Abstract

In the current development of technology, information technology is not only used in the economic field, but is divided into various fields, including the military world of the Navy. In order to promote the capability of human resources in the field of IT infrastructure in the Navy, it is necessary to select the right personnel in the maintenance of IT infrastructure assets, so as to obtain competent personnel output in answering future challenges. To facilitate the determination of the right IT infrastructure personnel, the author implements a system by combining the AHP and Vikor methods based on Python. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of criteria in the selection of IT personnel, and the Vikor method is used to rank the appropriate IT personnel. With this system, it is hoped that it can be a supporting application to help select IT personnel according to tactical, technical, strategic criteria.

Abstract

In catfish farming, providing the right feed is crucial for optimal growth and health. However, determining the accurate dosage of feed that is suitable for individual catfish can be complex and time-consuming. To address this challenge, we have developed an intelligent application called "Limbekfeed" using the Profile Matching method for determining the dosage of catfish livestock feed. The prototype of this application leverages the Profile Matching method, which connects the profile of the catfish with the feed profiles available in the database. Users input data such as size, weight, age, and water quality. The prototype application then compares this data with the predefined feed profiles in the system and provides recommendations for the most suitable feed dosage. Test results indicate that the "Limbekfeed" application prototype is expected to provide feed dosage recommendations to help farmers avoid the risks of overfeeding or underfeeding.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of the employee selection system. This research uses the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System to determine the suitability of job applicants for the company. Recommendations for job applicants can be used as a reference for selecting permanent employees. The common problem in selecting permanent employees is the difficulty for the company in assessing and selecting competent job applicants, as the company has to compare the test results of each job applicant one by one, requiring a long time. In addition, the most difficult thing in making decisions is eliminating someone's subjectivity, so that every decision made is objective based on the criteria expected by the company. The results of this study proved that by applying mamdani fuzzy inference to the selection of contract employees at PT. Kreasi Utama Mandiri can facilitate management in selecting contract employees with an accuracy of 90% when compared to HRD assessments.

Abstract

Website Company profile adalah website yang menampilkan informasi tentang latar belakang perusahaan, produk atau jasa, informasi kontak dan berita singkat tentang perusahaan. Saat ini, Kantor Kecamatan Sematangborang menyampaikan informasinya hanya melalui spanduk, brosur, surat dan baliho yang membutuhkan biaya dan waktu yang lebih banyak. Banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tentang Informasi Pelayanan dan Profil Kantor Kecamatan Sematangborang dikarenakan minimnya informasi. Dengan keadaan tersebut maka dengan ini penulis tertarik menyusun kegiatan penelitian ini dengan mengambil judul “Sistem Informasi Company Profile Kantor Kecamatan Sematangborang Berbasis Website”. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi tersebut memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang profil Kantor Kecamatan Sematangborang. Menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall dengan tahapan meliputi analysis, design, coding dan testing. Pengujian sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing.

Abstract

Pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian dan menjadi mata pencaharian utama penduduk, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Untuk mencapai hasil terbaik dalam usahatani, diperlukan perlakuan khusus melalui empat tahapan utama: waktu dan penyiapan lahan, penanaman dan pemeliharaan tanaman, pemanenan, dan pengolahan pasca panen. Salah satu proses penting dalam pengolahan pasca panen adalah pengeringan gabah, yang tujuannya adalah untuk mengurangi kadar air agar dapat diproses lebih lanjut atau disimpan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini berupaya mengatasi tantangan umum yang dihadapi petani, seperti gangguan hewan pemakan beras dan ketidakpastian cuaca selama proses pengeringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode prototype, yang memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi dan evaluasi pengguna secara cepat. Dalam fase pengembangan, kami memanfaatkan Arduino NodeMCU sebagai pengontrol utama yang menerima data dari berbagai sensor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor DHT11 menunjukkan kesalahan dalam pembacaan suhu, dengan perbedaan berkisar antara 1,20°C hingga 2,80°C, dan akurasi pengukuran suhu berkisar antara 90,67% hingga 95,86%. Persentase kesalahan dihitung menggunakan rumus PE=(selisih data/nilai termometer)X100. Selanjutnya sensor PIR berhasil mendeteksi pergerakan ayam dalam jarak kurang dari 2,5 meter dalam 16 dari 30 pengujian, sedangkan 14 pengujian lainnya gagal mendeteksi pergerakan. Melalui penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani dalam mengoptimalkan proses pengeringan padi, memanfaatkan sinar matahari secara efisien, menghemat waktu dan tenaga, serta menghindari gangguan dari hewan pemakan beras. Sistem ini dapat diakses melalui internet (IoT), memungkinkan pemantauan dan kontrol online yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi praktis bagi petani untuk meningkatkan hasil pertaniannya.Pertanian, NodeMCU, Internet off Things, Arduino.

Abstract

Seberang Ulu Satu District of Palembang City is a government institution whose duties include serving community needs in terms of administrative data, in this case specifically regarding licensing and non-licensing services, public complaints and hearse lending services. Based on the observations results, it is found that the mechanism for submitting and managing administrative documents at the Seberang Ulu Satu District office still had some obstacles, such as difficulties for residents to get information about service administration requirements, the requirement for residents to come directly to the office and queues for residents to submit letters applications for both licensing and non-licensing, complaints and borrowing hearses. To overcome this, the authors will design an integrated administrative service information system for Seberang Ulu Satu District, Palembang City using the waterfall software development method, as well as the UML (Unified Modeling Language) design system model which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The end result is building an integrated administrative service information system at the Seberang Ulu Satu District office, Palembang City, which can help and facilitate the process of Integrated Administrative Services for Seberang Ulu Satu District, Palembang City.

Abstract

Rain is beneficial for agriculture and also for water reserves, but rain can also have negative impacts such as floods, disease outbreaks and other disasters if not handled properly, therefore to overcome or avoid the problem of excessive rainwater falling It is better to make predictions as an effort to prevent disasters that will occur. Rain will be able to be handled well if you are able to predict when the rain will fall, so that early mitigation can be carried out. With a prediction method using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, rainfall can be predicted because this method uses a probability approach for each data. The result of this method is that it is able to predict the fall of rain by 80%, so the Naïve Bayes method is able to predict when it will rain accurately, where this value comes from 10 test data results for the Malang Raya area. The incorrect value is 20% which is relatively small and this value is quite accurate as a basis for the probability of rain in the Malang Raya area.

Abstract

The digital attendance system enables more efficient data processing, real-time time monitoring, and reduces human errors in the recording process. One of the schools that has developed this technology is SMK Negeri 4 Kota Sorong. This is related to the last two years, where almost everyone has been required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine for prevention and monitoring of student attendance at school. To support the monitoring of student attendance at school, a web-based COVID-19 Vaccine QR-Code utilization system is needed at SMK Negeri 4 Sorong, Southwest Papua. This student attendance system has three access levels, which are divided into admin, teachers, and parents. This research uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development of this system is carried out using the Extreme Programming method, which includes steps such as problem identification, data collection, applying the Extreme Programming method, and implementation. The school attendance system, which has been built with its features, has been proven to work perfectly through feature testing using black-box testing with a 100% success rate. From the results of this testing, the utilization of the COVID-19 Vaccine QR-Code can be used for attendance and departure monitoring.

Abstract

An information system is a collection of interconnected elements that form a unity in integrating data, processing, storing and distributing information. Legalization is an attestation process by providing an original stamp and signature from the authorities on a photocopy of a diploma or grade transcript as proof that the photocopy matches the original diploma or grade transcript. The legalization process at the Indramayu State Polytechnic which is currently running is still done manually. This mechanism requires alumni who wish to legalize their diplomas or transcripts to come directly to campus. The legalization service system that is currently running at the Indramayu State Polytechnic is considered to be less effective because it takes a long time for alumni to process the application. Based on the problems above, the researcher aims to design a website-based information system for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The legalization system is designed to focus on the needs of alumni and those from the academic department who are responsible for ratifying documents for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The result of this research is a website platform for submitting online legalization requests which can help the academic section of the Indramayu State Polytechnic in managing legalization applications and make it easier for alumni to submit legalization applications.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan memerlukan sistem manajamen yang dapat mengambil sebuah keputusan atau pilihan baik itu terkait dengan keuntungan bisnis secara langsung maupun perkembangan kondisi internal perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan bernama Ora Et Labora yang berada di kota Binjai membutuhkan sistem yang dapat mendukung pengambilan suatu keputusan dalam pemilihan karyawan yang kompeten di bidangnya pada perusahaan tersebut. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah kurang efektifnya proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk menentukan peningkatan jenjang karir dan pemberian bonus, sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan diantar karyawan tersebut. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode Analytical Hiererchy Process (AHP) dengan memberikan bobot pada kriteria serta menguji tingkat konsistensi dalam matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Matriks perbandingan berpasangan adalah formulasi dari kriteria prioritas kerja terhadap masing-masing kriteria yang akan memberikan penilaian terhadap karyawan. Hasil yang dari sistem pengambil keputusan yang dibuat mampu menghasilkan perangkingan yang didasarkan pada kriteria dari kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat membantu untuk menentukan kelayakan karyawan dalam penilian peningkatan karir dan pemberian bonus
