<![CDATA[To determine the quality of a student after going through the learnig process is to test the application on an ongoing basis in order to fix the quality of education. In the world of education universities that have implemented such Raharja learning methods iLearning. But the concept of exams are generally still using paper based which is not in accordanca with the current technological advances. Altenative handling this problem is to implement a campus based learning system of cumputer based iOU. With iOU based computer based students can work on the problems on a computer random exam questions, which also makes the students can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different. In this work there is also a matter of iOU starting adn ending time limit such questions. In the paper, identified al least 5 problems faced regarding the concept paper based exam, the definition of iOU based computer based., and the benefit of this concept iOU exam. The final result of this study can be used to provide improved quality of examinations in universities Raharja to always provide convenience in doing the exam students and faculty in the terms og giving value to students.]]>

One area that can be combined with the development of the field of multimedia can be found in the advertising world , especially in education . Problems often occur advertising to promote the schools still less varied and less Mltimedia highlight developments that have been developed . The new breakthrough is needed , and in this case can be taken is a video profile which is often used as a medium for the introduction and promotion of schools in Indonesia . There are various types of advertising and video profiles are often produced , ranging from entirely ditokohkan and played by real human or using a 3D animation of characters that made ??such that it has the properties and behavior of human beings . By using Google Sketch up and 3D Max are arranged to create a frame by frame animation in the form of promotional advertising . <![CDATA[An age of fast-paced time is precious, be in a queue sequence is a loss. In addition to timeconsuming, the queue can also restrict other activities to do one. Likewise, when making payments at the checkout counter can be ascertained will be a queue, it needed a solution for IT ( Information Technology ) to overcome losses incurred during the waiting queue. This research is to design and create an application system that can give information about the running queue and facility reservation queue numbers to someone from anywhere via smartphones with the Android operating system. Research using the Android Developer Tools ( ADT ) Bundle suggested by the official Android developer site as a tool to help software developers build, test and debug Android applications. The design of applications using a smartphone galaxy s3 android hardware and language as a programming language as well as software eclipse helper program making. The result is a system application Queue Notifications on smartphones with Android OS, where users can take advantage of the waiting time by not waiting in line at the cash register or point of payment but the queue in the queuing system on a smartphone from anywhere while doing other activities .]]>

But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with the development of technology in building a website , usually in the PHP programming language , people tend to write the coding from scratch . It seems like Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website which has 4 ( four ) such problems in terms of appearance , contains , security and technology . Because the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website is still under construction using conventional methods , which take a long time can eventually lead to problems such as complexity in the preparation of the program code . Where it can lead to the development of the website and the length of time it is difficult to perform more maintenance because the code of the compiled program does not have a good standard of application development . As a solution presented four (4 ) solution of the above problems is the infrastructure including a website , view websites , website content and dashboard system , this can be managed more easily by applying a PHP based frameworks like Yii Framework . Yii Framework is a framework that contains functions and classes using the MVC method contained therein . MVC is a method that separates the parts of a web application consists of a Model , View , and Controller . With the Yii Framework significant benefits obtained as easily perform all types of web application development because Yii is very light and comes with a caching solution that is satisfactory , and it is suitable for developing applications with high traffic . In terms of safety also has a pretty good level of security , including the prevention of cross- site scripting ( XSS ) , cross-site request forgery , and the prevention of attacks of cookies . With the construction of university websites using Yii Framework Prog expected to improve the performance of a website as a future spotlight Pribadi Raharja information .]]>

<![CDATA[The Agency of Human Rights Research and Development as the unit echelon 1 were under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights carry out research and development of human rights. In his duties often requires a human rights event data quickly and accurately. Submission of information on human rights is too long because of too many islands in Indonesia causing become longer to handling in human rights cases. This is because the process is still manual in documenting cases of human rights with form a team to be lowered to the area. The cost to take the data be very large because the data and the information is scattered in various provinces in Indonesia. On the other hand the data and information of human rights is something that is vulnerable, then the access to such information should be restricted to certain parties only. To overcome this must build web based system. The method used is the waterfall. Data storage using MySQL as a database server that generates 6 tables. This information systems provide access to users to perform information management of human rights through the provision and dissemination of human rights information and do the validation and publication of information on human rights that have been granted.]]>

<![CDATA[Reports of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI is one of the requirements that must be traveled by students to complete the final level of research that has been done. Preparation of reports are currently running manually using paper media . There were identified 5 ( five) subject matter that is formulated to find out the answer. There are also 3 ( three ) benefits , and there are 6 (six) advantages and 1 (one ) shortcomings of the proposed new system. Widuri is a medium for learning, especially Pribadi Raharja in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. In order to enrich the insights and knowledge, sharing knowledge with others , improve and develop creativity in writing the article. To identify existing problems such as reports on library storage inefficient and writing reports that still use manual design methods ekplotatory author. The author also makes the UML and Literature review on Wiki as a research method. This study aims to allow students to use as a storage facility Widuri report of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI and make references that can be accessed online . By applying widuri as storag Report KPP / TA / SKRIPSI may facilitate students in making a report and look for references. It can be concluded that the WIduri is able to overcome the problems that occur in the collection of the report KKP / TA / SKRIPSI in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the important things in a visual media institution is a public institution of the logo identity. Identity logo itself has a meaning as an identity that represents the image of an institution. Division Raharja Enrichment Centre was commissioned to complete the implementation of Tri Dharma on Higher Education Prog which concentrates on research and service to society. Enrichment programs Prog Centre issued has not had a logo identity. Without the identity logo to the program have not been able to realize the identity of ownership to the public. For that, it takes a logo identity for each of the programs Raharja Enrichment Centre which can be interesting and can be implemented as the identity of the visual. The one of methode in this study used Design Analys Method with applications supporting Adobe Illustrator CS5 applications such as processor design objects vector image, while Adobe Photoshop CS5 application used to process bitmap images and Design Concept Plan contains the media. With the logo identity of each of these programs, the public will be easily understood by looking at a consistent look and is easily recognizable because it has special characteristics in each of its programs. From the design of the logo identity is expected for subsequent years may give a different look and appeal in introducing programs of the Raharja Enrichment Centre.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system It is widely integrated in a university.]]>
