Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung dengan melalui variabel disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sinarmas Multifinance Semarang bagian Recovery Asset sebanyak 283 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan rumus slovin, sehingga ditetapkan sejumlah 120 karyawan PT. Sinarmas Multifinance Semarang bagian Recovery Asset dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 19. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung melalui variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja bukan menjadi variabel intervening dalam menjembatani pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Bisnis dan pemasaran telah bergeser dari tingkat intelektual (rasional) ke tingkat emosional dan akhirnya kepasar spiritual di mana konsumen lebih peduli tentang kompatibilitas produk dan layanan dengan nilai-nilaispiritual yang mereka yakini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak penerapanbauran pemasaran terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali di Grasia Hotel Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian empiris, data diperoleh dari 100 pengunjung Gracia Hotel dan model yang dianalisis dengan analisisperangkat lunak PLS. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran Syariah memiliki pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali di Grasia Semarang hotel. Jadi ketika bauran pemasaran syariahmeningkat akan mempengaruhi peningkatan niat mengunjungi kembali. Produk, harga, tempat / saluran,promosi, proses, orang, bentuk fisik, kesabaran dan janji-janji mempengaruhi niat mengunjungi kembali di hotelGrasia Semarang. Keberadaan Hotel Syariah telah menjadi tren baru yang menjadi dikenal luas oleh publik,sehingga penting bagi organisasi untuk menjaga kualitas layanan, fasilitas, harga, proses, kompatibilitasbangunan fisik dengan konten Islami, serta kejujuran dan ketepatan janji dalam melakukan layanan akomodasihotel

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of transactional, transformational, situational, visionary and service leadership to Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency employees’ performance. The population in this study is all employee of Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency, as much 70 employees. Used sensus method, the sample in this study is all employee of Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency as much 70 employees. This study used primary data and secondary data, followed by computer-assisted analysis of the multiple regression analysis IBM SPSSStatistics 19. The analysis showed that transactional, transformational, situational, visionary and service leadership have a positive influence to Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency employees’ performance, partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that the transactional, transformational, situational, visionary and service leadership variable affect employees’ performance by 68,3%. Therefore, to improve Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency employees’ performance, top manager must have competence about leadership style.

Abstract

Financial distress is a phase of decline in financial condition that occurred before the onset of bankruptcy. This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, sales growth and firm size of financial distress. This research was conducted at the companies listed on the stock exchange in 2016-2017. The samples used were as many as 108 company observations selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by using the documentation obtained from bei website. The analysis technique used is logistic regression that is helped by e-views 9 program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the liquidity, the operating capacity, sales growth and firm size ratios are able to affects the financial distress of manufacturing company with negative direction.

Abstract

With the increasing number of customer complaints and to increase customer satisfaction at PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia, researchers are interested in conducting research with service quality, location and company image variables that affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, location and company image on customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia. The method in this study is a quantitative method with a population of 845 customers, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that simultaneous independent variables (service quality, location and company image) significantly influence customer satisfaction. And partially the quality of service, location and company image significantly influence customer satisfaction. The three independent variables are the most dominant factors affecting customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is the quality of service, location and corporate image significantly influence customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in Semarang search and help offices, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all members of the Semarang search and rescue office as many as 122 employees. The sampling technique uses census. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, then proceed with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 18 program. The results of the analysis show that Competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously. Motivation significant positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously, and the work environment significantly positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Relief Office employees both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on purchasingdecisions PT prima brima distribusindo. The research was done by spreading the quaterner, while theresearch method using Non-probability Sampling.The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Brand Image (X 1 ) is 2.062 and the value of t arithmetic for promotion (X 2 ) is 11,574. all of which show larger than t table is 1,978. so the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion have a positive effect partially on purchasing decision at PT prima bintang distribusindo, F test, F calculated > F table or 69.690 > 2.67 or signification level (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion together affect the purchasing decision at PT prima bintang distribusindo and coefficient of determination shows that brand image and promotion influence 51,9% to purchasing decision at PT. prima bintang distribusindo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial literacy on cashless transaction behavior mediated by lifestyles on the employees of the Blora Regency Regional Secretariat. The population as well as the sample in this study amounted to 112 Civil Servants (PNS) Blora Regency Secretariat. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and using the SmartPLS 3 tool. The sampling method is the saturated or census sampling method. Data collected by questionnaire. The results of this study are financial literacy has a significant positive effect on lifestyle variables, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on cashless transaction behavior variables, financial literacy has a significant positive effect on cashless transaction behavior variables, and lifestyle is not related to financial literacy variables and variables cashless transaction behavior. Furthermore, the R-square value for the latent variable of cashless transaction behavior is 0.460, this means that the financial literacy variable increased by 46% of the cashless transaction behavior, and for the lifestyle latent variable by 0.402, meaning that financial literacy was 40.2% for the style life. While the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is a personal contribution that exceeds the role demand in the workplace and is given hope by taking over the achievement of the task. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sample of this study were 51 people from a population of 51 employees. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with two models and multiple tests. The results showed organizational commitment, transoformational leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership had an influence on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, and motivation was absent influence on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama Srikandi (Srikandi Join Venture Group) at Cepiring District, in Kendal Regency has been formed more than 5 years ago, consist of several businessman who have different skills in makingand selling their products. Most of the (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) KUB Srikandi members in running their business, apply minimum knowledge in developing their business to meet the needs and condition nowadaysin which similar products that same with KUB Srikandi products are increasing. This study apply thequalitative analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The research apply qualitative approach and SWOTanalysis trying to know what strategies are used in the business development of KUB Srikandi members. Basedon the IFAS EFAS diagram, it can be concluded that the business carried out by KUB Srikandi members is inthe first quadrant (I), which means that in this position, KUB Srikandi has strong position and has the goodopportunity to develop. The implementation of strategies that can be done is using the Strengths factor thatexist in the business of KUB Srikandi members Where in fact the business that runs by KUB Srikandi membersfacing a great market opportunities, to develop their business in dealing with it, KUB Srikandi members mustoptimize their productivities.
