Abstract

Based on the t test results, the quality of service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.008 smaller than 0.05 (0.008 less than 0.05), meaning the quality of service has a significant influence on the purchase decision. The price significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 less than 0.05), which means that the price has a significant influence on the purchase decision. Promotion significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.047 smaller than 0.05 (0.047 less than 0.05), meaning the promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision. Transaction security significantly affects purchase decisions with a significance value of 0.017 less than 0.05 (0.017 less than 0.05), meaning transaction security has a significant effect on the purchase decision. Company loyalty significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.037 smaller than 0.05 (0.037 less than 0.05), meaning company loyalty has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Journal of Community Development of Thought Media and Development Dawah in improving the quality of its articles. The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The last one is the participation of journal managers in training.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate a model of likuidity, Retained Earning, Profitability cash Flow influence to firm value listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020 from publication of quartedly financial statement. Liquidity, retained earning and cash flow of profitability called internal source funds. Our study provide pecking order hypothesis which prefer internal source funding to increase firm value. The study uses regression analysis and logit analysis. The beneficial of research such as supporting model of financial contraits and their impact to firm value. The study found that liquidity, retained earning and cash flow of profitability have positive simultaneously significant to firm value, meanwhile liquidity and cash flow of profitability partially have positive significant to firm value at 0,05 significant level and retained earning have partially positive significant at 0,10 level. The results can be used by management to manage financial constrait.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of operational cash flow and accounting earnings to the stock return both partially and simoultantly. Population in this study are LQ45 firms for 2016-2019 period and the sample was selected through purposive sampling. Based on classic assumptiont test, we have 100 total sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) operational cash flow not have significant effect to the stock return, (2) accounting earnings have positive and significant effect to the stock return and (3) operational cash flow and unting earnings have positive and significant effect to the stock return simoultantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage and Profitability on Cash Holding Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study was 45 companies that were included in the Blue Chip stock category, in 2018. The data was carried out using regression analysis, through t test, F test and Coefficient of determination test. The results of the t test show that partially proven to have a significant effect on Cash Holding Company is Leverage, while partially profitability is not proven to have a significant effect on Cash Holding’s Company. Based on the F test, it is proven that Leverage and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the Company Cash Holding. The coefficient of determination test obtained R2 results of 0.218, meaning that the leverage and profitability variables were able to explain the variability of Cash Holding of 21.80%. The remaining 78.20 was explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of brand trust and promotion towards customer buying decision at Sederhana’s Restaurant at Harbour Bay Batam. Brand trust is a set of thinking or other perception measurement to be commuted for obtaining confidence level of acceptance product or services.. Promotion is communication for assuring potential consumer about services and goods. Buying decision is a final action after selecting and concluding what next to do based on the information gathered. Sample were taken using purposive sampling method, and data collecting technique using survey method, through questionnaire. Sample size was taken t100 respondent, and final analysis were used multiple regression. This research aims to obtain outcome on the analysis of brand trust and promotion to consumer buying decision. The result of this study or test shown or conclude that brand trust has significant influence to the buying decision. It meant first hypotheses in this research was proved, or accepted. Promotion has significant influence to the buying decision. It meant secondary hypotheses in this research was proved, or accepted. And the result for the simultaneous test of two variables shown influence to the buying decision.It meant,third hypotheses can be proved or accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyse the impression of Good Corporate Governance component amount to Frequency of Sharia Supervisory Board Meeting, the Composition of Independent Commissioners Board, the Measure of the Board Directors, the Audit Committee Size and Profitability with the level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure at Indonesia Sharia Banks in period 2017-2020. This research adopts quantitative method. The data population are 13 sharia general banks which are national private bank and there are 2 sharia general banks that are local government banks registered in OJK (the Financial Services Authority). The purposive sampling method is used as a sampling technique and get hold of 10 Sharia Banks. The samples in this study are 40 samples. Multiple Linear Analysis is utilized to test hypotheses in this research. Obtained results from this research that there was an influence between the Independent Commissioner’s Composition and Measure of the board Directors against the CSR level of disclosure at Indonesia Sharia Banks in period 2017-2020. Meanwhile, the Frequency of Sharia Supervisory Board Meetings, Audit Committee Size, and Profitability had no effect the CSR level of disclosure at Indonesia Sharia Banks in the period 2017-2020.

Abstract

The point of overall study was to determine the impact of marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Blanco Coffee Yogyakarta. The sort of investigation employed was descriptive quantitative and employs the survey strategy. The people surveyed included Blanco Coffee Yogyakarta customers. Its sampling method entails non-probability procedures, i.e., incidental sampling, including a representative of 100 individuals. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regression with assistance of large - scale application software SPSS 23. The investigation findings revealed that sample t - test could be used to identify two consecutive independent variables which have a substantial impact on the purchase decision, particularly regarding product and physical evidence, whereas the variables which do not possess a substantial impact on this same purchase decision are process, people, promotion, place, and price. At the same time, overall marketing mix does have a considerable impact on purchasing decisions having valuation F(5,214) greather than F-table(2,11). According to the findings of the study, overall marketing mix does have a 23 percent impact upon purchasing decisions, whereas the additional 77 percent is regulated by several other elements.

Abstract

The research aims: 1) to determine the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions of real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 2) To find out the effect of product quality and price on digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. 3) To find out the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through digital marketing for real estate consumers in Yogyakarta. The variables of this study are product quality, price, digital marketing and purchase decisions. The population in this study were all consumers of Real Property in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that product quality has no direct effect on digital marketing. Price has a direct effect on digital marketing. Product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the price is a factor in purchasing decisions for real property consumers in Yogyakarta. Digital marketing has a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality directly affects purchasing decisions through digital marketing. This means that digital marketing can be intervened in the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for real property in Yogyakarta. Price has a direct effect on purchasing decisions through digital marketing.
