Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja memediasi work-family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru wanita sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Magelang saat PJJ (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh) berlangsung di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian survei.Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan alat bantu angket atau kuesioner yang berisi empat variabel yaitu work-family conflict (X1), stres kerja (X2), kinerja guru (Y), dan kepuasan kerja (Z). Uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan R2, uji signifikan, uji mediasi/intervening dengan menggunkan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan pengaruh tersebut dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Berbagai faktor yang menyebabkan keberhasilan dalam bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha, salah satunya adalah lokasi usaha. Lokasi usaha yang tepat tentu akan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap keberlangsungan dan keuntungan usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi usaha terhadap keuntungan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemilik usaha toko pakaian yang membuka usaha di Kecamatan Bantan dengan jumlah toko sebanyak 23, sehingga peneliti menggunakan total sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket atau kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi tersebut dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan yang positif diantara variabel lokasi usaha terhadap variabel keuntungan yang dikategorikan “Rendah”, karena koefisien korelasinya yang diperoleh yaitu 0.246 atau 24.6% lebih kecil dari rtabel dengan taraf signifikasi 5% sebesar 0.3515. berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dan hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0.257 > 0.05 menandakan bahwa Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak dengan keterangan bahwa lokasi usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha toko pakaian.

Abstract

In business negotiations, there is often little way to know how the agreement will be executed properly through negotiations and agreements with both parties concerned. The existence of the company's problems with the customer, the company must be able to provide alternative solutions to problems that occur by negotiating with the customer to seek mutual agreement as decision making. Informants from the PPC (Pre Production Control) / PPIC (Plan Production Inventory Control) section made an alternative as an initial negotiation with the customer in taking the negotiation agreement that occurred. In this study the authors used qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through interviews and literature study and interview data analysis techniques were carried out such as observing, discussing and describing the problem in a certain way. Based on the results of interviews with PPC (Pre Production Control) / PPIC (Plan Production Inventory Control) officers, there are several alternative strategies such as delivery warnings, production deliveries, alternative rooms and partial deliveries. With the end of the "win-lose" negotiation, the company has to find a way out of the problem that actually all parties benefit and see long-term opportunities in the negotiations that occur.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal branch bank bjb of 52 people. In this study the entire population was taken as a sample (census). The results of the analysis show that organizational culture directly has a positive influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction directly has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture directly has a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction directly has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment directly has a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance through burnout as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on employees KCP Bank BPD Jateng Di Kabupaten Pemalang. Sampling is done by saturated or census sampling because the population is only 60 respondents so that the entire population is taken as a sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire method. The results showed that workload statistically had no effect on employee performance. thecalculation results show that workload has an indirect effect on employee performance through burnout. Workload statistically has a positive and significant effect on burnout. the work environment statistically has no effect on employee performance. the calculation results show that the work environment has an indirect effect on employee performance through burnout. The work environment has a statistically significant and negative effect on burnout. Burnout has a statistically significant and negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research objectives are to (1) Know and analyze the influence of the Transformational Leadership Style on Work Engagement; (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Organizational Climate on Work Engagement; (3) Knowing and analyzing the effect of Work Engagement on Job Crafting. The study population was all employees of Central Java Bank KCPS Kudus as many as 30 people with saturated or census sampling techniques. This study uses SPSS software analysis tool version 25 windows and the type of data used is qualitative data derived from the results of a questionnaire which then answers respondents given a score (value) so that it becomes quantitative data, observations in the field using multiple linear regression analysis, where the regression analysis is Y = 10,782 - 0,294 X1 + 0,467 X2 + 0,782 X3, The results showed that the transformational leadership style affected work engagement, organizational climate affected work engagement and work engagement significantly influenced job crafting by 49.9% while the remaining 50.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on these results, Bank Leaders should further enhance their adoption of transformational leadership style by being open (transparent), being able to receive constructive input and criticism from subordinates, appearing as a role model for employees, attention to problems faced related to change and encouraging employees to creating creative and innovative ideas as symbols of success

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of entrepreneurial orientation to the performance of MSMEs with total quality management (TQM) as an Intervening variable. In this study there are three variables, namely entrepreneurship orientation, TQM, and MSME performance. The population in this study is the food processing sector SMEs in the city of Semarang, with a sample of 64 respondents. The research model uses structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis which consists of an outer model and inner orientation on MSME performance, TQM has a positive effect on MSME performance, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on TQM, and there is a positive influence on the role of TQM mediation in the application of entrepreneurial orientation to MSME performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value..

Abstract

Today's consumers are in an increasingly complex market and are faced with an increasing amount of information with an increasingly diverse choice of products and services. Consumers are more exposed to fraud, thus requiring more expertise and knowledge than before. Thus, the government and producers are increasingly important to empower and make the best consumers aware. Law No. 8/1999 describes Consumer Protection, the main factor that becomes consumer weakness is the low level of consumer awareness of their rights. Therefore, the Consumer Protection Law is intended to be a strong legal basis for the government and non-governmental consumer protection organizations to empower consumers through consumer guidance and education. This empowerment effort is important because it is not easy to expect awareness of business actors, whose principle is to get maximum benefits.
