Abstract

The study aims to investigate a model of likuidity, Retained Earning, Profitability cash Flow influence to firm value listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020 from publication of quartedly financial statement. Liquidity, retained earning and cash flow of profitability called internal source funds. Our study provide pecking order hypothesis which prefer internal source funding to increase firm value. The study uses regression analysis and logit analysis. The beneficial of research such as supporting model of financial contraits and their impact to firm value. The study found that liquidity, retained earning and cash flow of profitability have positive simultaneously significant to firm value, meanwhile liquidity and cash flow of profitability partially have positive significant to firm value at 0,05 significant level and retained earning have partially positive significant at 0,10 level. The results can be used by management to manage financial constrait.

Abstract

The aims this study to analyse the competence, work load, work disiplince, and loyalty of permanent employees of conservation at Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta type of the research is cuantitative descriptive research, the sampling technique of this reaearch is non probality sampling technique with the type of saturated sampling ( census ) of 36 respondent Whyle the analytical methode uses Descriptive Statistic by using means and mode analysis, the result of this study show that (1) the competence of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 3,99. (2) the work load of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 3,83. (3) the work diciplince of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 4,16. (4) the loyalty of permanent employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 4,15.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The research object selected in this study is Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Tangerang. Data were collected through a questionnaire method that was filled out independently of 80 respondents using a random sampling method. Measurements of related variables were tested using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study prove and conclude that: partially in the t test, the t-count value of work discipline is 0.844, work motivation is 3.166, work environment is 2.869 compared to the value of t-table 1,992. These results indicate that only the t-count of work discipline is less than the t-table, while work motivation and work environment exceed the t-table. These results indicate that partially work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously in the F test, the calculated F value of the model is 15.915 with a probability value of Sig. 0.000, the F-table value is 2.72. Because the value of F-count > F-table (15.915 > 2.72) and the value of Sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that work discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that work discipline, work motivation and work environment have an influence of 36.2% on employee performance and the remaining 63.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of operational cash flow and accounting earnings to the stock return both partially and simoultantly. Population in this study are LQ45 firms for 2016-2019 period and the sample was selected through purposive sampling. Based on classic assumptiont test, we have 100 total sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) operational cash flow not have significant effect to the stock return, (2) accounting earnings have positive and significant effect to the stock return and (3) operational cash flow and unting earnings have positive and significant effect to the stock return simoultantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage and Profitability on Cash Holding Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study was 45 companies that were included in the Blue Chip stock category, in 2018. The data was carried out using regression analysis, through t test, F test and Coefficient of determination test. The results of the t test show that partially proven to have a significant effect on Cash Holding Company is Leverage, while partially profitability is not proven to have a significant effect on Cash Holding’s Company. Based on the F test, it is proven that Leverage and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the Company's Cash Holding. The coefficient of determination test obtained R2 results of 0.218, meaning that the leverage and profitability variables were able to explain the variability of Cash Holding of 21.80%. The remaining 78.20 was explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of brand trust and promotion towards customer buying decision at Sederhana’s Restaurant at Harbour Bay Batam. Brand trust is a set of thinking or other perception measurement to be commuted for obtaining confidence level of acceptance product or services.. Promotion is communication for assuring potential consumer about services and goods. Buying decision is a final action after selecting and concluding what next to do based on the information gathered. Sample were taken using purposive sampling method, and data collecting technique using survey method, through questionnaire. Sample size was taken t100 respondent, and final analysis were used multiple regression. This research aims to obtain outcome on the analysis of brand trust and promotion to consumer buying decision. The result of this study or test shown or conclude that brand trust has significant influence to the buying decision. It meant first hypotheses in this research was proved, or accepted. Promotion has significant influence to the buying decision. It meant secondary hypotheses in this research was proved, or accepted. And the result for the simultaneous test of two variables shown influence to the buying decision.It meant,third hypotheses can be proved or accepted.

Abstract

The research aims: 1) to determine the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions of real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 2) To find out the effect of product quality and price on digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 3) To find out the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. The variables of this study are product quality, price, digital marketing and purchase decisions. The population in this study were all consumers of Real Property in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that product quality has no direct effect on digital marketing. Price has a direct effect on digital marketing. Product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the price is a factor in purchasing decisions for real property consumers in Yogyakarta. Digital marketing has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality directly affects purchasing decisions through digital marketing. This means that digital marketing can be intervened in the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for real property in Yogyakarta. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions through digital marketing.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to test the relationship beetween quality service with customer satisfaction and loyalty .The subject matter we addressed three research questions. The first was: is quality quality service positif relatonship with customer satisfaction? The second research question addressed was: is customer satisfaction positif relationship with customer loyalty?Our the third research question was: is quality service positif directly with customer loyalty? Quality service is measured with SERVQUAL in five dimensions: tangibles, reability, responsiveness,assurance, and empathy.The population covers 800 students PTS “X”, while the taken sample was 210 students PTS “X”. The sample that used in this study is master of management student in management program and accounting program in PTS “X”. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Empirical evidence supports the first hypothesis that the quality of service (Service Quality) consisting of; physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant positive relationship with satisfaction. With the increasing quality of service provided by the management of PTS “X” then will also increase student satisfaction. Empirical evidence does not support the two hypothesis that Satisfaction has a positive relationship with Loyalty. This conclusion means that students who feel satisfaction does not necessarily have a sense of loyalty to the alma mater. Empirical evidence does not support the three hypothesis that states Quality has a positive relationship with Loyalty. This conclusion means that to increase customer loyalty, it is not enough to only pay attention to the quality of services, but more important is to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Exchange rate is one tool to measure a country’s economic conditions. The growth of a stable currency value indicates that the country has a relatively good economic conditions or stable. This study has the purpose to analyze the factors that affect the exchange rate of the Indonesian Rupiah against the United States Dollar in the period of 2000-2013. The data used in this study is a secondary data which are time series data, made up of exports, imports, inflation, the BI rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the money supply (M1) in the quarter base, from first quarter on 2000 to fourth quarter on 2013. Regression model time series data used the ARCH-GARCH with ARCH model selection indicates that the variables that significantly influence the exchange rate are exports, inflation, the central bank rate and the money supply (M1). Whereas import and GDP did not give any influence.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the position of “Happy Honey Bee” English Learning Centre and Course in its business environment. This study used qualitative research method. The data was collected using observations and interviews. The respondent of interview was owner and manager of the company. The data was analyzed using SWOT analysis that developed by Pearce and Robinson (2008). We used IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix analysis, EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), and SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) matrix analysis. The results showed that the condition of “Happy Honey Bee” is not profitable enough. The calculation of EFAS is 0.246 and IFAS is -0.523. In the SWOT matrix diagram, the company was in quadrant 3. The quadrant indicated that the company faces many obstacles, but it still has enough time and sufficient resources to find solutions.
