Abstract

With the Covid-19 virus still making us have to innovate in the field of technology to support a job. and to find out the problems that exist in PT. Asima Jaya Teknik, the method used is the waterfall method, where the Waterfall Model is divided into four stages, requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. PT. Asima Jaya Teknik, in the process of recap work it is still not computerized so that in carrying out the process, errors are still encountered starting from when inputting data to getting work to billing data. The process is still manual using paper, so there is often loss and damage, sometimes between one employee and another having data that is not the same, so they have to work twice to correct data from other employees. The results of this study create an application that is used to recap the work of employees that can help and alleviate and speed up the work process at PT. Asima Jaya Engineering. In addition, it can also save time and energy from the employees of PT. Asima Jaya Engineering.

Abstract

Currently, there are many companies whose line of business is education-oriented, which currently prioritizes technology as a source of information, and before a company enters into a cooperation contract with a vendor providing information technology equipment, many things need to be considered in determining the selection of partners where this consideration is very important to find out the prospect of profit that will be generated by the company from the cooperation. This research takes a case study at PT. Citra Pesona Gemilang whose company is engaged in providing various kinds of school needs. The cooperation partner of PT Citra Pesona Gemilang is a vendor of technology devices. In the research conducted, the authors use a decision-making method with the C4.5 algorithm and Naïve Bayes to determine the selection of the best cooperation partners. The selection is seen based on the quality and quantity of the product/service, the price of the product/service, the legality of the vendor, the superiority/reliability of the partner. The result of this study is to compare the level of accuracy produced by the two algorithms, namely the C4.5 algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm in determining the selection of partners in the provision of information technology tools.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a form of educational service combined the vocational and vocational training, which is usually followed by students or university students by working directly in the business world or the industrial world, systematically and directed with competent supervision in their fields with the aim of gaining experience and skills in mastering expertise in all fields to reach a certain level of professional expertise. At the Cikampek Public Eye Health Center (BKMM), the registration mechanism, submission to reporting of fieldwork practices are still carried out in a paper-based and must go directly to the BKMM Cikampek office, from these problems, a web-based fieldwork practice Information System is needed, with the hope that this system could help manage and process information data from all related entities to be more effective and efficient. This PKL Information System development method uses a prototype method starting from analysis, design, coding the system, system testing, system evaluation, and system implementation so as to produce a computerized information system that can speed up the data processing process, efficiency in cost management and more accurate information produced.

Abstract

At the Elzatta Gallery branch in Pondok Ungu Permai Bekasi, sales information is not well organized, so the data is only an archive and will not be processed in the future, so it is useless, the date of purchase and the products that consumers buy are. not well organized making it challenging to find the best-selling products. Utilization of this data is done through data mining to find correlations with consumer purchasing habits, which products are sold the most at the same time, or what can be called associations between products. It is necessary to apply an application to group data according to trends that occur simultaneously at events using the a priori algorithm. It is expected that the application of the a priori algorithm in this study can find patterns in the form of products that are often purchased together. In the data mining method, researchers use an a priori algorithm to find products that can be purchased simultaneously to find out the relationship between goods and to find out which products sell the most, therefore researchers conduct sales research. data such as sample studies. In the Rapidminer test, it is shown that the highest support and trust scores are achieved when you buy a bottom, you buy an internal head, which has 56.6% 98.1% support. And when you buy a tunic, buy the hem with 50% 97.8% confidence backing.

Abstract

The welfare level is a measurement of whether people or citizens in a country can achieve a decent quality of life or not. We can still see social things that happened before us which result in the absence of justice and position in society. As happened in Kalideres Village RW 006, the level of welfare still occurs when social assistance is provided, both from the government and donors who want to help. This research uses the Nave Bayes algorithm method to classify welfare. hoped that it could help the government and donors so that the donations that will be given can be accepted by the people entitled to them. The results of the Naïve Bayes classification get an accuracy value of 85%, where the precision value of the non-prosperous data is 97%, the prosperous data is 73%, for the recall value of the non-prosperous data is 80%, and the prosperous data is 95%.

Abstract

In the logistics service delivery industry, which is growing rapidly. In its operations, logistics service companies still use manual methods and recording on physical data. Therefore, an information system is needed to assist the process of data storage, monitoring, and reporting of goods data. With the creation of a web-based information system method, it will certainly make it easier for workers in logistics services to collect data on goods. From these problems, a web-based information system was created that can collect data on the number of incoming and outgoing goods, display graphs and also stock items for reporting, and user access rights management to distinguish different access rights in accessing the system. Making this web system is assisted by PHP and HTML languages, MySQL data storage, with interface design using Javascript and Bootstrap. It is proven very good in transmitting data with Quality of Service results with a delay calculation of 46.134 ms which shows a very good delay category with an index of 4; throughput calculation is 16132 kbps which shows the throughput category is good with index 3; and the calculation of packet loss is 0.00185528% which shows the packet loss category is very good with an index of 4. From these calculations it can be concluded that the Quality of Service produced by calculating the average index of 3.6 is very good.

Abstract

Dompet Dhuafa is a charitable institution dedicated to empowering people and humanity through the management of Zakat, Infaq, Alms, Waqf Funds (ziswaf) and other social funds that are managed in a modern and reliable manner. In its implementation, it certainly introduces the concept of compassion as the root of the charity movement that carries out five program pillars: health, education, economics, social, and dowry and culture. In an effort to improve services, Dompet Duafa launched the My-DD ZIS application to make it easier for the public to be able to pay zakat, infaq, alms and online donations easily and quickly. However, so far no research has been conducted on the extent of acceptance of the ease of use of the My-DD ZIS Online Dompet Dhuafa application, therefore this study was conducted to determine the extent to which the ease of use of applications through the TAM and IPA approaches was conducted. In this study, the population was taken based on users of the My-DD ZIS Online Dompet Dhuafa application for four months, namely from January to April 2022 and from the results of the gap analysis it was found that in general users of the My-DD ZIS Online Dompet Dhuafa application were not satisfied with the application. the current My-DD ZIS Online Dompet Dhuafa application.

Abstract

Procurement is the activity of procuring goods and services including procurement of goods, procurement of construction works, procurement of private consultancy services and provision of other services. Therefore the importance of the supply system in a business so that all activities or processes can be recorded and easier, therefore at PT. Prima International Cargo started using the E-Procurement application to make it easier in all processes, because previously the procurement or purchase process for certain goods or services was not yet computerized properly. This is due to my lack of knowledge about computer systems. Computers support businesses to store data easily and quickly. Simple and clear data storage levels make it easy to find the data you ordered. Currently, almost all types of businesses have implemented a computerized system. The E-Procurement application is based on a website so that it can be accessed by the procurement party to carry out the process at any time. This application is also made with the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, and the mysql database system, using apache as the web server.

Abstract

In the VUCA era, mental health is a very important aspect that must be owned so that every individual remains productive and happy in the midst of uncertainty. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the VUCA condition even more real, making people directly feel the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA). World health organization (WHO) states mental health problems have increased height during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because during the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, sources of income and deep sorrow over the loss of loved ones. On the other side, Covid-19 carried out volality, changes in the order of life from conventional systems to digital systems. Digital transformation makes the intensity of VUCA increase. This study aims to analyze of the effect of VUCA on mental health after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research results show that VUCA affects people's mental health. Covid-19 is part of VUCA, uncertainty which causes uncertainty in the world economy and leaves deep scarring effects, making problem even more complex. Uncertainty is the main factor that triggers mental health problems. The tendency to perceive uncertainty negatively makes people vulnerable to experiencing mental health problems, depression and anxiety. VUCA creates a new paradigm, it requires spiritual intelligence and mental resilience, self-awareness and the ability to respond well to change in order to survive in the midst of uncertainty. Growth mindset and learning agility so that they are capable of facing various challenges in the VUCA Era, because true life is a learning.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Serdang Post Office to achieve maximum results in the services offered by the Serdang Post Office, by identifying all resources and supporting courier services owned by the Serdang Post Office and analyzing strategic plans that must Serdang Post Office carried out in achieving the organizational goals that have been determined. This research, which is categorized as a qualitative description, uses the researcher as the key instrument in this study. Data collection techniques used include distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation from archives and other secondary data published by the Serdang Post Office. The results of data analysis with an external internal matrix have illustrated the position of the Indonesian Post Office in a position of growth and stability and in the SWOT quadrant diagram, the Serdang Post Office has the opportunity and strength which means that it can support aggressive growth policies so that it does not rule out the possibility that the postal services offered expanded its market share, especially to start taking into account the development of micro, small and medium enterprises that continue to grow as a new market share for postal services. Increasing the capacity of employees as one of the main elements for the company and the collaborative relationships between institutions that have been carried out or are to be carried out need special attention to maximize the performance of the Serdang Post Office.
