The results showed that: 1) Product variation on the purchasing decision of Azet Kefir Milk was good, 2) The effect of Product Packaging on the Purchase Decision of Azet Kefir Milk was good, 3) The results of multiple regression analysis showed that Product Variation (X1) and Product Packaging (X2) has a positive influence on the Purchase Decision variable (Y), namely 0.60 for the Product Variation (X1) and 0.10 for the Product Packaging variable (X2). The multiple correlation coefficient is 0.745, which means it is vital. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination is 0.555. The results of hypothesis testing are Fcount > Ftable of 51.705 > 3.11, there is a simultaneous influence between Product Variation and Product Packaging variables on Purchase Decisions, and the Product Variation (X1) variable is 8,018 with a ttable value of 1,988. So that tcount > ttable or 8.018 > 1.988, and for the Product Packaging variable (X2), it is 9.189 with a t-table value of 1.988. so that tcount > ttable or 9.189 > 1.988, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that product variations and packaging significantly affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main problem in potato farming is the problem of efficient use of production factors. Efficient use of production factors will determine the size of profits. National-level potato productivity is decreasing from year to year. National-level potato productivity in 2023 will be 19.27 tons/ha. Potato productivity in Karangreja District is 14,715 tonnes/ha, below the national average. The research aimed to describe the environmental conditions in the area due to potato crops and analyze the influence of product factors on productivity and price/allocative efficiency in potato farming in Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. The research method used is a survey, which uses simple cluster sampling. The analysis method uses financial analysis methods, and multiple linear regression analysis (Cobb Douglas production function). Seeds, manure, organic fertilizers, pesticides, and the area of land used cannot be increased to increase product per unit area. Physically, the workforce used can still be increased to improve the product. At the price level of potato products of IDR 8,000 and labor wages of IDR 40,000, the use of labor in potato farming in Karangreja District already provides maximum profits

Abstract

The waste problem is one of the big challenges faced by communities throughout the world. The environmental impacts of the waste problem include water and air pollution, ecosystem damage, and reduction of natural resources. This research aims to analyze the level of knowledge of NU Ma'ruf Kudus High School students about compost fertilizer, the manufacturing process, and the benefits of compost fertilizer. The research method used is descriptive analysis using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The respondents of this research were 30 class XII students of SMA NU Ma'ruf Kudus. The data analysis used is a Likert scale. The research results showed that the level of students' knowledge about compost fertilizer, the manufacturing process and its benefits increased after being given education. Most students have a good understanding of the concept of compost fertilizer and its benefits in sustainable agriculture. These findings indicate that there is still a need to improve education and counseling about compost fertilizer in schools, as well as its important role in increasing students' awareness of environmental issues and sustainable agriculture. This research contributes to the understanding of students' level of knowledge regarding compost fertilizer and highlights the importance of education about sustainable agricultural practices at the secondary education level. Further efforts can be made to increase students' understanding of compost and its impact on the environment and agriculture. With a better understanding of compost, students can become agents of change who play a role in protecting and caring for our environment, as well as supporting more sustainable agriculture.
