Basically, a farming sector that is developed, especially cocoa plants, can cover all costs incurred to avoid losses. So, a field of farming that is carried out must make a profit for the farmer. Cocoa farming is worth pursuing if the profits obtained are greater than investment costs, which can be a reference in developing cocoa farming that is more efficient and produces higher productivity, quality and economic value if the farming is carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of developing cocoa farming in terms of technical and financial aspects. The hypothesis derived is that the prospects for developing cocoa farming in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency are worthy of development in terms of technical and financial aspects. The object of this research is farmers who cultivate cocoa and the potential of their existing land. The data analysis model used is Net Present Velue (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Research on interest rates of 18% obtained an NPV of Rp. 39,521,800, -. Cocoa farming is profitable because the NPV is greater than 0 (zero), cocoa farming is worthy of development. Net B/C Ratio 1.31 shows that profits are obtained when plants are producing, covering losses from plants that are not yet producing. The resulting IRR was 20.15%, meaning it was greater than the Discount Rate (18%) that was in effect at the time of the research, thus cocoa farming was feasible to develop.

Economic inequality and political corruption are two structural issues that significantly affect the protection of human rights, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia. Economic inequality, characterized by unequal income distribution and limited access to basic services, exacerbates the vulnerability of marginalized communities. Meanwhile, political corruption undermines democratic institutions, fosters injustice, and restricts public access to fundamental rights. This study aims to analyze the impact of economic inequality and political corruption on the Human Rights Index (HRI) in Indonesia during the period 1993–2023 using the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach. The results indicate that both in the short and long term, economic inequality measured by the Gini Coefficient and political corruption levels significantly contribute to the decline in HRI. In the long term, a 1% increase in the Gini Coefficient reduces the HRI by 0.59%, while a 1% rise in the Political Corruption Index lowers the HRI by 5.68%. This study underscores the importance of inclusive and transparent institutional reforms to address these structural challenges and improve the protection of human rights in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the philosophical essence of conservative and progressive approaches in the curriculum based on three main dimensions, namely epistemology, ontology, and axiology. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The data used are educational policy documents, educational theories, and relevant previous research results. The main data sources were obtained from academic databases, namely Google Scholar, official Ministry of Education documents, Merdeka Curriculum implementation reports, scientific journals, and academic books that discuss educational philosophy and curriculum implementation in Indonesia. The data collection technique is carried out through documentation studies by reviewing various references related to the research topic. The data analysis technique uses content analysis and comparative analysis to identify similarities and differences between conservative and progressive approaches in the curriculum. The results show that the conservative approach emphasizes stability in the education system by focusing on traditional values and fixed knowledge transmission, while the progressive approach prioritizes flexibility, learning experiences and innovation in the learning process. Both approaches have their own advantages and limitations, so their implementation requires a balance between the two to create an education system that is stable but still adaptive to changing times. The findings confirm that the ideal approach to education should combine the best elements of both approaches to produce learning that is more holistic and relevant to learners' needs. This research recommends further studies on the implementation of the balance between conservatism and progressivism in the education system, as well as regular evaluation of curriculum policies to ensure their effectiveness in improving the quality of education.

The rapid advancement of digital Technology has transformed consumer purchasing behaviour, particularly in the coffee industry. This study aims to examine the impact of technology use, brand image, and perceived price on purchase decisions among customers of Tomoro Coffee. Using a quantitative method approach, this research employs purposive sampling to select respondents who have made at least one purchase through digital platforms, such as mobile apps, social media, or self-service kiosks at Tomoro Coffee outlets. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Technology use significantly enhances purchase decisions by improving convenience and transaction efficiency. Additionally, brand image influences consumer trust and preference, reinforcing loyalty toward Tomoro Coffee. Meanwhile, perceived price has a moderate effect on purchase decisions, suggesting that while pricing remains a key factor, consumers are willing to pay a premium for quality and digital convenience. These results highlight the increasing importance of digital transformation in the coffee industry and suggest that businesses should optimize their technology-driven marketing strategies while maintaining strong brand positioning. This study contributes to marketing literature by integrating technology adoption, brand perception, and pricing strategies in the context of modern consumer behaviour. Future research could explore additional variables like service quality and customer experience to provide a more comprehensive understanding of digital consumer decision-making.

Modern education today cannot be separated from the influence of two main schools of Western philosophy, namely liberalism and criticalism. Liberalism emphasizes individual freedom and autonomy of thought, while criticalism focuses on rationality and reflective thinking. On the other hand, Islamic education has a different philosophical foundation to these paradigms, focusing on the integration of science with moral and spiritual values. This research aims to integrate liberalism, criticalism, and Islamic education in a holistic philosophical framework of analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research design and philosophical analysis involving the dimensions of ontology, epistemology, and axiology in the philosophy of education. The data used are philosophical texts, books, journal articles, and other relevant documents. Data sources were obtained through purposive sampling from credible literature, both in print and electronic form. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature study, while data analysis used qualitative techniques with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the integration of liberalism and criticalism values in Islamic education can enrich the learning process without sacrificing the basic principles of Islam, so that Islamic education can remain relevant to the times and form individuals who are intellectually intelligent and have noble character.

Gustav Radbruch's theory of justice places justice as the main pillar in the legal system. Radbruch emphasised that law cannot be separated from moral values and justice. In his perspective, an unjust law is not a true law. Radbruch identified three basic values of law: justice, legal certainty, and expediency. However, he asserted that justice should be the top priority.Radbruch experienced a change of view after World War II, where he realised that legal certainty should not come at the expense of justice. This research uses the normative method, which aims to examine legal norms. With conceptual and historical approaches. In conclusion, this article explores how Radbruch understood the concept of justice, how it interacts with other legal values, and its relevance in the modern legal context. Gustav Radbruch's theory of justice presents a dynamic interplay between moral and legal relationships, which primarily developed after his experiences with Nazi Germany. His legal philosophy, rooted in neo-Kantianism, grapples with the tension between legal positivism and natural law. Central to his thought is the ‘Radbruch formula,’ which states that grossly unjust laws have no legal validity.
