Abstract

The development of information technology in the business world is important for companies, one of which is the development of information systems in solving problems and managing various business transactions. Implementing ERP in companies is one of the developments in business information systems. This research aims to implement the Odoo ERP system business processes to improve the company's business information system so that work can be more efficient and integrated in one business process. The Odoo application was implemented using the Accelerated SAP method starting from the project preparation phase to the final preparation phase. Analysis was carried out by observation and interviews. This research involved 1 Acount Recevaibel staff member, and 1 HRD at PT Tiara Fajar Transportindo as research subjects. System testing using black box is carried out to minimize errors in the functions used.. The findings show that the document module, recruitment module and employee module in the Odoo application can be used as an update to the existing business system. Testing in black box tasting shows that the system is in accordance with expectations. Therefore, implementing the Odoo application is suitable for use at PT Tiara Fajar Transportindo.

Abstract

The use of technology in education can improve the quality of learning and student involvement in the learning process. However, the use of technology, especially smartphones, among elementary school students has not been utilized properly, because they are only used for entertainment and playing games. This can interfere with concentration and reduce the time students spend studying on computer extracurriculars. So interactive learning media is needed to attract students' interest in learning. This research aims to develop AIKIDS-based E-learning in interactive coding learning and determine the feasibility level of E-learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate (4D) development model. Data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires, then data analysis is carried out with percentages based on the level of media suitability which will be converted to a suitability scale. This research produces an AIKIDS-based E-learning product for coding learning for elementary schools. The first test results from two media experts obtained results of 85% and were included in the very feasible category. The second test carried out by material experts obtained results of 93%, including the very feasible category. The third test was carried out with 20 students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, getting an average result of 91 which was included in the "Excellence" category or the same as scale B.

Abstract

The development of internet technology and mobile devices has played an important role in transforming the music industry and driving the emergence of music streaming services, such as Spotify. This research aims to understand Spotify users' preferences and expectations through sentiment analysis of user reviews. The review data was retrieved from Google Play Store using web scraping technique, including rivew and rating of 1000 Indonesian and 1000 English reviews. Random Forest algorithm was used to model the sentiment of the reviews, with the analysis process including data collection, labeling, preprocessing, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting, oversampling, modeling, and evaluation with confusion matrix. Algorithm testing was conducted using 70% training data and 30% test data. The classification evaluation results of the Random Forest algorithm showed a model accuracy of 88.4% for Indonesian reviews and 93.6% for English reviews. These findings show that the Random Forest algorithm is effective for sentiment analysis in a multilingual context and can help app developers improve service quality based on user sentiment. This research was also deployed using Streamlit, enabling access and usage by users for fast and interactive sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Many patients seek treatment at Dr. Hariyati Wahyuni's clinic for diarrhea pain but there is only one doctor who handles the disease. This condition makes it difficult for the doctor's performance to work optimally due to limited resources in serving patients. To overcome this problem, an expert system is needed where this system can be used to consult diarrhea diseases quickly. The purpose of this research is to create an expert system using the Certainty Factor method. This research is a type of development using the waterfall model with the research stages consisting of analysis, design, implementation and system testing. The analysis stage is carried out to identify the needs used to be applied to this expert system. The design stage consists of usecase design, class diagram and interface design. Implementation and testing are done directly using black box testing to see the extent of the functionality of the system that has been created. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. Our findings show that the expert system we developed is an expert system using the web-based Certainty Factor method. This system was also successful in testing using black box testing, all system components have functioned properly so that this expert system can help the Dr. Hariyati Wahyuni Clinic as a system for diagnosing diarrheal diseases quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) requires synergy between information technology and the company's human resources. E-CRM serves to facilitate customers in obtaining relevant information from the company. This study aims to design and develop an E-CRM system to support online sales at Andari Kosmetik Store. This research employs a system development method using the waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. During the analysis stage, system requirements were identified to support the implementation of the E-CRM system. The design stage involved creating a use case diagram to visualize the interaction flow within the system. Implementation and testing were conducted directly using the black box testing method to evaluate the functionality of the developed system. The findings of this study reveal that the developed web-based E-CRM application is equipped with features such as chat, member management, and a voucher system, which simplify the purchasing process and support integrated transaction handling within the E-CRM system. This application is expected to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in their interactions with the company.

Abstract

Dependence on optimal environmental conditions is a major challenge in aeroponic cultivation, as plant roots require regular watering to maintain moisture and nutrient absorption. This research aims to design an IoT-based aeroponic watering monitoring and control system using Sugeno fuzzy method, which can adaptively determine the duration of watering based on temperature, humidity, and light intensity sensors, and enable environmental monitoring via smartphone. This research is conducted using an experimental approach, implementing the Sugeno fuzzy inference method to generate a constant (linear) watering duration calculated based on a fuzzy rule base. The system development stages include hardware and software design, implementation of Sugeno fuzzy logic for the watering mechanism, integration of the device with an IoT platform, and testing the effectiveness of the system in maintaining optimal environmental parameters. The results showed that the developed monitoring and control system was able to produce watering duration output with an average difference to MATLAB simulation results of 0.048 milliseconds and an average error rate of 0.9%. The system is also effective in maintaining optimal humidity in the aeroponic environment, with an average humidity of 96.00% and an average temperature drop of 0.28°C every time the watering process takes place.

Abstract

The selection of players in soccer is crucial for developing strategies in matches. It serves as a decision support system that can be used to choose the starting line-up. The data for this research was obtained from the official and reliable website of Liga 1 Indonesia for the 2023 season. This study aims to analyze the top soccer players using the K-means algorithm based on their statistical performance throughout the 2023 Liga 1 Indonesia season. Data collection for each player included their percentage of appearances in the starting line-up. We used the K-means algorithm, which helps identify patterns and cluster players based on statistical metrics from the matches, such as the number of goals, assists, and other physical statistics across various player positions. The data comprised 197 players competing in Liga 1 2023. Our findings reveal that 62 players belong to Cluster 1 out of the total 197 analyzed. These players exhibited the best statistics and could be potential options for Liga 1 coaching staff to recruit or sign in order to strengthen their teams for the next season. Our research indicates that the players in this cluster demonstrated outstanding performance, helping coaches identify categories such as "efficient strikers" or "strong defenders." Therefore, this study can assist coaches or managers in selecting the most suitable players to meet the team’s needs for the upcoming season.

Abstract

Currently, the internet has evolved into a source of information across various fields and demographics, making it easily accessible to many people. SQL injection and XSS payloads are among the most common types. The objective of this research is to detect the level of vulnerability of security gaps found and provide recommendations to the host for mitigating those risks. This research is qualitative in nature, focused on detecting the security gap levels on the Hotel Embryo website. The study uses vulnerability evaluation and penetration testing methods, with a manual penetration testing approach targeting specific URLs and vulnerability scanning using the Xspear tool. The research stages begin with gathering information from relevant sources through case studies and literature reviews of scientific articles, software and tools installation, followed by the core phase, which involves exploitation through pentest techniques and documenting the analysis results of the vulnerabilities found. The research subject is the Hotel Embryo website, and the research object is the security vulnerabilities detected on the website. Our findings identified a parameter in the room menu of the Hotel Embryo website, where 10 vulnerabilities with a HIGH status were discovered, posing significant risks, particularly to important data such as administrative information, personal data, institutional details, and more, which could be hacked and misused by cyber attackers.

Abstract

A good digital experience enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction, encouraging repeat usage and recommendations. However, the impact of customer experience on loyalty and satisfaction is often overlooked. This study aims to examine the effects of digital experience on customer loyalty and satisfaction in the DANA digital wallet. The study employs a quantitative method with Rank Spearman analysis, where Customer Experience serves as the independent variable, and Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction are the dependent variables. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire using a Likert scale, with 100 respondents meeting the criteria of having used the DANA application for at least five months and having completed at least ten transactions with a minimum top-up of IDR 100,000. Our findings indicate that the digital customer experience on DANA has a significantly positive impact on both customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, which are closely related. Customer satisfaction substantially influences customer loyalty, confirming the strong relationship between the two. This suggests that a positive digital experience on the DANA platform not only increases satisfaction but also strengthens customer loyalty, which is crucial for long-term business success.

Abstract

Fresh water is a basic need for ship crews to support smooth operations. An auxiliary aircraft that can produce fresh water on board is required to reduce operational costs, namely the Fresh Water Generator (FWG). This research aims to develop an FWG performance monitoring system to optimize freshwater production. The research model used is a prototype with design, modeling, and prototype formation stages. The system uses an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller to process data from temperature, pressure, and TDS sensors, which are then sent via the LoRa transmitter and received by the LoRa receiver. The data is processed by the ESP 32 microcontroller and displayed on the LCD. In real-time, it monitors critical parameters such as heater temperature, filter quality, and freshwater quality, enabling rapid problem detection and timely corrective action. The findings show that the FWG performance monitoring tool can optimize freshwater production; based on the test results, it can operate stably at a pressure of 0.44 bar and a maximum temperature of 84°C and can work reliably under extreme conditions, making the FWG more efficient in producing freshwater.
