Introduction: Early stunting prevention efforts must be made to break the chain of stunting spread. Objective: To find out whether there is an effect of knowledge of the prospective bride and groom before and after being given 1000 HPK nutrition education through presentation media and booklets. Method: Pre Experiment design where there is no control variable. This study used a non-randomized one-group pre-post test design, with 26 respondents with various educational backgrounds. Results: Statistical tests showed that there was a significant effect (p-value 0.000) of giving 1000 HPK nutrition education with presentation media and booklets to prospective brides before and after being given treatment. Conclusion: After being given health education, the average knowledge of the prospective bride and groom increased by more than 50% compared to the average before being given 1000 HPK nutrition education.

Introduction; Myopia, global health, and quality of life problem concerns visual disturbances and the impact of refractive errors on daily life and the morbidity associated with this ametropia. Myopia is a risk factor for vision problems to permanent blindness. Adolescent myopia usually begins in school, and affected individuals typically face a lifelong burden of optical and financial correction for their myopic condition. Purpose: This literature review aims to provide current information and guidance on myopia management. Methods: This research is a literature review study, and the literature used consists of 33 libraries consisting of 3 national journals and 30 international journals. Results: Several studies show myopia can be managed and controlled with more time outdoors. Outdoor activities and atropine eye drops can prevent and control myopia. It is useful for reducing or slowing the progression of myopia including daily low-dose atropine eye drops, in concentrations ranging between 0.01% and 0.05%. Conclusion: Myopia is a refractive error in which light rays entering the eye parallel to the optical axis are refracted into the retina when the ocular accommodation is relaxed.

Introduction: Zikir therapy is one way to approach God that aims to find peace of mind and peace of mind. Purpose: By doing zikir will suppress the work of the sympathetic nervous system and activate the work of the parasympathetic nervous system so that it will make someone feel calm. Method: This research explores evidence published in Google Scholar electronic data. Using a search strategy, we obtained 34 potential and relevant articles, from 34 articles of two studies included in the final analysis. Results: We were able to see a significant effect in reducing blood pressure after patients were given zikir therapy. Conclusion: From these results it can be concluded that zikir therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive sufferers. Health workers can participate in providing this therapy.

Introduction; COVID-19 is a new problem in the world of Health in all countries that have not been completely resolved until now. COVID-19 can infect anyone, including children. Objective; Assessing the incidence, transmission, symptoms, treatment, examination, classification, and management of COVID-19 in children. Method; Discuss the publication of 26 research articles on COVID-19 in children from various sources such as NCBI and Scholar from 2020-to 2022 and present them in relevant articles. Results; The incidence of COVID-19 in children is lower; clinical manifestations tend to be mild and asymptomatic than in adults. Transmission to children is mainly from the family. The classification of COVID-19 in children tends to be the same as in adults. Until now, no treatment for COVID-19 has been found, and only supportive therapy has been given. Conclusion; The incidence and clinical symptoms are milder than in adults, and children have a good prognosis.

Introduction: Stunting is a nutritional problem that, until now, has been a concern and an issue that has not been able to be resolved. Exclusive breastfeeding is predicted to minimize the risk of stunting because exclusive breastfeeding contains immune components, antibodies and calcium, and nutrients needed by babies. Objective: To analyze the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months. Method: A literature review using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for data extraction. The databases used include Google Scholar, Science direct, and Pubmed. And Sage Journals using the keywords (“Exclusive Breastfeeding” OR Breastfeeding OR “Breastfed”) AND (Stunting OR “Growth Disorder” OR “Stunted Growth”) AND Toddler. Results: Extraction obtained 16 articles were analyzed. Conclusion: Exclusive breastfeeding for toddlers 24-59 months can be a protective factor against stunting, while non-exclusive breastfeeding can be a risk factor for toddlers experiencing stunting

Introduction: Mental health is a state where an individual is free from all kinds of symptoms of mental disorders. An excellent mental condition occurs when the human mental illness is in a calm state. Individuals who have a healthy mental condition can carry their lives usually, especially when adjusting to face problems encountered throughout their lives, by using stress processing abilities. Mental health is an important thing that must be considered as physical health. Mental health conditions cannot be separated from good physical health conditions. Objective: This literature study aims to determine the effect of online learning in the covid-19 pandemic on the mental health of new students. Methods: The databases for this literature review are Plos One and Google Scholar. This article was taken in the 2020-2021 period with the provision of the language used for keywords, namely Indonesian and English, published nationally and internationally, and articles reviewed according to the topic being discussed. Results: The results that have been identified are as many as 104 articles, with the number of outcomes including as many as five articles. Conclusion: The effects of research from several articles in this literature review show that online learning is very influential on the mental health of new students because there are still many problems with online education in the covid-19 pandemic

Background: Dysmenorrhea is pain or cramps in the lower abdomen during menstruation. The impact of dysmenorrhea that occurs in adolescents can interfere with daily activities. Efforts to overcome dysmenorrhea can be made pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Providing dysmenorrhea exercise therapy and Mozart classical music can help reduce pain non-pharmacologically. Objective: This study analyzed the effectiveness of dysmenorrhea exercise and classical music in reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescents. Method: quasi-experiment with two groups pretest-posttest design. Using purposive sampling, the number of samples was 92 people, which were divided into 46 dysmenorrheal gymnastics teenagers and 46 classical music teenagers. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney. Results: Wilcoxon test obtained an average before and after dysmenorrhea exercise -a value of 0.000 <0.05, and classical music -a value of 0.000 <0.05. based on the Mann-Whitney test, it was found that the average after being given dysmenorrhea exercise and classical music showed a -value (0.313 > 0.05), meaning that there was no significant difference in the decrease in dysmenorrhea between gymnastics and classical music after being given treatment to adolescent girls. Conclusion: Dysmenorrhea gymnastics and classical music are equally effective in reducing dysmenorrhea.

Introduction; Pregnancy is a vulnerable period of risk of psychological disorders for a pregnant woman; one of these disorders is anxiety. Parity is a history of childbirth with the number of pregnancies as a physiological state that can be followed by pathological processes that can threaten the state of the mother and fetus. Ideally, the parity of a pregnant woman is 2 3 with a delivery distance of 3-4 years. Purpose; Knowing the relationship between the parity status of pregnant women with the level of anxiety of preoperative Sectio Caesarea mothers. Method; This study used a correlation descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique performed on 34 pregnant women with preoperative Sectio Caesarea. The questionnaire used was the Hamilton Rating scale for Anxiety (HRS-A). Results; Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out using the chi-square test obtained with a p-value of 0.004. Conclusion; There is a significant association between parity and anxiety status in preoperative mothers of section Caesarea. Anxiety preoperative mother Sectio Caesarea experiences mild anxiety.

Introduction; Stunting in toddlers is one of the nutritional problems in the world, especially in developing countries. As many as 21.3% or around 144 million toddlers in the world are stunted, more than half of the world's stunted toddlers are from Asia, and more than two-fifths live in Africa. Stunting is a serious threat to the existence of children as the next generation of a nation. Purpose; This study analyzed the risk factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in developing countries using a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. Method; Literature search using online journal portals namely ProQuest, PubMed, and Garuda. The journal used in this study is a journal with a maximum reputation of Q2 and sinta 2, in the period 2010-2020, with a cross-sectional and case-control study design. Results; Based on the search results, seven kinds of literature were obtained, and conducted by systematic literature review was. Conclusion; The results of the meta-analysis of risk factors related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers in developing countries are birth weight and exclusive breastfeeding

Introduction: Mobile phones are currently undergoing development, with a variety of conveniences that they can do. Cell phones, or what is known as smartphones or smartphones at this time, produce electromagnetic wave radiation that affects the health of the human body. Aims: Knowing the effect of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation on human brain health. Method: Research using narrative-type Literature Review, journals, and books nationally and internationally. Electromagnetic radiation from mobile phone use affects several human health disorders. Results: Indications of these health problems can be in the form of tumors and cancer in the brain, which can cause stress, and disruption of sperm, gliomas, and red blood cells. Interference caused by the electromagnetic radiation of mobile phones to health is still a polemic. Conclusion: Electromagnetic radiation from mobile phone use can potentially cause some health disorders.
