Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee work performance, analyze the influence of the work environment on employeeperformance, and analyze the effect of competence on employee performance. The sample used inthis study were all employees of the Central Java Regional Government Branch Office in Pemalang,totaling 30 employees. The conclusion shows that work motivation has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance, and competence has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance.

Abstract

This study is to test the effect of information and brand liking support for habitual buying behavior. This research sample of 100 respondents, taken based on Purposive Sampling .The data analysis uses PLS software. This path analysis technique will be used in testing the amount of contribution shown by the path coefficient on each path diagram of the causal relationship between variables X1, X2, on Y. Information support have a positive and significant effect on habitual buying behaviour Brand liking negative effect on habitual buying behavior and information is able to mediate the effect between brand liking on habitual buying behaviour. information and brand liking had positively and significantly influenced the consumer’ responses to habitual buying behavior. The findings of this study contribute to the theory of habitual buying behaviour, namely information and important factors in realizing habitul buying behaviour.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implications of foreign investment and domesticinvestment on labor and to see the contribution of labor absorption to Surabaya's economic growth.The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method which is supported by variousinformation media such as books, journals, articles, websites, and official documents related to theresearch topic. how big is the level of labor absorption on investment and the contribution of laborabsorption to Surabaya's economic growth and how are the efforts in managing investment in labor.The object of this research is in the Surabaya area in the 2011-2018 period. Based on the researchresults, the absorption of labor can have a positive impact on growth because it can reduceunemployment in Surabaya.

Abstract

Psychological well-being as a prerequisite for work engagement through the expression of physical, cognitive and emotional resources. This, refers to the state of happiness in work assignments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational stress and psychological contract on work engagement through psychological well being as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 33 people from a population of 33 employees KCP Bank Jateng Pasar Johar. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with two models and multiple tests. The results of testing the first model hypothesis shows that occupational stress has a statistically significant and negative effect on psychological well being and psychological contract has a statistically positive and significant effect on psychological well being. The results of testing the second model hypothesis show that psychological well being statistically has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, occupational stress has a statistically negative and significant effect on work engagement and psychological contract has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Hypothesis testing results show that occupational stress is calculated independently that there is an indirect effect on work engagement, namely through psychological well being as an intervening variable and psychological contract by means of calculation that there is an indirect effect on work engagement, namely through psychological well being as an intervening variable

Abstract

Currently the world is experiencing a Covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia. Therefore, an appeal to prevent the spread of the virus requires the public to remain silent. It is undeniable that all efforts have an impact and economic instability, one of which is MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. MSMEs are also part of the economy that must have the advantage to increase their innovation. The advantages in the current economy are innovation and creativity. For this reason, it takes the advantage of a creativity-based innovation that can make MSMEs in Bekasi Regency continue to survive and develop during the Covid-19 pandemic with a longer endurance and long term. This study uses a literature study method, the data obtained are compiled, analyzed with a descriptive approach so that we get conclusions from the literature study. In this study, taking literature data from several sources, namely library research, with data collection techniques by examining books, literature, theories, articles and notes on the internet according to related problems. The results of this study indicate that the existence of this innovation also requires motivation and creativity in a person so that they can achieve a goal and what forms of innovation and creativity can be done to MSMEs during this pandemic which will help open the minds of MSME actors, especially in Bekasi Regency to do or form a change in the future in order to continue to survive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine investors reactions to earnings announcements and unexpected earnings when facing stickiness cost. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 10 infrastructure companies listed on the IDX during 2015-2019. The analysis technique in this study uses panel regression analysis using EVIEWS 9. The results of this study indicate that there is no investor reaction to earnings announcements in infrastructure companies when there are low and high stickiness cost. However, when the company has a combined stickiness cost, there is an investor's reaction to the earnings announcement by seeing a positive CAR value which means good earnings quality. Unexpected Earning has no effect on companies that are facing stickiness cost, so the results of this study indicate that there is no investor reaction to unexpected earnings in infrastructure companies that have low, high, and combined stickiness cost. The conclusion of this study is that earnings information becomes less important in predicting future earnings.

Abstract

Appropriate market orientation and a strong organizational culture are required to improve marketing performance by allowing product innovations to be created in accordance with business needs, which have an impact on marketing performance. This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang City, where SMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to see if market orientation has an impact on innovation, organizational culture has an impact on innovation, innovation has an impact on marketing performance, and the role of innovation in mediating market orientation on marketing performance and organizational culture on marketing performance. The main objective of this study is on the owner of a small firm in Malang City, as measured by market orientation, organizational culture, innovation, and marketing performance. Explanatory research is used in this work, which takes a quantitative method. The findings show that market orientation influences innovation, that organizational culture influences innovation, that marketing performance is influenced by market orientation, organizational culture, and innovation, and that marketing performance is mediated by market orientation and organizational culture..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Work Environment and Direct Financial Compensation on Employee Performance Besides, this study also aims to examine the effect of Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. To test these variables, the researchers chose the Sanitation and Environmental Services Unit of Pemalang Regency as the object of research. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 182 Sanitation and Waste Unit Employees in the Pemalang District Environmental Agency. Sampling research using Stratified Random Sampling techniques. The results showed that the Work Environment and Direct Financial Compensation had a significant positive effect on the Performance of Employees in the Cleanliness and Solid Waste Unit of the Environmental Agency of Pemalang Regency. But Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable weakens the influence of the Work Environment and Direct Financial Compensation on Employee Performance in the Cleanliness and Solid Waste Unit of the Pemalang District Environmental Office.

Abstract

This study is aimed at recognizing the motivational, entrepreneurial ducation and personality has on entrepreneurial interests. The study consists of three dependent variables, which are motivational, entrepreneurial education, personality and one independent variable in entrepreneurship intrest. The population in the study are students of Sarjanawiyata university economics students with a sample of over 100 research model respondents using a quantitative analysis. Results show that a positive influence between motivations for entrepreneurial interests, there is no influence between entrepreneurial education variables ovr entrepreneurial interests, there is a positive influence personality between entreprnurial interests.Keyword: entrepreneurship education, personality, interest in entrepreneurship.

The results are Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a significant effect on positive and positive work turnover on turnover intention, job insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention. positive effect on turnover intention through work stress, and workload has a positive effect on turn over intention through work stress.
