In the world of lectures, students are the biggest consumer that uses Wi-Fi to work on tasks of lectures given by professors. However, the fact that the part of the students, take advantage of free Wi-Fi just to download a task without filtering or examining its contents as well as access to social networks like facebook. Conditions like this is what makes the student being lazy to think more creatively in the task portion. If a student was able to hone his thinking in doing tasks and associated costs by utilizing the free Wi-Fi, then then learning achievements obtained are very satisfactory and boasts. This research aims to know the use of the free Wi-Fi and the influence of the use of facilitiesIf students able to hone his mind in doing theirjobs perkuliahan by utilizing wi-fi, facilities and achievement iearn obtained be very gratifying and plume-. This study aims to know the use of facilities and influence from the use of facilities wi-fi. The facilities to take on duties wi-fi perkuliahan given by a lecturer. But the fact that, obtained part college students use facilities only to wi-fi m gonna download theirjobs without sift or review the content and access as social network facebook.This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population in this research is the entire semester 5 and 7 Mathematics Education Tarbiyah mayor STAIN Zawiyah Cot Kala Langsa 2012-2013 academic year, consisting of 412 people. The research sample is taken as a non-probability as many as 41 people with technical purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this research is question form and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis is variance (Anava) Analysts and test t.Based on the analysis of test of normality on a variable (X) and (Y) variables have normal distributed data with simple linear regression coefficient results indicate Y = 0,452 X 27,075. from the results of the analysis using SPSS anava 20.0 retrieved Fhitung gt; Ftabel (12,517 gt; 4,09), it shows the influence of the use of u201CAda% Wi-Fi against an index of achievement students majoring in mathematics education Prodi Tarbiyah STAIN Zawiyah Cot Kala Langsa% u201D. And test results using SPSS t 20.0, retrieved thitung gt; ttabel (3,538 gt; 1,685). Thus it can be concluded that the use of Wi-Fi facilities significantly influential over student achievement index prodi mathematics education with contributions amounting to 24.3%. Therefore, it is recommended that students use Wi-Fi for things that are useful in particular in completing tasks and associated costs.

Abstract

Learning science concerning early childhood should focus on a fun learning process. However, children's interest in learning while participating in the science learning process is still low; some children are busy playing alone, disturbing their friends, doing other work, and going in and out for various reasons when science learning occurs. This study aims to increase children's interest in learning science through plant puzzle media. The research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis-Taggart model with four stages: plan, implementation, observation, and reflection. The participants are ten children aged 5-6 years at Al Faiz Early Childhood Education (ECE) Langsa, Aceh. The researcher used an observation sheet with four indicators: interest in learning, attention to learning, motivation, and knowledge to obtain improvement data. The results showed an increased children's interest in learning science in each cycle. The average score of children in the Well Developed (WD) category was 76%. In addition, children's activities also showed outstanding improvement during the teaching and learning process. The researcher concluded that plant puzzle media could increase children's interest in learning science. The implication of research related to the effectiveness of plant puzzle media on learning other than science needs to be studied further.

Abstract

Many children at the elementary school level have played online games together. The reason why children play this online game as an amusement ride is to relieve boredom. The purpose of this study is to find out the reason why children in Teluk Rhu Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, prefer the Free Fire online game and to find out the social interaction of children during the game. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were 10 children consisting of 7 girls and 3 boys. The instruments used are interviews and observations. The results of this study state that the reason why children choose the Free Fire online game is that it is easy to access the game and the menu displayed is also not complicated. Then the social interaction of children in the category is very good, namely 69.37% while good is 30.63%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of portfolio assessment in science learning at MIN 5 Aceh Tamiang. This research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are theoretical techniques used in data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that the teaching and learning process using portfolios has been going well because it is in accordance with the rules that apply in madrasas and teachers have used K13 but at the time of portfolio assessment, there is still one indicator (observation sheet) that has not been implemented properly this is because the teacher does not understand how to make an observation sheet in ecosystem material

Abstract

System chandes in education influenced by industrial revolution 4.0. Several changes were made by utilizing several applications that support each learning process. One use of the Screencast-O Matic (SOM) application in lectures by combining PowerPoint with videos from students' faces so that they can improve their quality. This study aims to determine student creativity and the influence of the Screencast-O Matic (SOM) assisted project learning model on the creativity of FTIK IAIN Langsa students. This study uses associative research/causality with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all 6th-semester students of FTIK IAIN Langsa who took the quantitative research methodology course, totaling 293 students. The research sample was obtained by a purposive technique using the Slovin formula. Based on this formula, 75 students were obtained as a research sample with a tolerance limit of 10%. The instrument was a closed questionnaire with 15 questions and an observation sheet. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results showed that student creativity was 78.00 with high criteria. There was a significant influence of the use of the SOM applicationassisted project learning model on the creativity of FTIK IAIN Langsa students.

Abstract

Outdoor learning is very important in science learning, through outdoor learning it can foster students' curiosity about the environment. So the purpose of this study was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of science at MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang. This type of research is using classroom action research adopted from Kemmis and Tanggart which consists of 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation and the success of the first cycle can be seen from the results of reflection in the first cycle. The subjects of this research were carried out in class VB totaling 15 people. The instrument used to collect data using observation sheets and essay tests. The results showed that students' learning mastery in science learning cycle I was 68.66% and test results in cycle II were 88.66% and learning activities also increased by 75.46% in cycle I to 84.33% in cycle II. This shows an increase in students' learning mastery in science learning. Thus it can be concluded that the application of outdoor learning by utilizing the surrounding environment can increase student activity and learning outcomes on the material objects around us in class VB MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

Presentation skills are one of the important skills for PGMI students at IAIN Langsa, especially in the Research Methodology course. This study aims to analyze the presentation skills of students of the PGMI study program at the State Islamic Institute of Langsa in the Research Methodology course. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a sample of 50 students in the 4th semester of the PGMI study program at IAIN Langsa. Data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires to determine the factors that influence the presentation skills of PGMI students IAIN Langsa, as well as documentation of assessments from lecturers of research methodology courses. The results showed that in general, the presentation skills of PGMI IAIN Langsa students are in the low category and must be improved again. Factors causing presentation skills such as self-confidence, mastery of material, and communication skills as well as anxiety and fear of negative judgment are things that have a significant effect on low presentation skills. The conclusion of this study is the need to improve student presentation skills that can be done with efforts such as public speaking training to increase self-confidence, seeking opportunities to speak in any activity, preparing themselves and materials for presentations and improving material delivery skills with the use of visual aids media can improve their presentation skills and be ready to face academic and professional challenges in the future.Keywords: Presentation Skills, PGMI IAIN Langsa Students, Research Methodology

Abstract

The low learning activity of grade V students of MIIT Al-Mubarak Langsa related to science is due to the lack of active students in learning so that it is necessary to have an approach that can increase student learning activities STEAM. This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM on student learning activities in science learning grade V MIIT Al-Mubarak Langsa in the 2022/2023 school year. This type of research is quantitative research.  All fifth grade students of MIIT Al-Mubarak Langsa totaling 34 students are the population while the sample of this study is students from two classes, namely 17 VA class students as the experimental class and 17 VB class students as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation sheets, with data analysis using SPSS 24. Hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample Test t test. Based on the hypothesis testing of learning activities in experimental and control classes, the tcount> ttable is 20.873> 2.036 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. So it can be concluded that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted at the significance level a=0.05, which means that there is an effect of the STEAM approach on student learning activities.Keywords: Activity, Student Learning, Science, STEAM

Abstract

Traditional arts and mathematics share a profound yet often overlooked connection, particularly in the process of traditional textile making. In South Sulawesi, Wajo woven fabric represents a cultural heritage whose production process involves complex mathematical calculations. This research aims to explore and analyze the application of mathematical function concepts in the Wajo weaving process. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of the weaving process, interviews with craftsmen, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The findings reveal that the Wajo weaving process has a strong correlation with mathematical function concepts, where variables such as thread count, card patterns, and weaving techniques form mathematical relations that generate specific motifs. Understanding this relationship can contribute to the preservation and development of traditional weaving arts through scientific approaches.

Abstract

This research discussed the influence of third party funds and liquidity on profitability instate-owned commercial banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI)for the 2017-2022 period. The analytical method used in this research was Multiple LinearRegression. Apart from that, this research also carried out classical assumption tests whichincluded normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelationtests. The results of this research showed that partially Third Party Funds (DPK) did nothave a significant influence on profitability with a significance value of 0.155 > 0.05.Meanwhile, liquidity had a significant negative influence on profitability with a significancevalue of 0.021 < 0.05. The results of this research showed that Third Party Funds (DPK) andLiquidity (LDR) simultaneously or together had a significant influence on Profitability (ROA)with a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. The results of the R Square DeterminationCoefficient Analysis were 0.273 or 27.3, this showed that the contribution percentage of theinfluence of Third Party Funds (X1) and Liquidity (X2) on the rise and fall of Profitability (Y)was 27.3% while the remaining 72.7% was due to by other factors not researched or used inthis research
