Abstract

The problem that exists at PT Sewiwi Indonesia today is that there is no centralized data storage place for company files that can be accessed anywhere. And there is no data backup in the company's storage area. Cloud Storage is a form of cloud computing but is centered on data storage media, but in cloud storage there is a possibility. The problem that exists at PT Sewiwi Indonesia today is that there is no place to store data for company files that are centralized and can be accessed anywhere. And there is no data backup in the company's storage area. Cloud Storage is a form of cloud computing but is centered on data storage media, but in cloud storage there is the possibility of losing data on a small or large scale. This could be due to natural disasters, human error, or the age of the device. To overcome the existing problems, a system is needed that can store data online and a backup is needed to back up the main device in data storage. Therefore, the researcher designs and implements a cloud storage server with the failover cluster method. This system can be used as employee data storage as well as backup data that can be accessed online.

Abstract

In January 2021, the number of internet users in Indonesia was 202.6 million. Business people or companies should use opportunities like this to gain more profits. The role of e-commerce also needs to be maximized in improving the country's economy. However, increased consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions in using the marketplace. Of course, it was affected by several things. Based on this description, the author is interested in conducting further research on the effect of UI and UX on the marketplace in Indonesia in impacting consumer purchasing decisions. The author uses the technology acceptance model method to measure the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as independent variables on the behavioural intention to use as the dependent variable. It expected that the result of this research could be able to see how impactful is UI/UX on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Bank is one of the important companies both domestically and abroad. With a focus on savings and loans for financial or financial problems, Banking is able to assist the government in securing public money and assisting the community also in terms of borrowing money for business capital or other purposes. Large amounts of money storage make Banking one of the companies that are continuously monitored by parties who do not responsible, whether thieves, robbers, hackers, crackers, carding, or other malicious plans whose purpose is to take funds or use customer money stored for their personal needs. One of the crimes currently rife in banking cases is breaking into customer accounts and stealing money at ATMs by knowing the customer's account number and ATM PIN. Therefore, our group creates a security system to maintain the security of customer data, both in terms of authentication, access rights, integrity and other security factors. One way to secure customer accounts, especially Bank Sentosa customers, is to create a customer data encryption system and application login authentication system with Micro SD.

Abstract

Functional Auditor Development Center (Pusbin JFA) as a supervisor of government internal functional audit has a constraint to publish recommendation formation of auditor for Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP). The current process is still running manually and slowly, so that need the application which makes APIP unit easier to compile proposals and speed up the verification and validation process at Pusbin JFA then the auditor's recommendation publishing process getting better. Laravel framework was matched to handle this application, which is website based. This framework was easy to use and accelerate the process for develop program or application, and then it was combined with Extreme Programming (XP) development method system where this method was matched to use in government institution or the place where the developer was limited. As long as use this Laravel framework and XP method, all of the application development process has been streamlined so this application can be implemented soon.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 will be utilised by some Muslims who follow the development of information technology. The mosque is one of the places of worship in which there is an organisation. One of the divisions or sections in the mosque's organisational structure that is most rarely found is the IT (Information and Technology) field. One of the tasks of the IT field is to manage the information system in the form of documentation of activities and activities carried out at the mosque. Collecting all information about management in some mosques that follow technological developments such as activity & financial information which is useful as a source of information to determine the first steps in an effort to prosper the mosque. Such is the case at the Al-Ikhlash Karet Tengsin Mosque, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. Currently, information on activities conveyed to the community is still in the form of announcements posted on the mosque notice board and the process of processing financial data and information is still not integrated. As a result of this, there are many obstacles faced by the mosque management in its management affairs such as financial management and special activities of the Al-Ikhlash Mosque. The data collection method technique for making the programme is by observing interviews with partners. This interview aims to find out the problems that are being experienced. Completing the programme and obtaining satisfaction surveys from partners and participants who attended the socialisation training. It is known that the overall level of community satisfaction with community service has an average score of 4.61 and is in the Strongly Agree category. Community satisfaction related to the community service programme can be an indicator of the success of the community service programme. In addition, the community also expects cooperation with other parties, so that when the community service programme is completed, the community is able to continue the programme.

One of the obstacles to determining student achievement is that the teacher manually assesses student achievement seen from the high score of student report cards. Abstract

Drug Distribution Information System (DDIS) implemented at PT. Pharmindo Lestari Jakarta has changed the way companies manage and distribute pharmaceutical products. Developed using NetBeans' Java platform, the system has won numerous awards for its seamless integration and ease of use. DDIS provides real-time information on inventory levels, product expiration dates and sales data, enabling companies to make informed decisions about procurement and distribution activities. It also offers various features such as order tracking, billing and invoicing, which have greatly increased the efficiency of the company's operations. One of the main benefits of DDIS is its ability to integrate with other systems such as accounting software, which has eliminated the need for manual data entry and reduced the risk of errors. The system also provides comprehensive reporting capabilities, enabling companies to analyze sales trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.

Abstract

The use of gadgets is increasingly in demand and increasing every year. Then coupled with the Covid-19 Pandemic where almost all activities are carried out online. The Tech.an application is here so that users can buy electronic goods such as gadgets with clear descriptions or specifications. Tech.an is an e-commerce application that offers main products, namely gadgets with superior features, namely comparisons and COD payments without price limitations. Tech.an is expected to be able to provide information regarding gadget specifications as needed, as well as make it easier for users to purchase gadgets. The user interface design method used in this study is the design thinking method which includes five stages including Emphasize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The test results (testing) on the proposed prototype design also proves that the prototype design meets the eligibility standards. This is done by testing iterations with the final result getting a performance value of 77 and included in the acceptable category.

Abstract

The hospital is an individual health service facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care, therefore quality service is a must and absolutely fulfilled by a hospital. One of the efforts to improve the quality of service to the community is to improve the performance of the hospital in a professional and independent manner. Hospitals provide quality and effective health services to provide the best value, so that they become the first choice for all people and companies. Because logistics is so important for hospitals, the existence of an information technology-based inventory system is needed to facilitate the recording and processing of transactions compared to manual way. The problems that exist in hospitals are when checking inventory, searching for files and goods takes a long time, Logistics request forms containing requests for logistics from a unit in the hospital, and searching for logistics reports so that work in the logistics warehouse becomes less effective. To expedite the process of entering and leaving goods, a computerized system is needed that can be used to record, store, and process data to make it easier to make inventory reports. The transition from a semi-manual data archiving system to a computerized system so that the processed data is safer and easier to reuse.

Abstract

The use of computer technology and involvement in people's lives are involved in many aspects of life. One of the applications of computer technology in the health sector is to assist in detecting health problems suffered by the community. Modern society whose daily activities move dynamically certainly needs devices that help in reminding health conditions. One solution to this problem is the use of mobile health applications or M-Health, which tends to increase every year. Based on estimates in the United States, the number of users using these devices is 4500 in 2018 and an estimated increase is at 50,000 users in 2025. Another problem is that most of the current public health history is still recorded manually or not at all. Recording of public health data still uses books and for a long time, of course, these archives can be lost or damaged. One of the uses of this mobile medical history recording application is that the data will always be there. If at any time the user wants to look back at his history, he can just search in this system without having to look in the book and can save time. Current health history as one of the most important conditions in people's lives will provide services. Designing an application is carried out in research based on this problem which can make it easier for users to get their own health information quickly and flexibly using a browser that can be accessed via mobile phones or PCs. As a result of this research, this application will be developed using the waterfall process model and the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology.
