and efficient will certainly add to the fun and spirit of the student so that the student was will not feel bored and passive. Using iLearning student can learn more optimally, they can see and read materials provided by lecturers in their respective iPad. Not only that students can easily do exercises / quiz, browsing, sending tasks, discussed and recorded with iPad without having to spend a stationery. Given these practical learning may help in improving the quality of learning activities based iLearning on Higher Education, and eventually gained a graduate or Human Resources (HR) that are reliable and able to compete in an era of globalization characterized by high competition.

Deadlock adalah proses menuggu pada satu kejadian tertentu yang tak akan pernah terjadi. Sekumpulan proses berkondisi deadlock bila setiap proses yang ada dikumpulkan itu menunggu suatu kejadian yang hanya dapat dilakukan proses lain yang juga berada di kumpulan itu. Algoritma banker mencegah terjadinya deadlock yang memutuskan apakah menyetujui atau menunda permohonan kredit oleh customer (nasabah).Ketika customer (nasabah) memohon kredit, maka permohonan kredit tersebut harus diperiksa oleh banker. Cara kerja Algoritma banker ada 2 cara yaitu Algoritma safety dan Algoritma resource Request. Algoritma safety adalah cara yang dipakai oleh banker untuk memeriksa keadaan system setelah peminjaman, apakah berada dalam kondisi safe atau tidak. Sedangkan Algoritma Resource Request adalah cara yang dipakai peminjaman sumber daya disetujui atau ditunda.

Advances in information technology and the rapid pace of development in all sectors considered highly relevant to the relationship between computers. So spur of information technology to transform follow any changes that occur, due to the increasing needs of a growing. To some extent, there are still problems to deal with at the moment, including information regarding student alumni data are quite hard to come by society and the entire academic community colleges, thus inhibiting the activities and some decision-making. Therefore, the making of an application system that appropriate and accurate information is highly recommended. With online methods based systems, information systems alumni data will be very easy to obtain. The iADA is an information system based alumni data online are very practical. In this article describe the issues that arise as well as solving the problems examined. In addition there are three (3) characteristics and 7 (seven) advantage of this application, and the benefits of the method flowchart iADA. Featured listings on its implementation of programs written using ASP scripts. It can be concluded that the contribution of the system to maximize iADA various forms of service, and can be used as a medium of information that is valid for the entire academic community colleges and the general public.
