This paper investigates the antecedents and consequences of customerloyalty in an online business-to-consumer (B2C) context. We identifyeight factors (the 8Cs— customization, contact interactivity, care,community, convenience, cultivation, choice, and character) thatpotentially impact e-loyalty. The paper also reveal that e-loyalty hasan impact on two customer-related outcomes: word-of- mouthpromotion and willingness to pay more.

his paper aims to identify the factorthat influence the perception ofbusiness opportunities, and the latter’s influence onentrepreneurial intention.The research method was sensus with quantitative analysis approach. Themodel is tested on Totalwin College of Business students.Data was collectedwith questionnaires. By applying a structural equationmodel, we observedthat the perception of self abilities (self-efficacy) positively andsignificantlyaffects both the perception of opportunities and entrepreneurial intention,andthat the perception of opportunities affects entrepreneurial intention.

This study aims to analyze some factors that influence the management of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in garment industries which are located in the Klaten Regency. The object of this research is small-Medium garment enterprises that are registered in the SME guidance by the Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Office in Klaten regency. Independent variables in this study are management accounting practices, contingent factors, and age of enterprises, whereas dependent variable in the study is the SMEs management. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data show that management accounting practices and contingent factors has influenceon SME management, significantly; while the age of enterprises variable does not have influence on the management of SME.

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Fixed Assets (FA) and Tax on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of BPR Companies in Tangerang which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2017. Data analysis techniques used in research this is a panel data regression model using E-Views software. The test results prove that CR (X1) has no effect on DER with a statistical t value of -1.668155 0.05. FA (X2) has a negative effect on DER with a t-value of -2.902127> t-table 1.97824. and a probability value of 0.0045 0.05. To find out the effect together, the F test is used where the results of CR, FA and Tax simultaneously affect the DER as indicated by an F statistic of 3.027314> F-table of 2.44 and an F-statistic probability value of 0.000019 <0.05, with a magnitude of the simultaneous effect of 45.53% can be seen from the R-squared value. While the remaining 54.47% is explained by other variables not examined.

This study intent to search several variables’ effect which is probably able to rise loyalty and firm performance. The study used several customer of WAN HAI Ltd in Midle of Java as sample. Data analyze instrument used by the writer is AMOS 4.Data analyze result shows that the research model has well appropriateness andall hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced. Summary said that satisfaction,reputation, price, are positively effected to loyalty, and loyalty are positively effected tofirms performance.Result of research proves that satisfaction, reputation, and price has positive influence and significant to loyalty. Loyalty has positive influence and signifaicant to firm performance. Managerial implication given to the company is suggestion or input to management to concern the price factors, as it is the most dominant factor effected to loyalty. The research’s limitation is that it is case study so that the result is not able to be generalized

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors that affect thecompetitive advantage through product innovation, organization structure,strategy orientation. The method used is the method of survey data obtaineddirectly through questionnaires. Sampling using purposive random samplingmethods and methods of analysis used in this research was the path analysis.Based on the research results revealed that strategy orientation, and organizationstructure have effect on product innovation. And variable product innovation,have effect of the fircompetitive advantage.

This study anlyzes The Factors Affecting the Organization and Motivation Cultures towards the Improvement of the Employees’ Work.The reserach variables and indicators refer to the porevious studies. A Model is developed and 4 hypothesis are formulated to answer the research problems.The reserach respondents are 102 people of SMAN Semarang’s employees. The instruments for the data analysis applied in this study is Double Regression. The data analysis shows that the result of this study is well accepted. This result proves that the Organisation Culture has positive impact on the employees’ improvement. The employees’ motivation has also positive impact on their work.

Salesperson plays an important role for the survival of the company. The roleof salespeople in the Multi Level Marketing company is a distributor, which will promoteproducts and business plan. Distributor is very important because of the high competition between companies who also want to increase product sales. The key of success in MLM companies depends on how the company is able to improve the performance of distributors.Problem of this research is how the characteristic Distributors, companies support and organization learning affect the performance of MLM distributors. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling method that used as many as 50 people Tianshi distributors in Semarang.The results of data analysis showed that there is significant influence between the characteristic distributors, companies support and Organization Learning to the performance MLM distributor.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

This study aimed to find an alternative solution, to “return to the right path†with the wages of employees of PT Asia Pacific Fibers, Inc. which is outside the structure and pay scales (overpaid and underpaid). For employees whose wages are above the wage structure, certainly can not necessarily reduce the underpaid wages and vice versa can not be added just like that. The argument must be given a reasonable and acceptable to all parties. This argument not only for the 32 people who are outside the wage structure of wages. But it also applies to other employees. For those whose wages are above the wage structure, attempted to hold / pressed so that the gap is too wide. As for who is under the wage structure should be encouraged to enter the structure and pay scales range.The argument in question is to provide wage adjustment mechanism that is acceptable to all parties. Managing underpaid and overpaid very closely with wage adjustments each year conducted by the company. Population as well as Sample is an employee of PT Asia Pacific Fiber, Inc Kaliwungu some 32 people. The data was collected by interviews, gathering documents and questionnaires to dissect the background of the respondents. With this study, the expected structure and pay scales can be maintained so that the overpaid and underpaid does not existancy more.
